Ularning navbatdagi yangi fitnasi vitr namozidagi Qunut duosi borasida bo\u02bbldi. Vitr namozida o\u02bbqiladigan duolar to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida pisand qilmagan \u00a0ohangda ayrim fikrlarni aytib chiqibdi. \u00a0Zotan, haqiqiy xolis olim kishi shariatga oid masalalarda, xususan namoz haqida bunaqa ohangda beparvo holatda gapirmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dastavval, vitr namozi va qunut duosining islomdagi mavqeini anglab olishimiz uchun uning o\u02bbqilishi tarixi va sabablariga nazar tashlasak. Ma\u02bclumki, Nabiy sollallohu alayhi vasallam hijrat qilganlaridan keyin sahobalarning aksari Madinaga hijrat qilishdi. Biroq safarga chiqishga qurbi yetmay Makkada qolgan musulmonlarning ahvollari og\u02bbir edi. Ularning ayrimlari hibsga olindi, ba\u02bczilari barcha haq-huquqlardan mahrum etildi. Payg\u02bbambar alayhissalom namozda ularning haqiga duo qilib, Alloh taolodan mushkullarini oson qilishni iltijo qilib so\u02bbrar edilar. \u201cDuoi qunut\u201d o\u02bbshanda paydo bo\u02bblgan. Boshqa bir manbalarda ta\u02bckidlanishicha, Nabiy sollallohu alayhi vasallam huzurlariga Ri\u02bcl va Zakvon qabilalaridan islomni qabul qilganini aytib, dinni o\u02bbrgatish uchun bir necha qorilarni yuborishni so\u02bbrab elchilar kelishadi. So\u02bbng ular o\u02bbzlariga yuborilgan qorilarni xiyonatkorona o\u02bbldirishadi. Shu sababli Nabiy sollalohu alayhi vasallam bir oy Ri\u02bcl va Zakvon qabilalarini duoiba\u02bcd qilib qunut o\u02bbqiydilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u0639\u0646 \u0623\u0646\u0633 \u0642\u0627\u0644: \u0642\u0646\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0628\u0649 \u0635\u0644\u0651\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0651\u0645 \u0634\u0647\u0631\u0627 \u064a\u062f\u0639\u0648 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0639\u0644 \u0648 \u0630\u0643\u0648\u0627\u0646<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Anas ibn molik roziyallohu anhudan rivoyat qilinadi: Nabiy sollalohu alayhi vasallam bir oy Ri\u02bcl va Zakvon qabilalarini duoiba\u02bcd qilib qunut o\u02bbqidilar\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qunut so\u02bbzi lug\u02bbatda \u201cduo, tazarru\u02bc\u201d ma\u02bcnolarini bildiradi. Shar\u02bciy istilohda mushkul holatda qolgan kishi namozda ruku\u02bcdan oldin takbir aytib quloq qoqib, Alloh taologa iltijo qilgan holda yomonlikni daf qilish yoki yaxshilikni jalb qilishni so\u02bbrash duosi \u201cqunut\u201d deb ataladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Qunut duosining hukmiga to\u02bbxtaladigan bo\u02bblsak, v<\/strong>itr namozida uchinchi rakatda zam sura qiroatidan keyin takbir aytib qo\u02bbl ko\u02bbtargandan so\u02bbng duo o\u02bbqish vojib. Hanafiy mazhabida qunutda vojiblik ma\u02bcnosida muayyan bir duo tayin qilingan emas. Ammo \u201cQunut duosi\u201d nomi bilan mashhur duoni o\u02bbqilishi keng tarqalgan. Bu duo vitr namozining uchinchi raka\u02bcatida, ruku\u02bcdan oldin o\u02bbqiladi.\u00a0 Hanafiy mazhabiga ko\u02bbra xufton namozi vaqtida vitr namozini o\u02bbqish va unda duo qilish vojib, duoda aynan \u201cQunut\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> nomi bilan mashhur duoni o\u02bbqish sunnati muakkada, sanaladi<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shofe\u02bciy va molikiy mazhablarida bomdod namozida muntazam o\u02bbqiladi. Shofe\u02bciy mazhabida \u201cAllohumma ihdiniy fiman hadayta\u201d duosini o\u02bbqish shart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hanafiy mazhabida vitr namozini o\u02bbqish vojib ekaniga bir qancha hadislarni dalil qilib keltirilgan, ammo bu alohida katta bir mavzu bo\u02bblgani sababli unga