Tarixda \u201cQubbatul islom\u201d deya nomlangan aynan shu tabarruk zaminda Abu Hafs Kabiyr Buxoriy, Imom Buxoriy, Ibrohim Saffor Buxoriy, Nuriddin Sobuniy Buxoriy, Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr Buxoriy va boshqa ko\u2018plab islom bilimlari rivojiga ulkan hissa qo\u2018shgan allomalar yashab ijod qilishgan. Bunday buyuk zotlarning boy ilmiy-ma\u2019naviy merosini o\u2018rganish borasida hozirda samarali ishlar olib borilmoq. Ammo hanuzgacha ilm ahliga, xalqimizga nomlari tanish bo\u2018lmagan, dunyo fondlarida o\u2018z tadqiqotchisini kutib yotgan allomalarimizning tarixiy, ilmiy merosini topish va tadqiq qilish ishlarini yanada rivojlantirish bugungi kun tadqiqotchilari oldida turgan dolzarb vazifadir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Islom dini Movarounnahrga kirib kela boshlagan davrdan boshlab turli diniy ta\u2019limotlar, kalom maktablari shakllana boshladi. Ular orasida Abu Hanifa (vaf. 767 y) asos solgan maktab an\u2019analari nisbatan xalqchilligi, mahalliy xalqlar madaniyati va urf-odatlariga yaqinligi sababli kuchliroq mavqega ega bo\u2018ldi. Bu mazhab Movarounnahrda mahalliy boy diniy-ma\u2019naviy an\u2019analar asosida takomillashtirildi, boyitildi va tartibga solindi. Mazkur jarayonga Movarounnahrdan yetishib chiqqan mutakallim olimlarning bir necha avlodi o\u2018zlarining beqiyos hissalarini qo\u2018shdilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">X asrning birinchi yarmida Movarounnahrda, ayniqsa, Samarqand va Buxoroda hanafiy ilohiyotchiligi ravnaqiga hissa qo\u2018shgan bir jamoa bor edi va ularning ko\u2018pchiligi katta mavqega ega bo\u2018lgan nufuzli olimlar edi . Moturidiy, Hakim Samarqandiy, aka-uka Iyodiylar, Rustufag\u2018niy, Abu Salama Samarqandiy (vaf. taxm. 340\/952 y.) shular jumlasidandir. Ular davrida yozilgan manbalar ko\u2018zdan kechirilganda fiqh bilan bir qatorda kalom ilmi ham kuchli mavqeni egallagan. Bu olimlarning asosiy maqsadi mu\u2019tazila, karromiya, jahmiya va qadariya kabi adashgan oqimlar kuchayishining oldini olish va ahli sunna e\u2019tiqod tamoyillarini mintaqada hukmron qilishdan iborat edi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quyida Buxoro zaminidan yetishib chiqib, fiqh va kalom ilmlari sohasida ulkan ilmiy meros qoldirgan zabardast allomalar haqida to\u2018xtalamiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ma\u2019lumki, Moturidiy aqidasi va uning g\u2018oyalari uning vafotidan so\u2018ng, shogirdlari va izdoshlari tomonidan keng yoyilgan. Bu o\u2018rinda buyuk mutakallim Abu Muin Nasafiyning xizmatlari beqiyos. Saffor Buxoriy va Nuriddin Sobuniy Nasafiydan kalom ilmini o\u2018rganishgan[1:101]. Manbalarda Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr Imomzoda Buxoriy nomli alloma ham Buxoroda moturidiylik ta\u2019limotini tarqalishida hissa qo\u2018shgan olimlar qatorida zikr qilingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cKashfuz zunun \u2019an asomiyil kutub val funun\u201d, \u201cJavohirul mudiya fi tabaqotil hanafiya\u201d, \u201cToj at-tarojim\u201d va \u201cAl-a\u2019lom\u201d kabi islom tarixiga oid asarlar va tarixchi olimlar Sh.Ziyodov, S.Oqilov, I.Daminov, A.Alloqulov va O.Muhammadiyevlarning ilmiy ishlarida ushbu allomalar ilmiy merosi va o\u2018sha davrdagi aqidaviy maktablar haqida batafsil ma\u2019lumotlar keltirilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Bugungi kunda davlatimizda milliy qadriyat &#8211; din omili, diniy bag\u2018rikenglikning o\u2018rni, uning mazmun-mohiyati hamda asosiy tamoyillari, musulmon dunyosidagi aqidaviy-fiqhiy yo\u2018nalishlarga bag\u2018ishlangan turli janr va tillarda yozilgan o\u2018ndan ortiq tadqiqot ishlari va asarlari mazkur ishning manbalarini tashkil etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ibrohim Saffor Buxoriy o\u2018z davrida zamondoshlari orasida hanafiy fiqhini yaxshi bilgani uchun \u201cfaqih\u201d, \u201czohid\u201d , \u201cruknul islom\u201d kabi unvonlarga sazovor bo\u2018lgan. Mutakallimning hayoti va ilmiy-ma\u2019naviy merosi, xususan, kalom ilmiga oid ta\u2019limoti moturidiyya madrasasi asosida tadbiq etilgan[2:58]. Saffor Buxoriyning otasi, bobosi va katta bobolari ham hanafiy fiqh ilmi sohasida ulkan salohiyatga ega olimlardan bo\u2018lishgan[3:7].