Mendan oldin ham ko\u02bbp payg\u02bbambarlar bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cO\u02bbzlari paydo qilgan\u201d degan ma\u02bcnosi ham bor. Alloh taolo bunday deydi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"> \ufd3f\u0648\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0646\u0650\u064a\u0651\u064e\u0629\u064b <u>\u0627\u0628\u0652\u062a\u064e\u062f\u064e\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0647\u064e\u0627<\/u>\ufd3e <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u201cRohiblikni o\u02bbzlari <u>chiqarib oldilar<\/u>\u201d <\/strong><em>(Hadid surasi, 27-oyat)<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yana bir ma\u02bcnosi \u201cixtiro qilish\u201d, ya\u02bcni oldin bo\u02bblmagan narsani ishlab chiqish, kashf etishdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><em>Istilohda<\/em><\/strong> olimlar \u201cbid\u02bcat\u201d so\u02bbzini turlicha ta\u02bcriflagan. Ba\u02bczilar kengroq bayon etgan bo\u02bblsa, ayrimlar tor ma\u02bcno bergan. Bid\u02bcatning istilohiy ta\u02bcriflarini ikki yo\u02bbnalishga ajratish mumkin: birinchisi \u2013 umumiy ma\u02bcno, ikkinchisi \u2013 maxsus berilgan ma\u02bcno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Birinchi yo\u02bbnalish egalari \u201cbid\u02bcat\u201d so\u02bbzini ta\u02bcriflar ekan, \u201coldin namunasi bo\u02bblmagan narsani paydo qilish\u201d ma\u02bcnosiga e\u02bctibor qaratgan. Bid\u02bcatning ma\u02bcnosini ancha keng miqyosda, Nabiy sollallohu alayhi vasallam davrlarida ham, keyingi asrlarda ham mavjud bo\u02bblmagan har qanday ishni qamrab oladigan tarzda tushungan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu ta\u02bcrif zamiriga yaxshilik ham, yomonlik ham, ibodat ham, ibodat bo\u02bblmagan ham \u2013 maqtovga sazovor yo malomat qilingan bo\u02bblishidan qat\u02bci nazar \u2013 diniy yo dunyoviy narsaning hammasi kiradi. Ba\u02bczilar yanada toraytirib: \u201cbid\u02bcat \u2013 sunnatga zid bo\u02bblgan, dinga nisbat berilib e\u02bctiqod qilingan har qanday yangi narsa\u201d deb ta\u02bcrif bergan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Allomalar bid\u02bcatni ikkiga: <em>kufr<\/em> va <em>fasod<\/em>ga yetaklovchi kategoriyalarga ajratgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Kufrga yetaklovchi bid\u02bcatning o\u02bbzi ham ikki xil bo\u02bbladi. Birinchisi, bid\u02bcat egasining kufr qilayotganiga dalolat bo\u02bbluvchi omil. Masalan, \u201cbiror shaxsda ilohiylik mujassam\u201d degan gap yoki namoz, ro\u02bbza, haj va shu kabilarni inkor etish ochiq kufr belgilari sanaladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ikkinchisi, bid\u02bcat egasining kufrga ketmayotganiga dalolat bo\u02bblgan omil. Deylik, Qur\u02bconni maxluq (yaratilgan) deyish, jannatda Alloh taoloni ko\u02bbrishni inkor etish kabilar. Bular insonning kofirligiga dalolat bo\u02bblmaydi, uning \u2013 noto\u02bbg\u02bbri bo\u02bblsa-da \u2013 shaxsiy fikri, o\u02bbz nuqtayi nazari, kimlarningdir ta\u02bcsirida shakllangan yanglish e\u02bctiqodini ko\u02bbrsatadi, xolos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Fasodga yetaklovchi bid\u02bcat o\u02bbz egasini iymon doirasidan chiqarmaydi. Bunday odam roviy sifatida musulmon hisoblanadi. Lekin bid\u02bcati uni fosiqlikka, ya\u02bcni buzuq e\u02bctiqod sababli Allohga itoat qilishdan chetlashganlarga mansub qiladi. Xavorijlar, rofizalar va sunnat usullariga xilof bo\u02bblgan boshqa firqalarning bid\u02bcatlari shunday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Endi Muhammad ibn Hibbonning asarlariga murojaat qilsak, bid\u02bcat va havo ahlidan (nafs istaklarini dindan ustun qo\u02bbyuvchilardan) rivoyat qilish borasidagi fikr va qarashlarini ravshanroq anglaymiz. Muhaddis o\u02bbz \u201cSahih\u201dida bunday degan: \u201cMurjia, rofiza va shunga o\u02bbxshagan mazhablarni tanlagan