Biz muqaddas dinimizni zo\u02bbravonlik va qon to\u02bbkish bilan bir qatorga qo\u02bbyadiganlarni qat\u02bciy qoralaymiz va ular bilan hech qachon murosa qila olmaymiz.\u00a0<\/em><em>Islom dini bizni ezgulik va tinchlikka, asl insoniy fazilatlarni asrab-avaylashga da\u02bcvat etadi<\/em><em>\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mustaqillikning dastlabki yillaridanoq yurtimizda turli dinlarga mansub qadriyatlarni asrab-avaylashga, barcha fuqarolarga o\u02bbz e\u02bctiqodini amalga oshirish uchun zarur sharoitlarni yaratib berishga, dinlar va millatlararo hamjihatlikni yanada mustahkamlashga, ular o\u02bbrtasida qadimiy mushtarak an\u02bcanalarni rivojlantirishga alohida e\u02bctibor qaratilmoqda. Konstitutsiyamizda \u201cO\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasida barcha fuqarolar bir xil huquq va erkinliklarga ega bo\u02bblib, jinsi, irqi, millati, tili, dini, ijtimoiy kelib chiqishi, e\u02bctiqodi, shaxsi va ijtimoiy mavqeidan qat\u02bciy nazar qonun oldida tengdirlar\u201d, \u2013 deb belgilab qo\u02bbyilganligi, ko\u02bbpmillatli xalqimiz o\u02bbrtasidagi totuvlik va hamjihatlikni yanada mustahkamlash uchun yaratilgan zamindir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mamlakatimizda millatlararo va konfessiyalararo totuvlikni ta\u02bcminlash uchun barcha huquqiy asoslar hamda zarur shart-sharoitlar yaratib berilgan. Bag\u02bbrikenglik madaniyatini shakllantirish va yanada mustahkamlash davlatimiz siyosatining ustuvor yo\u02bbnalishlaridan biriga aylandi. Bag\u02bbrikenglikdan asosiy ko\u02bbzlangan maqsad insoniyatni tinchlik va osoyishtalikni saqlashga undashdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Hozirgi kunda O\u02bbzbekiston diniy bag\u02bbrikenglik va dinlararo muloqot borasida butun dunyoga namuna bo\u02bblmoqda. Respublikamizda istiqomat qilayotgan fuqarolar qaysi dinga mansub bo\u02bblishidan qat\u02bciy nazar birgalikda, tinch va osoyishta sharoitda, yurtimiz ravnaqi uchun faoliyat yuritib kelmoqdalar. Yurtimizda vijdon erkinligiga doir qonun asoslari yanada takomillashtirildi. Bugungi kunda O\u02bbzbekistonda turli din vakillarining hech qanday to\u02bbsiqlarsiz o\u02bbz dinlariga e\u02bctiqod qilishlari uchun barcha sharoitlar yaratilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tarixdan shu narsa ma\u02bclumki, qaysi jamiyat hayotida diniy bag\u02bbrikenglik tamoyillari o\u02bbz ifodasini topsa, o\u02bbsha jamiyatda o\u02bbzaro hurmat va samimiyat qaror topib, barcha insonlar tinch va osoyishta hayot kechiradilar. Tinchliksiz taraqqiyot va farovonlik bo\u02bblmagani kabi, diniy bag\u02bbrikengliksiz tinchlik barqaror bo\u02bblmaydi. Shuning uchun ham insoniyat Yer yuzida hayot kechirishni boshlagandan buyon bag\u02bbrikenglik tamoyillariga amal qilib yashashga ehtiyoj sezadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">O\u02bbrta Osiyo, xususan O\u02bbzbekiston hududi qadim asrlardan turli madaniyat, til, urf-odat, turmush tarziga ega bo\u02bblgan, xilma-xil dinlarga e\u02bctiqod qiluvchi, bir-biriga o\u02bbxshash bo\u02bblmagan bir necha xalqlar yashagan o\u02bblkadir. O\u02bbzbekistonning jo\u02bbg\u02bbrofiy nuqtai nazaridan muhim savdo yo\u02bbllari chorrahasida joylashgani, ko\u02bbplab davlatlar bilan iqtisodiy aloqalar qilgani yerli xalqlarning diniy va ma\u02bcnaviy hayotiga, shuningdek, Movarounnahrdagi urf-odatlar ham o\u02bbzga yurtlar madaniyati rivojiga salmoqli ta\u02bcsir ko\u02bbrsatgan. Bu esa o\u02bbziga xos millatlararo hamjihatlik va diniy bag\u02bbrikenglikni shakllantirishdagi asosiy omillardan biri