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tabaqot kitoblarida Saffor Buxoriyni 460\/1065 yilda Buxoroda tug\u2018ilganligi qayd etilgan. Uning vafoti haqida aksar manbalarda 534\/1139 sana zikr qilinadi. Alloma 74 yil umr ko\u2018rib, rabiy\u2019ul avval oyining 26-kunida Buxoroda vafot etgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Saffor Buxoriy otasi Ismoil ibn Abu Nasr (vaf.461\/1069), Abu Hafs Umar ibn Mansur ibn Bazzoz (vaf.466\/1074), Abu Muhammad Abdulaziz Kirmoniy, Abu Muhammad Fazl Karudiy va Abu Ya\u2019qub Sayyoriy kabi olimlardan ta\u2019lim olgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Abdulkarim Sam\u2019oniy (vaf. 562\/1166), Abu Muhomid Qavomiddin Hammod ibn Ibrohim Saffor (vaf. 576\/1180), Abulmafoxir Hasan ibn Mansur O\u2018zgandiy Farg\u2018oniy (vaf. 592\/1196) va Abu Abdulloh Nosiriddin O\u2018shiylar Saffor Buxoriyning shogirdlari bo\u2018lishgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Saffor Buxoriy kalom ilmiga oida \u201cTalxisul adilla li qavoidi tavhid (Tavhid qoidalari haqida dalillarning qisqacha mazmuni)\u201d va \u201cRisola fil kalom\u201d (Kalom ilmi haqida risola)\u201d nomli asarlar yozib qoldirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mazkur asarlarining qo\u2018lyozma nusxalari hozirgi kunda Turkiya, Misr, Buyuk Britaniya, Germaniya, Bag\u2018dod, Madrid va Parij kitob fondlarida saqlanmoqda[4:67-71].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Saffor Buxoriyning asarlari ilm ahli tomonidan yuksak baholanib, hatto hozirgi kunda sharq va g\u2018arb sharqshunos, islomshunos va kalom ilmiga qiziquvchilar orasida katta obro\u2018-e\u2019tiborga ega. Xususan, allomaning \u201cTalxisul adilla\u201d asari bir necha bor sharq va g\u2018arb kalomshunoslari tomonidan tadqiq etilgan. 2019-yil G\u2018ofur G\u2018ulom nashriyotida allomaning \u201cRisola fil kalom\u201d asari o\u2018zbek tiliga o\u2018girilib nashr etildi. Allomaning kalom ilmiga oid mazkur ikki asarinig elektron nusxasi hozirda Imom Buxoriy xalqaro ilmiy-tadqiqot markazi qo\u2018lyozmalar fondida saqlanmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nuriddin Sobuniy ham Buxoroda moturidiylik ta\u2019limotini keng yoyilishiga hissa qo\u2018shgan ulamolaridan biri bo\u2018lib, uning to\u2018liq ismi Ahmad ibn Mahmud ibn Abu Bakr, kunyasi Abu Muhammad. Ko\u2018pincha tabaqot kitoblarida uning ismiga \u201cImom\u201d va \u201cNuriddin\u201d laqablari qo\u2018shib aytiladi. Kalomga oid manbalarda esa uning ismini ko\u2018p hollarda \u201cNuriddin Sobuniy\u201d deb zikr qilishgan[5:206].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Sobuniyning hayoti haqida ma\u2019lumotlar ko\u2018p bo\u2018lmasa-da, uning boy oilaga mansub bo\u2018lib, sovun ishlab chiqarish hunari bilan shug\u2018ullanganligi sababli bu oilaga \u201cSobuniy\u201d nisbasi berilganligi manbalarda yozilgan[6:19]. Sobuniy Abu Yusr Pazdaviy (vaf. 493\/1099 y.), Alouddin Samarqandiy (vaf. 539\/1144 y.), Alouddin Usmandiy (vaf. 552\/1157 y.) va Ibrohim Saffor Buxoriy Hanafiy (vaf.534\/1139 y.) kabi allomalar bilan zamondosh bo\u2018lgan[7:120].