U nafaqat hadis, tafsir va fiqh sohalarida, balki tilshunoslik, tarix va tasavvuf kabi turli fanlarda ham yuksak bilimlarga ega bo\u02bblib, katta ilmiy meros qoldirgan. Suyutiy o\u02bbz asarlari orqali musulmon jamiyatining rivojiga hissa qo\u02bbshgan va hozirgi kunda ham uning asarlari islomiy ilm-fanning muhim manbalari sifatida o\u02bbrganilmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mamluklar davridagi siyosiy, iqtisodiy va madaniy muhit uning ijodiy faoliyatiga katta ta\u02bcsir ko\u02bbrsatgan. Uning asarlari nafaqat islomiy fanlarda, balki tarixiy tahlil va falsafiy fikrlashda ham qimmatli ahamiyatga ega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tadqiqot metodlari: manbashunoslik, tarixiy-qiyosiy, matnshunoslik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jaloliddin Suyutiyning ilmiy merosi 500 dan ortiq asarlarni o\u02bbz ichiga olgani ma\u02bclum. Uning asarlari turli sohalarga bag\u02bbishlangani bilan diqqatga sazovor. Qaysi yo\u02bbnalish bo\u02bblmasin bu borada alloma Suyutiyning biron asarini topish mumkin, desak mubolag\u02bba qilmagan bo\u02bblamiz. Hatto alloma Suyutiy she\u02bcr, tibbiyot va er-xotin munosabatlari borasida ham asarlar yozgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tahlillar shuni ko\u02bbrsatadiki, Suyutiy ijodi Mamluklar davrining ilmiy muhiti bilan chambarchas bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblib, uning asarlariga o\u02bbsha davrning madaniy-ma\u02bcrifiy ko\u02bbrsatkichlaridan biri sifatida qaraladi. Bundan tashqari, Suyutiyning ijodiy faoliyati bugungi tadqiqotchilarga diniy va madaniy masalalarni o\u02bbrganish uchun asos yaratmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jaloliddin Suyutiy 849-911\/1445-1505-yillarda, Mamluklar davlatining siyosiy, ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy muammolari yuzaga chiqa boshlagan davrda yashagan. Mamluklar davlatining hukmronligi uch asr davom etgan va Usmoniylar tomonidan Misrning zabt etilishi bilan yakunlangan. Mamluklar Misr, Suriya, Hijoz va Janubiy Anadoluda siyosiy ta\u02bcsirga ega bo\u02bblib, kuchli markazlashgan boshqaruv va tashkilotlari bilan salibchilarga va mo\u02bbg\u02bbullarga qarshi kurash olib borgan va ularni to\u02bbxtatishga muvaffaq bo\u02bblgan. Bu davlat tarixning muhim burilish davrlaridan birida yashagan [6:5].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayni Jolut jangidan keyin Bag\u02bbdodning barcha boyliklari talon-toroj qilingan va buyuk islom sivilizatsiyasi mo\u02bbg\u02bbullar tomonidan vayron qilingan. 1258-yilda Bag\u02bbdodga kirgan mo\u02bbg\u02bbullar qirq kun davomida talonchilik va qirg\u02bbin uyushtirgan. Asrlar davomida katta mehnat bilan yaratilgan kutubxonalar va ilmiy xazinalar qisqa muddat ichida yo\u02bbq qilingan. Mo\u02bbg\u02bbul istilosidan keyin Bag\u02bbdod o\u02bbzining siyosiy, madaniy va ilmiy markaz maqomini yo\u02bbqotgan. Bag\u02bbdoddagi xalifalikning yo\u02bbq qilinishi butun islom olamiga ruhiy zarba bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu voqeadan so\u02bbng Bag\u02bbdodda yashagan ko\u02bbplab musulmon olimlar mo\u02bbg\u02bbul istilosidan zarar ko\u02bbrmagan Mamluklar davlatining poytaxti Qohiradan qo\u02bbnim topgan. Tashqaridan kelgan olimlar Qohirada katta ilmiy faollikni yuzaga keltirgan [3:50].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jaloliddin Suyutiy Mamluklar davlatining siyosiy tanazzuli boshlangan davrda yashagan. U hayotining katta qismini 873-901\/1468-1496-yillarda hokimiyatda bo\u02bblgan sulton Qoyitbay davrida o\u02bbtkazgan. Ya\u02bcni Suyutiy 23 yoshidan 50 yoshigacha ushbu sulton davrida yashagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Manbalarga ko\u02bbra, Sulton Qoyitbay har oyning boshida davlat amaldorlarini saroyga taklif qilib, ular bilan uchrashgan va maoshlarini topshirgan. Imom Suyutiy ham bir necha bor bu uchrashuvlarga borgan, biroq keyinchalik bu amaliyot sunnatga va salaf olimlarining odatlariga mos emasligini bildirgan holda taklifni rad etgan. Qirq yoshida sulton huzuriga chiqqanida ta\u02bczim qilmagan va bu voqea Suyutiy bilan sultonning munosabatlarini yomonlashtirgan. Suyutiy ushbu voqea bo\u02bbyicha \u201cMa rovahul asatiyn fi adamil maji\u02bc ilas salatiyn\u201d nomli risola yozgan. Sulton Suyutiyning bu harakati bo\u02bbyicha ulamolardan fatvo so\u02bbragan, biroq ular unga qarshi qaror chiqarishdan bosh tortgan. Natijada Sulton uni barcha davlat lavozimlaridan chetlatgan. Shundan keyin Suyutiy saroydan kelgan barcha taklif va sovg\u02bbalarni rad etib, o\u02bbz uyida uzlatda yashagan [9:62-63].