Representatives of the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, and the Committee on Religious Affairs held an online dialogue with the leadership of the \u201cIlm\u201d company based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Firdavs Abduholiqov, Director of the Center for Islamic Civilization, Shovosil Ziyodov, Director of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, officials from the Committee on Religious Affairs, and Usama Khattabi, Head of the Client Relations Department at the \u201cIlm\u201d company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The principal focus of the meeting centered on optimizing the management of visitor flows, ensuring the delivery of services to pilgrims in strict adherence to the highest standards, and the meticulous organization of pilgrimage routes within the respective centers. In pursuit of these objectives, a formal agreement was established to initiate collaboration with the \u201cIlm\u201d company, renowned for its extensive expertise in orchestrating major religious pilgrimage events such as Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia. This partnership is anticipated to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall pilgrimage experience through the exchange of best practices and strategic coordination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Company representative Usama Khattabi expressed his appreciation for the dialogue as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

“In fact, it is we who should be learning from you. The great thinkers\u2014Imam Bukhari, Ibn Sina, al-Biruni, and others-emerged from your land. We recognize their contributions, and their scholarly legacy flourished within your civilization. The insights shared during today\u2019s meeting were of great significance to me.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the ongoing dialogue between representatives of Uzbekistan’s Center for Islamic Civilization, the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, the Committee on Religious Affairs, and the leadership of Saudi Arabia’s \u201cIlm\u201d company, an agreement was reached to facilitate a visit by \u201cIlm\u201d specialists to Uzbekistan. During this visit, the company’s experts will conduct specialized training sessions for staff members at the respective centers, aimed at enhancing institutional capacity and service quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

This partnership is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing several strategic objectives: the global promotion of Uzbekistan\u2019s rich Islamic civilizational heritage, the sustainable development of pilgrimage tourism, and the professional presentation of Islamic knowledge and scholarly traditions at an international level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Such collaborative efforts represent a meaningful step toward deepening bilateral ties in the field of Islamic education and cultural exchange, while also setting a strong foundation for future joint initiatives in research, heritage preservation, and public engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n