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nuriddin Sobuniyning asarlari ko\u2018pchilik olimlar ixtilofda bo\u2018lgan, kalomga tegishli masalalarni tushunarli, sodda tilda va yengil uslubda yozilganligi bilan ajralib turadi. Ba\u2019zi olimlar o\u2018zlarining asarlarini yozishda Sobuniyning kitoblaridan naqllar, iboralar va dalillar keltirishgan[8:735-741]. Manbalarda Nuriddin Sobuniy va shayx Rashididdin o\u2018rtasida ilmiy munozaralar bo\u2018lib o\u2018tgani haqida ma\u2019lumotlar mavjud. Bu shundan dalolat beradiki, Sobuniy fors tilini ham yaxshi bilgan[9:35]. Nuriddin Sobuniy kalom ilmini ustozi Abu Muin Nasafiydan uning \u201cTabsiratul adilla\u201d asari asosida o\u2018rgangan[10:11].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Taniqli Ash\u2019ariy olim Faxriddin Roziy Nuriddin Sobuniy bilan kalom ilmi sohasida juda ko\u2018p bor munozaralar olib borgan. Xususan, \u201cAllohni ko\u2018rish\u201d, \u201ctakvin va mukavvan\u201d va \u201cBoqiylik\u201d masalasida Roziy va Sobuniy uzoq bahslashgani manbalarda keltirilgan. Bundan ko\u2018rinadiki, Roziy Sobuniyni o\u2018ziga munosib raqib deb e\u2019tirof etgan va uni Abu Muin Nasafiyning shogirdi ekanini tan olgan. Hatto, unga qarata \u201cEy kishi! Men Abu Muin Nasafiyning \u201cTabsiratul adilla\u201d asarini o\u2018qib, tahqiq va tadqiq borasida undan afzali yo\u2018q ekaniga amin bo\u2018ldim\u201d degan[11:24].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Sobuniyning ilmiy ijodida moturidiylik qarashlari yetakchilik qiladi. U asarlarida turli chalkash va tortishuvli masalalarni ajoyib tushunarli tilda bayon qilgan bo\u2018lib, Abu Mansur Moturidiy va Abu Muin Nasafiyning qarashlarini umumiy ma\u2019noda qabul qilib asoslashga harakat qilgan, moturidiylikning tizimli mazhab holiga kelishi uchun katta xizmat qilgan. Kalom ilmidan boshqa yo\u2018nalishda asar yozmagan bo\u2018lsa-da, kitoblarining ma\u2019lum bir qismi ko\u2018p bora ko\u2018chirilishini hisobga olsak, Sobuniyning olimlar orasida e\u2019tiborga ega bo\u2018lganligi ma\u2019lum bo\u2018ladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Nuriddin Sobuniy 1184-yil 30-may kuni (hijriy 580 yil safar oyining o\u2018n oltinchi kuni) asr namozidan so\u2018ng, olamdan o\u2018tgan va Buxorodagi \u201cYetti qozi\u201d qabristoniga dafn etilgan [12:4].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Sobuniyning \u201cBidoya fi usulid din\u201d (Boshlang\u2018ich din asoslari), \u201cKifoya fil hidoya\u201d (Hidoya haqida muxtasar kitob) va \u201cAl-muntaqo min ismatil anbiyo\u201d (Gunohlardan holi bo\u2018lish faqat payg\u2018ambarlarga xos) nomli asarlari bizgacha yetib kelgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Sobuniyning \u201cKifoya fil hidoya\u201d va \u201cAl-muntaqo min ismatil anbiyo\u201d asarlarinig ikkitadan qo\u2018lyozma nusxalari Turkiyaning \u201cLalale\u201d va Saudiya Arabistonidagi \u201cPodshoh Abdulaziz\u201d kutubxonasidan Imom Buxoriy xalqaro ilmiy-tadqiqot markazi qo\u2018lyozmalar fondiga olib kelindi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Uning asarlari bugungi kunda ham islomshunoslik yo\u2018nalishida kalom darslarida o\u2018qitilishi bilan alohida e\u2019tiborga sazovor bo\u2018lib, kalom ilmining barcha masalalaridan xabardor bo\u2018lishni istagan o\u2018quvchi uchun eng qulay manbalardan biri bo\u2018lib xizmat qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Tarixda \u201cImomzoda\u201d nomi bilan tanilgan Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr Buxoriy hanafiylik va moturidiylik ta\u2019limoti Buxoroda taraqqiy etishida xizmat qilgan allomalardan hisoblanadi. Alloma hijriy 491, milodiy 1098 yilda tavallud topgan[13:16].