Presentation of the Research Center’s Activities in Turkey

The advanced training course organized for researchers from scientific institutions of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Tatarstan concluded at the Institute of Islamic Thought in Ankara, Turkey.


At the “Movarounnahr Third Summer Seminars,” which featured participants from the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, the International Scientific-Research Centers of Imam Maturidi and Imam Termizi, and scholars from the Hadith Science School, around 30 prominent Islamic studies specialists from Turkey presented over fifty pressing topics. These included discussions on “The Contribution of Movarounnahr Scholars to the Development of Science,” “Imam Abu Hanifa’s Understanding of the Sunnah,” “The Role of Muslims in Global Life,” “Concepts of Methodology and Goals in Islam,” “Opportunities for Science in the Arab World and Future Plans,” and “Crises in Islam from Ancient Times to the Present.”


During the course, mobile classes were also organized in Turkey’s Bursa, Konya, and Istanbul cities for the attendees.
Participants gave presentations about their institutions. Specifically, R. Elmurodov gave a presentation on the Center’s scientific activities, international cooperation, achieved results, translation works, and published books.

The seminar not only provided knowledge and skills enhancement but also facilitated the exchange of experiences among participants. The “Movarounnahr Third Summer Seminars” were rich in content and effective. At the end of the seminar, participants were awarded special certificates.