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiyning hayotidagi eng muhim burilish nuqtasi Sulton Qoyitbay bilan yuz bergan ushbu voqea bo\u02bblgan. Ushbu mojaro uning ilmiy faoliyatiga katta ta\u02bcsir ko\u02bbrsatgan. Chunki ushbu voqealar natijasida u zot to\u02bbliq ilm bilan shug\u02bbullanishga va tasavvufiy uzlatga e\u02bctibor qaratgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiy \u201cHusnul muhazara\u201d va \u201cAt-tahaddus bi ni\u02bcmatillah\u201d asarlarida o\u02bbzining hayotini tasvirlagan. Quyida ushbu ikki asardan hamda boshqa mualliflarning imom Suyutiy haqida yozgan biografiyalaridan ham foydalanilib, u zotning hayoti qisqacha bayon etiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U zotning to\u02bbliq ismi: Abulfazl Abdurahmon ibn Kamoliddin Abu Bakr ibn Nosiriddin Muhammad ibn Sobiquddin Abu Bakr ibn Faxriddin Usmon ibn Nosiriddin Muhammad ibn Sayfiddin Xizr ibn Najmiddin Abu Saloh Ayyub ibn Nosiriddin Muhammad ibn Shayx Humomiddin al-Humam al-Huzayriy al-Asyutiydir [11:5].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U zot Jaloliddin laqabi bilan mashhur bo\u02bblib, barcha manbalarda u \u201cJaloliddin as-Suyutiy\u201d yoki \u201cAbdurrahmon as-Suyutiy\u201d nomlari bilan tilga olingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAbulfazl\u201d kunyasi u zotga oilasining yaqin do\u02bbstlaridan biri hamda u zotning ustozi Izzuddin Ahmad ibn Ibrohim Kinoniy tarafidan berilgani zikr qilingan [11:235].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAl-Huzayriy\u201d nisbasining nima uchun bu zotga berilgani masalasiga kelsak, bu u zotning oilasi sharqdan kelib, avval Bag\u02bbdodning sharqiy qismida joylashgan Huzayriyya mahallasiga joylashgani xotirasidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U zotning o\u02bbzi bu haqda shunday deydi: \u201cBizning Huzayriy nisbamiz, Bag\u02bbdodda joylashgan Huzayriyya mahallasida yashaganimizdan kelib chiqqan. Ishonchli bir odamdan otamning bobosi arab emasligini va sharqdan kelgan bo\u02bblishi mumkinligini aytayotganini eshitdim. Bu esa shuni ko\u02bbrsatadiki, bu nisba joy nisbasidir\u201d [11:6].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiyga \u201cAsyutiy\u201d (yoki Suyutiy) nisbasining berilishi esa, u zotning otasi Misrning Asyut shahrida tug\u02bbilib, Qohiraga kelishidan oldin shu yerda qozilik lavozimida ishlagani sababli berilgan [11:16].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiy hijriy 849-yil Rajab oyining birinchi kuni (1445-yil 3-oktyabr) Mamluklar davlatining poytaxti Qohirada tug\u02bbilgan. Manbalarga ko\u02bbra, uning otasi, shofe\u02bciy mazhabi fiqh olimlaridan biri bo\u02bblib, qozilik bilan shug\u02bbullangan. Uning ismi Kamoliddin bo\u02bblib, bir kuni homilador xotinini bir kitob izlash uchun kutubxonaga yuborgan va aynan shu yerda Suyutiy dunyoga kelgan. Shu sababli uning laqablaridan biri \u201cIbnul kutub\u201d (\u201cKitoblarning farzandi\u201d) bo\u02bblgan. Onasining kelib chiqishi turk bo\u02bblgani haqida manbalarda ma\u02bclumotlar bor [2:90]. Shunga ko\u02bbra, imom Suyutiyni ham ona, ham ota tarafdan kelib chiqishi turklarga borib taqaladi, desak mubolag\u02bba bo\u02bblmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiyning otasi 855\/1451-yilda vafot etganida, u hali olti yoshda edi. Otasining vasiyatiga ko\u02bbra, uning ta\u02bclimini otasining do\u02bbstlari, jumladan, Ibn Humom Sivosiy (vaf. 861\/1457) o\u02bbz zimmasiga olgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiy hayotini yorituvchi manbalarda uning rafiqasi haqida hech qanday ma\u02bclumot uchramaydi. U o\u02bbzining yaqinlari, aka-uka, opa-singil hamda farzandlarining ko\u02bbpi haqida gapirar ekan, ularni vabo, zotiljam yoki tug\u02bbruq paytida \u201cshahid\u201d bo\u02bblgan, deb eslaydi [11:10].