to\u02bbxtalmaymiz<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>. Ular vojib amal bo\u02bblgani sababli, ularni tark qilgan kishiga sajdai sahv vojib bo\u02bbladi. Mana shu fatvo to\u02bbg\u02bbriroqdir. Bu amallar Qur\u02bconi karimda sunnat deb aytilgan bo\u02bblsa-da, ularning vojibligi hadislar bilan sobit bo\u02bblgan. Vitr namozida duo qilish Imom Abu Hanifa nazdida vojib, Imom Muhammad va Imom Abu Yusuf nazdida sunnat amaldir. Uni muhofaza qilinglar. Odatda taroveh namozida vitr ham jamoat bilan o\u02bbqiladi. Shunda muqtadiy imomning ortidan \u201cQunut\u201dni o\u02bbqiydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Namoz farz bo\u02bbladimi, vojibmi, sunnatmi, darajasidan qat\u02bciy nazar u mo\u02bbminning me\u02bcrojidir. Namoz ichidagi amallar garchi mustahab darajasidagi amal bo\u02bblsa ham, \u201cqilsang ham bo\u02bblaveradi, qilmasang ham bo\u02bblaveradi,\u201d kabi so\u02bbzlar bilan\u00a0 mensimasdan gapirish, jumladan vitr namozi haqida ham bunday ohangda gapirish olim odamning fe\u02bclidan emas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Namozga tegishli amallar beparvolik bilan \u201cqilmasang shart emas\u201d deb aytilmaydi. Qilsang savob bo\u02bbladi, qilolmasang gunohkor bo\u02bblmaysan, kabi iboralar bilan tushuntirilsa, maqsadga muvofiq sanaladi. Chunki yuqorida ta\u02bckidlab o\u02bbtganimizdek, namoz qadri buyuk ibodat, u mo\u02bbminning me\u02bcrojidir. Namoz o\u02bbqiyotgan kishi go\u02bbyo me\u02bcrojda\u00a0 Alloh taolo bilan hamroz aytishayotgandek maqomda turadi. Namoz ham, undagi duolar ham \u201cqilsam\u00a0 ham, qilmasam bo\u02bblar ekan\u201d deb o\u02bbqiladigan narsa emas. Aksincha undagi duolar ixlosu tavoze\u02bc bilan o\u02bbqiladigan munojotdir. Ixlosu tavoze\u02bc bilan\u00a0 namoz o\u02bbqish ibodatning\u00a0 ijobat bo\u02bblganini belgisidir. \u201cO\u02bbqisam ham, o\u02bbqimasam ham hech narsa bo\u02bblmas ekan\u201d deb bajarilgan ibodatning savobi ham \u201chech narsa bo\u02bblmaydi\u201d qabilida bo\u02bblishiga hech shubha yo\u02bbq.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">E\u02bctiqod, ibodat va duoga oid amallarda so\u02bbz yuritishda gapira olar ekanman deb, hamma meni so\u02bbzimga mushtoq bo\u02bblib quloq solib o\u02bbtirar ekan deb og\u02bbizga kelganini gapiraverish chalasavod kishiga xos bo\u02bblgan va oqibati xayrli bo\u02bblmagan ishdir. Shu sababli shar\u02bciy masalalarda so\u02bbzlashdan oldin aytiladigan so\u02bbzlarimizni faqat aql tarozisida emas, shariat mezonida ham tortib ko\u02bbrishimiz lozim. Allohim barchamizni hidoyatda sobit qilib, to\u02bbg\u02bbri yo\u02bbldan adashtirmasin.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Imom Buxoriy \u2013 Muhammad ibn Ismoil. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d. \u201cBushro\u201d nashriyoti. Ammo Alloh taolo Nabiy sollallohu alayhi vasallamni olamlarga rahmat payg\u02bbambar etib yuborgani uchun u zotning bu duolarini ijobat qilmagan, deyiladi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"#_ftnref2\" name=\"_ftn2\">[2]<\/a> <strong>Qunut duosi<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Hanafiy va molikiy ulamolar qunutda o\u02bbqiladigan duoga ushbu dalilni keltiradi:\u00a0Imom Abu Dovud Xolid ibn Abu Imrondan rivoyat qiladi:<em> \u201c<\/em>Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallam Muzarning ziddiga duo qilayotganlarida birdan Jabroil alayhissalom keldi va u zotga \u201cJim\u201d, deb ishora qildi. U zot jim bo\u02bbldilar. Shunda u: \u201cEy Muhammad, Alloh sizni so\u02bbkong\u02bbich qilib ham, la\u02bcnatlovchi qilib ham yuborgani yo\u02bbq. Sizni olamlarga rahmat qilib yubordi. Sizga duoiba\u02bc qilish ishidan hech bir nasiba yo\u02bbqdir\u201d, dedi.
