Bu gaplar avvalo din nomi bilan aytilgani uchun odamlar orasida shubha uyg\u02bbotadi. Ammo haqiqiy islom ta\u02bclimotiga qaraydigan bo\u02bblsak, bunday da\u02bcvolarning na Qur\u02bcon, na Sunnat, na ilmda asosi bor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayollar ta\u02bclimi jamiyat taraqqiyotining muhim poydevorlaridandir. Ayol o\u02bbqimishli bo\u02bblsa, nafaqat o\u02bbz hayotini yaxshilaydi, balki oilasi va farzandlarining kelajagini ham yuksaltiradi. Bilimli ayol \u2013 ongli avlodning onasi, mehribon ustoz va jamiyatning faol a\u02bczosidir. Bugun yurtimizdagi ta\u02bclim olgan ayollar tibbiyot, ilm-fan, iqtisod, san\u02bcat va boshqa sohalarda yuksak natijalarga erishib, mamlakat ravnaqiga hissa qo\u02bbshib kelayotgani bu fikrga yorqin dalil bo\u02bbladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayollar uchun ta\u02bclim olish huquqi \u2013 insoniy (gender) tenglik va adolat ifodasidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Haq taolo ilmli insonlarni ulug\u02bblab, bunday marhamat qiladi: \u201cAlloh sizlardan imon keltirgan va ilm ato etilgan zotlarni (baland) daraja (martaba)larga ko\u02bbtarur\u201d (<em>Mujodala surasi, 11-oyat<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cIlm ato etilgan zotlar\u201d deganda faqat erkaklar nazarda tutilmagan. Baland daraja-martabalar bandalarning hammasiga va\u02bcda qilinmoqda. Umuman olganda, Qur\u02bconi karimda ayollarga ilmni man etuvchi biror oyat mavjud emas. Demak, ilm \u2013 har bir musulmon uchun ochiq yo\u02bbl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom dini ilm olishni erkak yo ayol ekanidan qat\u02bci nazar har bir musulmon uchun farz qilgan. Payg\u02bbambarimiz Muhammad sollallohu alayhi vasallam: <em>\u201cIlm olish har bir musulmon uchun farzdir\u201d, <\/em>deganlar (<em>Tabaroniy va Bayhaqiy rivoyat qilgan<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu hadisdagi \u201char bir musulmon\u201d so\u02bbzlari yuqoridagi oyatdagi kabi umumiy ma\u02bcnoga ega. Sahobalar davrida ham ayollar Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallamdan alohida vaqt ajratishlarini so\u02bbrab, ilm o\u02bbrgangan. Rasuli akram bunga biror yo\u02bbsinda qarshilik ko\u02bbrsatganlarini bilmaymiz. Bu esa ilm ayol uchun ham farz ekanidan dalolatdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayolning ilmi \u2013 uning o\u02bbziga ham, oilasiga ham, jamiyatga ham foyda keltiradi. Bilimli ona farzandini to\u02bbg\u02bbri tarbiyalaydi, ilmli ayol jamiyatni nur bilan yoritadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuning uchun musulmon jamiyatda qiz bolalarning o\u02bbqishini, diniy va dunyoviy ilmlarni egallashini qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlash kerak. Zero, ilm nuri bo\u02bblgan joyda zulmat bo\u02bblmaydi, jaholatga o\u02bbrin qolmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom tarixida ilm bilan mashhur bo\u02bblgan ko\u02bbplab ayollar bor. Masalan, Payg\u02bbambarimiz alayhissalomning rafiqalari orasida Oisha roziyallohu anho hadis va fiqh ilmlarida eng bilimdonlardan edi. U zotdan minglab hadislar rivoyat qilingan, sahobalar unga ilmiy masalalarda murojaat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islomning ilk asrlaridanoq ayollar ilm va madaniyat sohasida yetakchi bo\u02bblgan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Oisha binti Abu Bakr \u2013 fiqh, hadis va tib sohalarida mashhur olimalardan. 2000\u00a0dan ziyod hadis rivoyat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Shifo binti Abdulloh \u2013 yozuv va savdo ishlarini o\u02bbrgatgan muallima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8211; Fotima Fixriyya \u2013 Marokashdagi Qaroviyyun universitetiga asos solgan. Bu muassasa YUNESKO tomonidan dunyodagi ilk universitet sifatida tan olingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu tarixiy misollar shariat ayollarni ilmdan tiymaganini, aksincha, ularni ilmga yetaklaganini isbotlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islomda tib ilmlari \u2013 salomatlikni muhofaza qilish orqali hayotni saqlash vositasi!