roviylarga kelsak, ular biz bayon qilgan shart asosida ishonchli bo\u02bblsa, xabarlarini hujjat sifatida qabul qilamiz. Mazhablariga da\u02bcvat qilmasalar, bas. Tutgan mazhabi va o\u02bbzlari bilan Yaratgan o\u02bbrtasidagi e\u02bctiqodini Alloh azza va jallaga havola qilamiz. Chunki, o\u02bbz mazhabiga chorlovchidan \u2013 peshvo darajasiga yetgan bo\u02bblsa ham, ishonchli bo\u02bblsa ham \u2013 rivoyat qilsak, mazhabiga ergashish uchun yo\u02bbl ochib bergan bo\u02bblamiz. Shuningdek, o\u02bbrganuvchiga uning va so\u02bbziga tayanishga imkon berib qo\u02bbygan bo\u02bblamiz. Shuning uchun ehtiyot shuki, ulardan da\u02bcvatchi imomlarning rivoyatlarini tark etib, yuqorida bayon qilganimizdek, ishonchli roviylaridan foydalanish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A\u02bcmash, Abu Is\u02bchoq, Abdulmalik ibn Umayr kabilarning hadislarini qabul qilgan narsalari sababli tark etsak, Qatoda, Said ibn Abu Aruba, Ibn Abu Zuayb singarilarning rivoyatlarini ergashgan narsalari sababli qabul qilmasak, shuningdek, Umar ibn Zarr, Ibrohim Taymiy, Mis\u02bcar ibn Kidom va ularga zamondosh bo\u02bblganlardan tanlovlari sababli voz kechib, mazhablari tufayli hadislarini faromush qilsak, bu ish sunnatni to\u02bbla tark etishga yo\u02bbl ochardi va qo\u02bblimizda sunnatdan juda oz narsa qolar edi. Ayni paytda ularning rivoyatlaridan (to\u02bbliq) foydalansak, sunnatni yo\u02bbq qilish va o\u02bbchirib yuborishga yordam bergan bo\u02bblamiz. Shuning uchun biz bayon qilgan qoidaga amal qilish (ya\u02bcni, ularning rivoyatlarini umumiy holda rad etmasdan, ishonchli bo\u02bblgan roviylarining rivoyatlarini qabul qilish) eng ehtiyotli yo\u02bbldir\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma \u201cAs-Siqot\u201d asarida Ja\u02bcfar ibn Sulaymon Zab\u02bciyning tarjimayi holini bayon etib, bunday degan: \u201cJa\u02bcfar ibn Sulaymon hadis rivoyatlarida ishonchli va barkamol bo\u02bblgan. Lekin ahli bayt tarafdorlariga moyil bo\u02bblgan (ya\u02bcni, xalifalikka faqat ahli bayt loyiq, deganlarga ergashgan), ammo mazhabiga da\u02bcvat qiluvchi emas edi. Hadis ahli bo\u02bblgan imomlarimiz orasida hech qanday ixtilof yo\u02bbqki, roviy rostgo\u02bby va mo\u02bbtabar bo\u02bblsa, biror bid\u02bcati bo\u02bblsa-da, da\u02bcvat qilmasa, uning xabarlarini hujjat sifatida qabul qilish mumkin. Bid\u02bcatiga da\u02bcvat qilsa, rivoyatini hujjat qilish botil bo\u02bbladi. Shu sababdan bid\u02bcatni qabul qilgan va unga da\u02bcvat qilgan ba\u02bczi roviylarning hadislarini ulamolar tark etgan, garchi rivoyatda ishonchli bo\u02bblsalar ham. Lekin xuddi shunday bid\u02bcatga moyil bo\u02bblgan, ammo unga da\u02bcvat qilmagan boshqa ishonchli roviylarning rivoyatlarini dalil qilib keltirganmiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Zero, bandaning bid\u02bcati \u2013 u bilan Alloh o\u02bbrtasidagi ish, Alloh xohlasa, azoblaydi, xohlasa, afv etadi. Bizga esa, kitoblarimizning turli o\u02bbrinlarida zikr qilganimizdek, ishonchli bo\u02bblsa, rivoyatlarini qabul qilish vojibdir\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Ibn Hibbon tayangan bu me\u02bcyorlar muayyan xulosa beradi. Ularni quyidagicha umumlashtirish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Hibbon bid\u02bcati kufrga yetaklaydiganlarning rivoyatlarini rad etgan. Lekin fisqqa olib boradigan bid\u02bcatchi haqida bunday keskin so\u02bbz yuritmagan. \u201cAlloh xohlasa, azoblaydi, xohlasa, afv etadi\u201d deb aytyapti. Ammo kufrga oid bid\u02bcat egasi iymon doirasidan chiqqani uchun rivoyati qabul qilinmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhaddis ularning rivoyatini qabul etishda \u201cSahih\u201dida belgilangan talablarga muvofiq kelishini shart qilib qo\u02bbygan, ular quyidagilardan iborat: dinda go\u02bbzal satr (ya\u02bcni, roviyning dindorligi va gunohlardan saqlanishi, go\u02bbzal hayo bilan zohir