Malaysian Queen Sends Letter of Appreciation

Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, has conveyed her sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality and distinguished reception extended during her visit to the Imam al-Bukhari Memorial Complex and the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center in Samarkand. In a special letter addressed to Professor Shovosil Ziyodov, Director of the Center, Her Majesty expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional welcome accorded to her delegation.

In her letter, Her Majesty noted that the guided tour of the museum provided a deeper understanding of the invaluable scholarly legacy of Imam al-Bukhari and his unparalleled contribution to the science of Hadith and the development of Islamic scholarship.