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ba\u02bczilarning fikriga ko\u02bbra esa, \u201cmuslima ayollarning tib sohasida ta\u02bclim olishi, ishlashi mumkin emas\u201d emish. Dinimiz bu borada nima deydi? Tib \u2013 inson salomatligini saqlash, hayotini asrash ilmi. Alloh taolo bunday deydi: \u201cUnga (insonga) hayot baxsh etgan (o\u02bblimdan qutqarib qolgan) odam esa barcha odamlarni tiriltirgan kabidir\u201d (<em>Moida surasi, 32-oyat<\/em>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demak, tibbiy ta\u02bclim ham hayotni asrashga xizmat qilgani uchun ibodatga teng savobli amal bo\u02bbladi. Ayolning bu sohada bilim olishi \u2013 uning uchun faqat joiz emas, balki zarurat darajasidagi burchdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yuqoridagi ters da\u02bcvolarga duch kelganda, har qanday hurfikr kishi xayolida o\u02bbz-o\u02bbzidan \u201cayol bemorlarni kim davolaydi\u201d degan savol tug\u02bbiladi. Ayollar tibbiy ta\u02bclim olmasa, tug\u02bbruqxonada, ginekologiya shifoxonalarida kimlar ishlaydi? Faqat erkaklarmi? U holda o\u02bbzini hurmat qilgan qaysi bir erkak onasini, amma-xolasini, opa-singlisini, ayolini, qizini ularning qo\u02bbliga topshirib qo\u02bbya oladi ekan?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bunday holatlarda ayollarning hayoti, nomusi, salomatligi aynan ayol tabiblar orqali himoya qilinadi. Shuning uchun Payg\u02bbambarimiz sollallohu alayhi vasallam davrida ham sahobiya ayollardan <strong>R<\/strong>ufayda Aslamiya, Nusayba binti Ka\u02bcb tabiblik bilan shug\u02bbullangan. Demak, ayolning tibbiy bilim olishi \u2013 ummat ehtiyoji va shariat buyrug\u02bbiga mos amal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islomiy tadqiqotlar va fatvo doimiy qo\u02bbmita fatvolaridan birida bunday deyilgan: \u201cTibbiyot ilmlarini o\u02bbrganish barcha musulmonlar \u2013 erkaklar va ayollar uchun jamoaviy burchdir, chunki jamiyat o\u02bbz a\u02bczolarini davolashda, ayniqsa, ayollar va bolalar bilan bog\u02bbliq masalalarda ularga o\u02bbta muhtoj bo\u02bbladi. Musulmon jamoasi ayol shifokorlarga juda muhtoj. Agar ayolning ta\u02bclim olish va vazifalarini bajarish niyati samimiy bo\u02bblsa, u katta ajr-mukofot oladi. Shuning uchun u Allohdan faqat yaxshilik so\u02bbrasin, niyati pok bo\u02bblsin va Allohning marhamati ila tibbiyotni o\u02bbrganish bilan shug\u02bbullansin\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islomning birinchi buyrug\u02bbi \u201c<strong>O\u02bbQING!<\/strong>\u201d bo\u02bblgan. Ilk vahiy ilm talabidan boshlangan. Bu oyatdagi ilohiy xitob faqat erkaklarga emas, butun bashariyatga qaratilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuning uchun ayolga ilmni man etish \u2013 islomning dastlabki asosiy buyrug\u02bbini inkor qilish bilan barobar. Bugun biz \u201cayol o\u02bbqimasin\u201d desak, \u201cQur\u02bconi karimdagi ilk amrga amal qilmasin\u201d degan bo\u02bblamiz \u2013 bu esa juda katta xato. Agar ayolning ilm olishida iffat saqlansa, uni man etish uchun hech qanday asos yo\u02bbq.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qaltis da\u02bcvolarni aytayotganlar bunday deb o\u02bbylab ko\u02bbrsin: \u201cAyol o\u02bbqimasa, bolalarga kim ilm o\u02bbrgatadi? Ilmli farzand tarbiyalay oladimi?\u201d Haq taolo ayolga ham erkakka bergani kabi aql, qalb va salohiyat ato etgan. Unga \u201co\u02bbqi, o\u02bbrgan, amal qil\u201d degan imkoniyat bergan. Shunday ekan, \u201co\u02bbqimasin\u201d degan gap Allohning ne\u02bcmatini cheklashdir. Bu faqat dinga emas, insoniylikka ham zid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ilm olish ayolning o\u02bbz haqqidir, bu xususda ayrimlarning \u201curfi\u201d yo ta\u02bcqiqlari \u2013 chikora<strong>. <\/strong>Qur\u02bcon, sunnat va tarix bizning oldimizga aniq haqiqatni qo\u02bbyadi: ilm talab qilish \u2013 har bir musulmonning burchi. Bunda jinsning ahamiyati yo\u02bbq.