bo\u02bblib xizmat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Haqiqatdan ham O\u02bbzbekiston zaminida qadim zamondan islom dini bilan bir qatorda boshqa din vakillari ham yonma-yon yashab, rivojlanib va bu jamiyatning ma\u02bcnaviy yuksalishiga muayyan hissa qo\u02bbshdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mana shunday diniy bag\u02bbrikenglik namunalarini yurtimizda yashab o\u02bbtgan buyuk ajdodlarimiz hayotida ham ko\u02bbplab ko\u02bbrishimiz mumkin. Ayrimlarini misol tariqasida keltiradigan bo\u02bblsak, buyuk sarkarda Amir Temur bobomizning qo\u02bbshini tarkibida yahudiy va yana boshqa dinga mansub askarlarni ham xizmat qilishi yoki Sohibqironning o\u02bbg\u02bbillaridan Mironshoh o\u02bbsha paytdagi Fransiya, Ispaniya va Angliya kabi davlatlar bilan diplomatik aloqalar uchun mas\u02bcul etib tayinlangani fikrimizning tasdig\u02bbidir. Hindiston xalqi bugungi kungacha Zahiriddin Muhammad Bobur va uning avlodlarini hurmat bilan yodga oladi. Sababi boburiylar davlatni diniy bag\u02bbrikenglik asosida boshqargan edilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Muqaddas islom dinimizda ham bag\u02bbrikenglik tushunchasi diniy istilohda \u201cmuruvvat\u201d degan ma\u02bcnoni anglatib, keng ma\u02bcnoda chirkin narsalar va voqealar qarshisida go\u02bbzallikni ustun qo\u02bbyib, mehribonlik qilish hamda har bir voqelikka go\u02bbzallik nuqtai nazaridan yondoshish, e\u02bctiqod, madaniyat, an\u02bcanalarga nisbatan hurmat va ehtirom bilan munosabatda bo\u02bblish demakdir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Boshqa dinlar singari islom dini ham azaldan insoniyatga asl muruvvatni, dindoshlariga, hatto, g\u02bbayridinlar (islomdan boshqa dinga e\u02bctiqod qiluvchilar)ga ham ehtirom hamda bag\u02bbrikenglik bilan munosabatda bo\u02bblishni o\u02bbrgatib kelgan va kelmoqda. Ma\u02bclumki, islom o\u02bbzidan avvalgi samoviy dinlar (yahudiylik, nasroniylik)ni shunchaki hurmat qilish bilan cheklanmay, o\u02bbsha din vakillariga cheksiz muruvvatlar ko\u02bbrsatgan. Ularning haq-huquqlarini shariat qonunlari bilan mustahkamlab qo\u02bbygan. Madaniyat va an\u02bcanalariga ehtirom bilan qaragan. Asrlar davomida bu qoidalarga amal qilib yashagan musulmonlar bir-birlariga va hatto, oralarida yashaydigan g\u02bbayridin (boshqa dindagi)larga, ahli zimma<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>ga ham muruvvatning mislsiz namunalarini ko\u02bbrsatib, butun insoniyatga ibrat bo\u02bblishdi. Chunki, bu Alloh taoloning amri hamda Rasulining ummatga bergan ko\u02bbrsatmasi edi. Alloh taolo \u201cMoida\u201d surasida shunday marhamat qiladi:\u00a0<strong>\u201cEy imon keltirganlar! Alloh uchun (to\u02bbg\u02bbrilikda) sobit turuvchi, odillik bilan guvohlik beruvchi bo\u02bblingiz: biror qavm (kishilari)ni yoqtirmaslik sizlarni ularga nisbatan adolatsizlik qilishga undamasin!\u2026<\/strong>\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Rasululloh (s.a.v.)dan rivoyat qilingan hadisda esa: \u201cKim ahli zimmaga biror zahmat yetkazsa, qiyomat kuni meni o\u02bbzining dushmani sifatida ko\u02bbradi\u201d \u2013 deb marhamat qilganlar. Aynan ana shu hadisni e\u02bctiborga olgan holda hazrati Umar (r.a.) Amr ibn Os (r.a.)ni Misrni fath qilishga yuborayotib: \u201cEhtiyot bo\u02bbling! Yana Rasululloh (s.a.v.)ni o\u02bbzingizga dushman qilib qo\u02bbymang\u201d \u2013 deb ogohlantirgandilar<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Qur\u02bconi karimning bir necha oyatlarida millatlararo totuvlik, hamjihatlik, diniy bag\u02bbrikenglik masalalari keng yoritilgan. Jumladan, \u201cOli