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Alloma \u201cImomzoda\u201d, \u201cSharg\u2018iy\u201d, \u201cJug\u2018iy\u201d, \u201cJarg\u2018iy\u201d, \u201cRuknul islom\u201d, \u201cVoiz\u201d, \u201cMuftiy ahli Buxoro\u201d, \u201cMajdud din\u201d va \u201cSadiydud din\u201d kabi laqablar bilan laqablangan. U bir muddat Buxoroda muftiylik vazifasida ham faoliyat olib borib, fiqh, kalom, tasavvuf va adabiyot ilmlarida yetuk alloma bo\u2018lgan[14:54].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imomzoda Abul Fazl Zaranjariy (v.512), Abu Bakr Surxakatiy (v.518), Roziyuddin Nishopuriy (v.585) va Xoja Yusuf Hamadoniy (v.535)lardan fiqh va kalom ilmlarini o\u2018rgangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Burhonul islom Zarnujiy (v.610), Shamsul aimma Kardariy (v.642), Jamoliddin Mahbubiy Buxoriy (v.630), Ahmad ibn Abdulmalik ibn Umar ibn Abdulaziz va Sa\u2019duddin Muhammad ibn Muhammad Avfiylar Imomzodaning shogirdlari bo\u2018lgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imomzoda Buxoriy Mavarounnahrda Imom Moturidiydan keyin uning ta\u2019limotini tarqatgan va rivojlanishiga hissa qo\u2018shgan Abul Hasan Sirojiddin Ali Farg\u2018oniy O\u2018shiy (v.575) va Nuriddin Sobuniy Buxoriy (v.580) bilan zamondosh bo\u2018lgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Abu Muin Nasafiy (v.508), Ibrohim Saffor Buxoriy (v.534), Abu Hafs Najmiddin Umar Nasafiy (v.537), Abu Bakr Alouddin Samarqandiy (v.539), Abu Sano Mahmud Lomishiy (v.539) va Abul Fath Alouddin Usmandiy (v.552) kabi faqih va mutakallim allomalarni o\u2018zining shayxlari deb e\u2019tirof etgan[14:23].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imomzoda Buxoriy Buxoro Mo\u2018g\u2018ullar tomonidan bosib olingan dastlabki yillarda, ya\u2019ni hijriy 573, milodiy 1177 yilda vafot etgan. Uning qabri va qaerda dafn etilgani to\u2018g\u2018risida aniq ma\u2019lumotlar berilmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Allomaning ilmiy merosiga oid uchta asar aniqlandi. Ular : \u201cShir\u2019atul islom\u201d, \u201cUqudul aqoid\u201d va \u201cG\u2018aroibul Qur\u2019on\u201d asarlaridir. Turkiyalik olim Rajab Jiji Imomzodaning \u201cShurutus solat\u201d nomli kitobi ham borligini qayd etgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cShir\u2019atul islom\u201d asarining qo\u2018lyozma nusxalari Turkiya, Saudiya Arabistoni, Falastin, Hindiston, Misr va O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasi \u201cAbu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Sharqshunoslik\u201d institutida saqlanmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cUqudul aqoid\u201d kitobi nazmiy uslubda yozilgan bo\u2018lib, uning qo\u2018lyozma nusxasi Turkiya, Misr, Saudiya Arabistoni, Suriya va Britaniya kitob fondlarida saqlanib kelmoqda. Manzumaning to\u2018liq nomi \u201cUqudul aqoid fi fununil favoid\u201d \u201cFoydali ilmlardagi e\u2019tiqod marjonlari\u201d bo\u2018lib, ushbu asar moturidiy aqidasi bo\u2018yicha yozilgan manzumalar orasida eng uzuni va yozilish tarixiga ko\u2018ra ikkinchi o\u2018rinda turadi. Asar 770 baytdan iborat. Manzuma muallifi yashagan davr va shu davrda Buxorodagi diniy vaziyatdan kelib chiqib, 560 hijriy 1164-1165 yillarda Sirojiddin O\u2018shiy (v.575)ning \u201cBad\u2019ul amoliy\u201d manzumasidan 7-8 yil oldin yozilgan degan xulosaga kelindi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imomzodaning ushbu asari e\u2019tiqodiy masalalarga bag\u2018ishlangan bo\u2018lib, sodda va tushunarli tarzda nazmiy uslubda yozilgan. Asarda ba\u2019zi aqidada adashgan mazhablar, falsafiy mushohada qiluvchilar, dahriylar, munajjimlar, bid\u2019atchi firqalardan bo\u2018lmish jahmiylar, botiniylar, jabariylar, mushabbihachilar, rofiziylar, qadariylar va mo\u2018taziliylarga moturidiylik ta\u2019limoti asosida raddiyalar berilgan.