bo\u02bblishi) bilan adolatli bo\u02bblish; rostgo\u02bbylik bilan mashhur bo\u02bblish; aql \u2013 rivoyat qilayotgan hadisini idrok qila olish, mazmun-mohiyatini anglash qobiliyati; ilm \u2013 rivoyat qilayotgan hadisdagi ma\u02bcnolarni o\u02bbzgartirib yuboradigan omillarni yoki haqiqatga to\u02bbg\u02bbri kelmaydigan narsalarni bilishi; xabarlarining tadlis (roviyning sanadda shayxidan eshitmaganini, go\u02bbyo undan eshitgandek rivoyat qilish)dan pokiza bo\u02bblishi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ularning rivoyatini qabul qilishning sharti o\u02bbz bid\u02bcatlariga chorlamasligidir. Da\u02bcvat qilsa, demak, o\u02bbz mazhabini ziynatlab, chiroyli qilib ko\u02bbrsatishga harakat qilayotgan bo\u02bbladi. Bu esa hadisni o\u02bbz yo\u02bbliga moslab, buzishga yo o\u02bbzgartirishga olib boradi. Shuning uchun ishonchli roviy bo\u02bblsa ham rivoyati qabul qilinmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Aslida bid\u02bcat egasidan rivoyat qabul qilish haqidagi eng to\u02bbg\u02bbri qarash shuki, u bid\u02bcatiga da\u02bcvat qilmaydigan, rivoyatida o\u02bbz bid\u02bcatini qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlaydigan narsani keltirmaydigan, ishonchli, omonatdor, yetuk va rostgo\u02bby roviylardan bo\u02bblishi kerak. Bu fikrning to\u02bbg\u02bbriligini amaliy holat oson isbotlaydi. Chunki katta muhaddis imomlar shunday yo\u02bbl tutgan. Masalan, Imom Buxoriy ba\u02bczi ishonchli va bid\u02bcatiga chaqirmaydigan ahli bid\u02bcatdan rivoyat qilgan. Demak, bu yo\u02bbnalish ahli sunna muhaddislari amalda qo\u02bbllagan qoida bo\u02bblib, ilm ahli orasida to\u02bbg\u02bbri yo\u02bbl hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Endi ahli bid\u02bcat orasidan hadislari qabul qilingan ikki roviyni zikr qilib o\u02bbtamiz. Turli e\u02bctiqodiy bid\u02bcatlarda ayblangan bo\u02bblsa-da, ulardan Imom Buxoriy ham, Imom Ibn Hibbon ham \u201cSahih\u201dlarida rivoyat keltirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Amr Shaboba ibn Savvor Madoiniy (Imom Buxoriy Fazoriy deb keltirgan). Uni Ibn Main, Ibn Madiniy, Ibn Sa\u02bcd, Abu Zur\u02bca, Usmon ibn Abu Shaybat va boshqalar ishonchli deb baholagan. Ahmad ibn Hanbal: \u201cUndan biroz narsa yozib olganman, murjia aqidasida ekanini keyin bilganman\u201d, degan. Ibn Xarosh: \u201cAhmad undan rozi emas edi, lekin u rostgo\u02bby edi\u201d, degan. Sojiy ham shunday degan va qo\u02bbshimcha qilib: \u201cU da\u02bcvatchi edi\u201d, degan<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. Imom Buxoriy undan ikkita, Ibn Hibbon yettita hadis keltirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imron ibn Hitton Sadusiy. Mashhur shoir. Xavorijlar aqidasida bo\u02bblgan. Abu Abbos Mubarrid: \u201cImron sufriya toifasining qa\u02bcdiya guruhi rahbari, notiqi va shoiri edi\u201d, degan. U o\u02bbz mazhabining da\u02bcvatchisi va Ali roziyallohu anhuning qotili Abdurahmon ibn Muljimga mashhur baytlar bilan marsiya aytgan kishi edi<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>. Imom Buxoriy undan ikkita, Ibn Hibbon bitta hadis keltirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibn Sirinning \u201cIlgari odamlar sanad haqida so\u02bbramasdi. Fitna yoyilgach (Usmon roziyallohu anhu shahid qilingach), \u201cBizga roviylaringizning ismini ayting\u201d, deyiladigan bo\u02bbldi. Sunnat ahlidan bo\u02bblsa, hadislari olinar, bid\u02bcat ahlidan bo\u02bblsa, olinmas edi\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> degan gapidagi bid\u02bcat ahli kufrga chorlovchi roviylardir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibn Hibbon va boshqa muhaddis imomlar bid\u02bcat va havo egalaridan ham rivoyat qilgan ekan. Hadis qabul qilish-qilmaslikda faqat roviyning aqidasiga qaralmagan, balki uning rostgo\u02bbylik, diyonat va rivoyatdagi ishonchlilik mezonlariga ham e\u02bctibor berilgan.