Imron\u201d surasida:\u00a0<strong>\u201cAyting (Ey, Muhammad!): \u201cAllohga, bizga nozil qilingan narsa (Qur\u02bcon)ga va Ibrohim, Ismoil, Is\u02bchoq, Ya\u02bcqub va (uning) avlodlariga nozil qilingan narsalarga, Muso va Iso hamda barcha payg\u02bbambarlarga Parvardigorlari tomonidan berilgan narsa (vahiy)ga imon keltirdik. Ularning orasida birortasini (tasdiqlashda) farq qilmaymiz va biz Uning o\u02bbzigagina bo\u02bbyin sunuvchilarmiz\u201d<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Shu suraning oxirgi oyatida esa:\u00a0<strong>\u201cEy, imon keltirganlar! Sabr qilingiz, bag\u02bbrikeng bo\u02bblingiz va (Alloh yo\u02bbliga) taxt bo\u02bblib turingiz va Allohdan qo\u02bbrqingiz, zora (oxiratda) najot topsangiz!\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 deb amr qilingan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>. Qur\u02bconi karim o\u02bbzidan oldingi muqaddas kitoblar Zabur, Tavrot, Injillarni tan olishga, ahli kitoblarni, ya\u02bcni, boshqa din vakillarini hurmat qilishga chaqiradi. Odamlarni o\u02bbzaro mehr-muhabbat, hamkorlikka chaqirib, fitna, nifoq va nizolarning har qanday ko\u02bbrinishini yengib o\u02bbtishga da\u02bcvat etadi. Muqaddas dinimiz tarixidan ham bag\u02bbrikenglikning yuksak ko\u02bbrinishiga namuna bo\u02bbla oladigan misollarni ko\u02bbplab keltirishimiz mumkin. Jumladan, Payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) Madinaga hijrat qilganlaridan so\u02bbng u yerdagi yahudiylar bilan ahdnoma tuzib, tinch-totuv va jamiyat manfaati uchun hamkorlik qilish asoslarini belgilab, unga amal qilib yashadilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Shuningdek, Xaybar g\u02bbazotida musulmonlarga o\u02bblja tushgan narsalar ichida Tavrotdan bir qancha sahifalar ham bordi. Yahudiylar kelib Rasululloh (s.a.v.)dan o\u02bbsha sahifalarni qaytarib berishni talab qildilar. Payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) ularni yahudiylarga qaytarib berishga amr qildilar. Zero, boshqa din vakillarining qadriyatlarini e\u02bczozlash islom dinining go\u02bbzal axloqlaridandir. Shuning uchun yahudiylar uchun muqaddas hisoblangan sahifalarga zarracha ziyon yetkazilmay o\u02bbzlariga qaytarildi. Bu voqealar islomdagi diniy bag\u02bbrikenglikning yorqin dalilidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imom Voqidiy va Ibn Asokir Abdulloh ibn Abu Hudrad Aslamiydan rivoyat qilinadi: \u201cUmar ibn Xattob (r.a.) bilan Jobiyaga keldik. U kishi ahli zimmadan bir cholning taom tilanib yurganini ko\u02bbrib qolib, uning kimligini so\u02bbradilar. \u201cU ahli zimmadan, yoshi ulg\u02bbayib, zaiflashib qolgan\u201d, deyildi. Umar (r.a.) uning zimmasidagi jizya<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>ni bekor qildilar. Keyin: \u201cUndan jizya olib, zaiflashgan chog\u02bbida taom tilantirib qo\u02bbydingizmi?!\u201d deb, Baytu-l-mol<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>dan o\u02bbn dirham nafaqa joriy qildilar. Uning oilasi bor edi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Bundan tashqari, Qur\u02bconi karimda boshqa din vakillarining ibodatxonalari \u2013 monastir, butxona va sinagogalarga hurmat bilan qarashga buyurilgan. Qur\u02bconi\u00a0 karim bizlarga ta\u02bclim bergan yana bir muhim haqiqat bu boshqa din vakillari, ya\u02bcni nasroniylar va yahudiylar ibodat qiladigan joylarga chuqur ehtirom va hurmat bilan munosabatda bo\u02bblmoqlikdir. Qur\u02bconning xabariga ko\u02bbra, ahli kitoblar ibodat qiladigan joylar, ya\u02bcni, monastirlar (rohiblar uzlatga chekinadigan ibodatxona), butxona (nasroniylar ibodatxonasi) va sinagogalar (yahudiylar ibodatxonasi) Alloh taoloning himoyasidadir. \u201cHaj\u201d surasida: \u201cAgar Alloh odamlarning ba\u02bczilarini ba\u02bczilari bilan daf etib turmas ekan, albatta Alloh nomi ko\u02bbp zikr qilinadigan (rohiblarning) uzlatgohlari, (nasroniylarning) butxonalari, (yahudiylarning) ibodatxonalari va (musulmonlarning) masjidlari vayron qilingan bo\u02bblur edi. Albatta, Alloh O\u02bbziga (diniga) yordam beradiganlarga yordam berur. Shubhasiz, Alloh kuchli va qudratlidir\u201d \u2013 deyilgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ushbu oyat har bir musulmonga ahli kitoblar ibodat qiladigan joylarni chuqur hurmat va himoya qilish muhimligini ochiq-oydin ko\u02bbrsatib qo\u02bbygan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Boshqa din (millat)dagi kishilarning hurmatini joyiga qo\u02bbyishda ham Rasululloh (s.a.v.) bizga o\u02bbrnak bo\u02bblganlar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cBir kuni Rasululloh (s.a.v.) sahobalar bilan birga o\u02bbtirgan edilar. Odamlar bir janozani ko\u02bbtarib o\u02bbtishdi. Payg\u02bbambarimiz (s.a.v.) mayyit hurmatiga o\u02bbrinlaridan turdilar. Sahobalar: \u201cEy Rasululloh (s.a.v.) bu vafot qilgan kishi yahudiyku\u201d \u2013 deyishdi. Payg\u02bbambarimiz (s.a.v.) \u201cYahudiy odam emasmi?\u201d \u2013 dedilar. Bu gaplari bilan sahobalardan ranjiganliklarini bildirib, boshqa dindagi kishilarga nisbatan qanday muomala qilish kerakligi borasida amaliy ko\u02bbrsatma berdilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Payg\u02bbambarimiz (a.s.) Madinaga hijrat qilganlaridan so\u02bbng, u yerdagi yahudiylar bilan ahdnoma tuzib, tinch-totuv va jamiyat manfaati uchun hamkorlikda yashash asoslarini belgilab, unga amal qilib yashadilar. Muhammad (s.a.v.) boshqa din vakillari bilan shaxsan yaxshi aloqada bo\u02bblar, ularga go\u02bbzal muomala qilar edilar. Jumladan, ularga hadyalar berib, ular tomonidan qilingan hadyalarni qabul qilib ham olar edilar. Masalan, Payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) boshqa din vakillari tomonidan hadya qilingan kiyimlarni kiyib yurganlari tarixda ma\u02bclum va mashhur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) Habashistondan kelgan nasroniy mehmonlarni o\u02bbz masjidlariga tushirganlar va \u201cUlar bizning sohiblarimizni hurmat qilgan edilar. Men ularni o\u02bbzim ikrom qilishni xush ko\u02bbraman\u201d, deb shaxsan o\u02bbzlari ularga xizmat qilganlar.\u00a0 U\u00a0 zot (s.a.v.) Najron nasorolari guruhini ham o\u02bbz masjidlariga tushirganlar va u yerda ibodat qilishlariga ruxsat berganlar\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=46396&amp;lang=oz#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dinlararo bag\u02bbrikenglik g\u02bboyasi nafaqat dindorlarning, balki, butun jamiyat a\u02bczolarining ezgulik yo\u02bblidagi hamkorligini nazarda tutadi hamda tinchlik va barqarorlikning muhim sharti hisoblanadi. Azal-azaldan yurtimizning yirik shaharlarida masjid, cherkov va sinagogalar o\u02bbz ibodatchilariga emin-erkin xizmat ko\u02bbrsatib kelgani, tariximizning og\u02bbir sinovli damlarida ham diniy asosda hech qanday mojaro kelib chiqmaganligi xalqimizning dinlararo bag\u02bbrikenglik borasida ulkan tajribaga ega ekanligidan dalolat beradi. Shu boisdan ham O\u02bbzbekistonda tom ma\u02bcnoda diniy bag\u02bbrikenglikning yuksak an\u02bcanalariga amal qilinayotgani jahon hamjamiyati tomonidan e\u02bctirof etilmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Yahudiylar jamoasining vakillaridan biri R.
