On December 4, Rustam Emomali, chairman of the Tajik capital Dushanbe, arrived at Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center. The high-ranking guest visited the Museum of the Center, where he reviewed paintings and exhibits telling about the life and research of the great thinker.
It was noted Imam Bukhari had left a unique and extremely valuable legacy, and therefore rightly deserves the respect of not only the Uzbek and Tajik peoples but also the entire Islamic world.
It was noted with satisfaction that friendly and good-neighborly relations between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan have been consistently developing in recent years. It was particularly noted that the multilateral cooperation has reached a qualitatively new level due to the political will of the heads presidents of two fraternal countries; a strategic partnership has been established between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
