Visit of Turkish publishers

Representatives of “Irshad” publishing house of Turkey visited Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.

The cooperation of the center with this printing house began in 2019. Based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on June 24, 2019 “On enriching the library fund of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center with foreign literature”, important agreements were reached during the visit of the working group of Islamic and Oriental scholars from our country to Turkey, and 148 titles were purchased from the “Irshad” publishing house. 647 pieces of scientific, literary, artistic, historical works were purchased and brought to the Center. These literatures are very useful for researchers in scientific work. During the conversation with the Turkish guests, issues related to further development of mutual cooperation in the field of publishing activities were discussed. The head of the publishing house, Mustafa Murad, said that he was pleased to provide information about the theme, content, scientific significance and value of the books that were printed and being prepared for publication at the “Irshod” printing house, and to offer the services of delivering them to the Center.

At the end of the visit, the representatives of the team were presented with a set of publications of the Center.
