At Almaty, the monograph “Naqshbandi-Mujaddidiyya Sect in Central Asia (18-19 centuries)” by senior researcher of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, Doctor of Historical Sciences Mekhrojiddin Amonov, was published in Kazakh language.
Recently in Kazakhstan, the public foundation “Oyhoja Eshon” and on the website “Qojalar.kz on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Oyhoja Eshon, a conference was organized on the topic “Functional ministries and destinies of Sufi masters in the region of Oyhoja and Sir”, and a presentation of a 165-page monograph “Naqshbandi-Mujaddidiyya Sect in Central Asia (18-19 centuries)” entitled.
At the event, the author touched upon the scientific significance of the monograph, the chronology of the information contained in it, as well as other aspects that deserve attention. M. Amonov also gave information about the history of the creation of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, the conditions created there for scientific activity, the research work carried out at the center today.
The participants of the meeting appreciated the monograph of the Center’s researcher as a major scientific result and stressed the need to ensure the continuation of research in this direction on a systematic basis.
