The members of the delegation, who are currently on a visit to Turkey, held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Mehmet Görmez the head of the Institute of Islamic Thought in Ankara.
During the talks, the sides noted the results of the agreements reached during the visit of the director of the center Shovosil Ziyodov to the institute last year, in November, and discussed prospects for further strengthening practical cooperation.
In particular, the head of the delegation, Deputy Director of the Center, Doctor of Philosophy in History (Ph.D.) Otabek Muhammadiev and the Director of the Institute, Professor, Dr. Mehmet Görmez agreed to organize a monthlong summer training course for the staff of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center at the Institute of Islamic Thought in Ankara.
Dr. Mehmet Görmez stressed that there are all opportunities to organize courses at a high level and efficiency. The first round of training is scheduled to begin in August this year. Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the talks.