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ahmad Temur Asyutda o\u02bbzini Suyutiy avlodidan deb da\u02bcvo qiluvchi va al-Jaloliy nisbasini olib yurgan odamlar borligini qayd etgan. Biroq u Suyutiy avlodlari bo\u02bblmagani haqidagi fikrlarni inobatga olgan holda, ular Asyutdagi Jaloliddin Suyutiy masjidida xizmat qiluvchi kishilar avlodi bo\u02bblishi mumkin degan [1:23]. U ko\u02bbplab mashhur olimlardan asosiy diniy ilmlarni o\u02bbrgangan [15:122].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U davrining mashhur olimlaridan dars olgan va tafsir, hadis, fiqh kabi diniy fanlarni o\u02bbrganish uchun kerak bo\u02bblgan nahv, maoniy, bade\u02bc, bayon kabi yordamchi ilmlarni ham chuqur egallagan. Shu tariqa ilmiy sohalarda keng bilim va huquqiy salohiyatga ega bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiy o\u02bbz davrining faroiz (meros huquqi) olimi Shahobiddin Sharmasohiy (vaf. 855\/1451)dan faroiz fanidan ta\u02bclim oldi [11:236].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, u Shayhuniyya masjidining imomi Shamsiddin Muhammad ibn Muso Sayramiy Hanafiy (vaf. 891\/1486)dan nahv (grammatika) va hadis ilmini o\u02bbrgandi. Bu ustoz bilan Suyutiy imom Muslim (vaf.261\/875)ning \u201cSahih\u201d asarining ba\u02bczi boblaridan tashqari qolgan qismlarini, Qozi Iyoz (vaf.544\/1149)ning \u201cAsh-shifo bi ta\u02bcrifi huquqil Mustafa\u201d asarini va ilgari yodlagan Ibn Molikning \u201cAlfiya\u201d asarini mutolaa qildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">866\/1461-yilda Sayromiy Suyutiyga Ibn Molikning \u201cAlfiya\u201dsi hamda nahvga oid boshqa asarlarni tugatgani va uning o\u02bbzi ham dars berishga qodir ekani haqida ijoza berdi [11:237].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">865\/1461-yilda Suyutiy Bulqiniydan (Sirojiddin Umar Bulqiniyning o\u02bbg\u02bbli) bir qancha Shofe\u02bciy fiqhiga oid asarlarni, jumladan, Bulqiniyning otasiga tegishli \u201cAt-tadrib fil fiqh\u201d asarining bir qismini, Qazviniyning \u201cAl-hoviyus sag\u02bbir\u201d asarini, Navaviyning \u201cMinhajut tolibin\u201d va \u201cRavzatut tolibin\u201d asarlarini, Sheroziyning \u201cAt-tanbeh\u201d asarini va Zarkashiyning \u201cAt-takmila\u201d asarlarini o\u02bbrgandi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">866\/1462-yilda Bulqiniy Suyutiyga yuqoridagi asarlarni mukammal o\u02bbrgangani va fatvo bera olishi haqida ijozatnoma berdi [11:238-239].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiy shu yili o\u02bbzining ilk asari \u2013 \u201cSharhul basmala val isti\u02bcaza\u201dni yozdi. U o\u02bbsha paytda 17 yoshda edi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U bu asarini o\u02bbz ustozi Bulqiniyga taqdim etib, asar uchun taqriz yozishni so\u02bbradi. Ustozi unga taqriz yozib berdi. Bu voqeadan keyin, Bulqiniy vafot etguniga qadar Suyutiy undan fiqh ilmini o\u02bbrganishda davom etdi. Ustozi vafot etgach, ta\u02bclimni Bulqiniyning o\u02bbg\u02bblida davom ettirdi [13:1\/289].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Zamonasining ko\u02bbplab yetuk ilm ahllaridan ta\u02bclim olgan Suyutiy, Sharafiddin Munoviy (vaf. 871\/1467)dan fiqh va tafsirga oid bir qancha kitoblarni o\u02bbrgangan [13:1\/289].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, Taqiyyuddin Shibliy (vaf. 872\/1468)dan to\u02bbrt yil davomida hadis, arab tili va boshqa turli sohalarda ilm olgan. Ushbu davrda ustozi Suyutiy tomonidan yozilgan \u201cSharhul alfiya li ibn Malik\u201d va \u201cJam\u02bcul javami\u02bc\u201d kabi asarlarga taqriz yozishi bilan birga, boshqa ba\u02bczi ilmiy izlanishlarda ham Suyutiyga yordam bergani ma\u02bclum [11:245-246].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Suyutiyning yana bir ustozlaridan biri, ilmiy bilimi va taqvosi bilan mashhur bo\u02bblgan Sayfiddin Muhammad ibn Qutlubg\u02bbo Hanafiy (vaf. 881\/1476) edi.
