Bu oila vakillari tomonidan Hanafiy fiqhi borasida bir qator asarlar yozilgan. Ular hozirgi kunda ham katta qiziqish bilan o\u02bbrganiladi. Ushbu asarlarga ko\u02bbplab sharh, hoshiya va qisqartmalar yozilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Buxorodagi bu oila vakillari va boshqa ko\u02bbp diyorlardagi faqihlar o\u02bbz darslari, fatvolari va to\u02bbplamlarida murojaat qilgan eng muhim asarlardan biri Burhoniddin Marg\u02bbinoniy (vaf. 593\/1197)ning \u201cAl-Hidoya\u201d asaridir. O\u02bbrta Osiyo huquqiy bilimlari mahsuli sanalgan bu asar ko\u02bbplab tadqiqotlar manbai bo\u02bblib, hanafiy mazhabi rivojiga katta hissa qo\u02bbshgan. Mahbubiylar oilasi vakillari asarlaridagi asosiy manbalardan biri ham \u201cAl-Hidoya\u201ddir. Burhonushsharia (vaf. VII-VIII\/XIII-XIV asr) \u201cAl-Hidoya\u201d haqida ixcham asar \u201cViqoyatur rivoya fi masailil Hidoya\u201d va Tajushsharia (vaf. 709\/1309) \u201cSharhul-Hidoya\u201dni yozgan. Sadrushsharia Soniy (vaf.747\/1346) \u201cViqoya\u201dning qisqartmasi bo\u02bblgan \u201cAn-Nuqoya\u201dni va \u201cSharhul viqoya\u201d asarini yozgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu asarlar Hanafiy adabiyotida muhim mavqega ega bo\u02bblib, ulardan yillar davomida ta\u02bclim va fatvo manbai sifatida foydalanilgan. Bundan tashqari, bu asarlarning bir qismi faqihlar tomonidan asos qilib olingan va podshohlar farmoni bilan darsliklar ro\u02bbyxatiga kiritilgan. Quyida Mahbubiylar oilasiga mansub faqihlar asarlarini o\u02bbrganib chiqamiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mahbubiylar sulolasining ilk vakili, Burhonushsharianing bobosi Jaloliddin Ubaydulloh ibn Ibrohim ibn Ahmad Ubodiy Mahbubiy Buxoriy Hanafiyning tarjimayi holi keltirilgan kitoblarda uning \u201cSharhu Jomi\u02bcis sag\u02bbir\u201d va \u201cAl-Furuq\u201d asarlari borligi aytilgan. \u201cSharhu Jomi\u02bcis sag\u02bbir\u201d asari Jamoliddin Mahbubiyga mansub ekaniga uning tarjimayi holini keltirgan barcha olimlar ittifoq qilgan. \u201cAl-Furuq\u201d asarini esa Kafaviy va Laknaviy unga nisbat bergan [10:36,37].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Burhonushsharianing otasi Ahmad ibn Ubaydulloh Sodrushsharia Akbar ham yetuk faqih bo\u02bblgan. U \u201cTanqihul uqul fi furuqil manqul\u201d asarini yozgan. \u201cTojut tarojim\u201d va \u201cFavoidul bahiya\u201d kitoblarida \u201cTalqihul uqul fil furuq\u201d deb keltirilgan [2:25; 8:115]. \u201cMo\u02bbjamul muallifin\u201d sohibi esa kitob nomini \u201cTalqihul uqud fil furuqi bayna ahlin nuqud\u201d deb keltirgan [12:1\/191]. \u201cKashfuz zunun\u201dda \u201cTalqihul Mahbubiy\u201d deb keltirilgan [13:2\/1258].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mahbubiylar sulolasining yana bir vakili Umar ibn Ahmad bo\u02bblib, Tojushsharia laqabi bilan mashhur. Olim \u201cHidoya\u201dning sharhi \u201cNihayatul kifaya fi diroyatil Hidoya\u201d asarini yozgan. Ushbu sharh \u201cHidoya\u201dning ilk sharhlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu kitob Jaloliddin Kirloniy qalamiga mansubdir [10:36].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Burhonushsharianing \u201cViqoya\u201d, \u201cVoqi\u02bcot\u201d, va \u201cFatovo\u201d nomli asarlari bor. Kafaviy \u201cSharhul Hidoya\u201dni Burhonushshariaga nisbat bergan. Lekin bu nisbat xato bo\u02bblib, ushbu sharh Buhonushsharianing ukasi Tojushsharia Umar Mahbubiy qalamiga mansubdir [10:31].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibnul Hanoiy esa \u201cMe\u02bcrojud diroya sharhul Hidoya\u201d asarini Burhonushshariaga nisbat bergan. Chunki bu asar Qivomuddin Kokiyga tegishli [13:2\/2033; 10:31].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Burhonushsharianing \u201cViqoya\u201d asari to\u02bbliq nomi \u201cViqoyatur rivoya fi masailil Hidoya\u201ddir. U hanafiy mazhabining eng mashhur fiqh asarlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Burhonushsharianing faqat bitta asari \u201cViqoya\u201d hozirgi kungacha saqlanib qolgan. Manbalarda tilga olingan boshqa asarlarining mavjudligi haqida aniq ma\u02bclumot yo\u02bbq. Ma\u02bclumki, \u201cViqoya\u201d hanafiy mazhabida \u201cmutuni salasa\u201d, \u201cmutuni arba\u02bca\u201d, \u201cmutuni sitta\u201d deb nomlangan mo\u02bbtabar matnlar qatoriga kiritilgan. Yozilgan paytdan beri yuksak hurmatga sazovor bo\u02bblgan asar hanafiy mazhabi keng tarqalgan diyorlar \u2013 Hindiston yarimoroli, Usmoniylar davlati va O\u02bbrta Osiyo madrasalarida o\u02bbqitilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hanafiy mazhabining muhim asarlaridan biri bo\u02bblgan Burhonushsharia Mahmudning \u201cViqoyatur rivoya fi masailil Hidoya\u201d kitobi sharh, muxtasar, ta\u02bcliq, risola va raddiya kabi turli tadqiqot mavzusi bo\u02bblib, turk va fors tillariga ham tarjima qilingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tadqiqotlarga ko\u02bbra, \u201cViqoya\u201d kitobi haqida bir-biridan farq qiladigan 60 ta mustaqil asar yozilgan. Bular 35 ta sharh, 14 ta risola, 6 ta tarjima, 3 ta ta\u02bcliq, 1 ta raddiya va 1 ta muxtasar asardan iborat [7:83,84].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cViqoya\u201d asari hanafiy fiqhi mo\u02bbtabar matnlari ichida yuqori darajada bo\u02bblgani uchun ko\u02bbplab olimlar unga sharh yozishga e\u02bctibor bergan. Sababi tolibi ilm uni yodlab olganidan keyin kitobni yanada kengroq tushunishi uchun uning sharhiga ehtiyoj sezadi. Urdu tilida.<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sulolaning eng oxirgi vakili Ubaydulloh ibn Mas\u02bcud Mahbubiy oila vakillari ichida eng ko\u02bbp kitob ta\u02bclif qilgan olim. Uning qalamiga mansub asarlar keyingi asr olimlari tomonidan chiroyli tarzda qabul qilingan, ko\u02bbplab sharh va hoshiya bitilgan. Bunga sabab uning shar\u02bciy ilmlarda yuqori darajada yetganidir. Uning bu darajaga yetishiga asosiy sababchi bu bobosi \u2013 \u201cViqoya\u201d kitobi sohibi Mahmud ibn Ubaydulloh Mahbubiydir. U bobosi tarbiyasida hatto olimlar ham murojaat qiladigan yetuklikka erishdi. Uning asarlari shariat ilmlarining bir turigagina xos emas. Balki o\u02bbz zamonining asosiy fan va ilmlariga bag\u02bbishlangan edi. Uning barcha asarlari o\u02bbz yo\u02bbnalishi bo\u02bbyicha mo\u02bbtamad bo\u02bblgan. Laknaviy bu haqda shunday degan: \u201cSodursharianing barcha tasnifotlari olimlar nazdida maqbul va faqihlar nazdida mo\u02bbtabardir\u201d [2:189].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Olimning kitoblari bunday yuqori e\u02bctirof bilan qabul qilinishiga ikki sabab bor:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Olimning ilmdagi matonati, mushkul masalalarni kuchli tahrir qilishi, ilmning mo\u02bbtabar masalalarini ajrata olishi, oldin hech kim keltirmagan nukta (foyda) va bahslarni keltira olishidir. Undan keyingi olimlar uni ilmdagi qobiliyati va mustahkamligini e\u02bctirof qilgan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloh taologa bo\u02bblgan ixlos va sidqi. Bu qalb ishi bo\u02bblib, uni Alloh taolodan boshqasi bilmaydi. Lekin Alloh taolo olimning ko\u02bbp kitoblariga maqbuliyatni berganidan buni kuzatishimiz mumkin [1:1\/44].<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Olimning asarlari quyidagilar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u201cTanqihul usul\u201d.<\/strong> \u201cTanqih\u201d nomi bilan mashhur. U hanafiy fiqhi usuli bo\u02bbyicha ishonchli matn.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sodrushsharia kitobning yozilish sababi haqida shunday degan: \u201cBuyuk olimlarning har doim Faxrul Islom Ali Pazdaviyning (Alloh u kishini Dorus salomga joylasin) \u201cUsuli fiqh\u201d asarini muhokama qilayotganlarini ko\u02bbrdim&#8230; Ularning ba\u02bczilarini asarni ahamiyat bilan qarash kerak bo\u02bblgan joylariga qosirlik bilan nazar solgani sababli lafzlarining zohiriga asosan unga ta\u02bcna yetkazayotganini ko\u02bbrdim. Shunda uni qayta ko\u02bbrib chiqish va tartiblashga qaror qildim. Muallifning murodini ochiqlash va uni tushuntirishga harakat qildim&#8230;\u201d [1:1\/45].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qurashiy kitob haqida bunday degan: \u201cMuallif unda Pazdaviy va Ibn Hojibning so\u02bbzlarini jamlagan hamda chiroyli tarzda tartiblagan.
