X-XI asrlarda yashagan buyuk vatandoshimiz Abu Abbos Ja\u02bcfar ibn Muhammad Mustag\u02bcfiriy Nasafiy (961-1041) [5:123] ko\u02bcp qirrali olim sifatida avvalgi ulamolar an\u02bcanasi davom ettirib, bu sohada ham ijod qildi va \u201cFazoilul Qur\u02bcon\u201d asarini meros qoldirdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Shamsiddin Zahabiy: \u201cU Movarounnahrning o\u02bbz davridagi muhaddisi edi\u201d, [3\/17:565] deb ta\u02bckidlagan. Imom Boxarziy allomani: \u201cU Nasaf imomi, xatibi va muftiysi bo\u02bblgan. U yerda unga o\u02bbxshashini topa olmaysiz\u201d, [4:74] deb tariflagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustag\u02bbfiriy haqidagi ilk ma\u02bclumotlar Sam\u02bconiy, Suyutiy asarlarida va boshqa tabaqot kitoblarida uchraydi. Zamonaviy adabiyotlar bo\u02bbyicha esa U.Uvatovning kitobidan [5:123-126] foydalanish mumkin. Bu manbalarda keltirilgan ma\u02bclumotlar umumiy bo\u02bblib, Mustag\u02bbfiriy shaxsiyati va ilmiy faoliyati haqidadir. Uning \u201cFazoilul Qur\u02bcon\u201d asari haqida batafsilroq tanishish uchun zamonaviy arab va turk adabiyotiga murojaat qilish kerak. Ushbu maqolada mazkur asardagi hadislar va ular atrofidagi ma\u02bclumotlarni yozish usullari tahlil qilindi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ushbu maqola umumqabul qilingan metodlar, qiyosiy-mantiqiy tahlil, ketma-ketlik tamoyillari asosida yoritilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustag\u02bbfiriy hadislarni rivoyat qilar ekan, kitobida ilk bor zikr qilingan roviyning aniq ismini qayd etgan. Keyinroq o\u02bcsha roviydan olgan boshqa hadisni zikr qilgach, uning ismini qisqartirib, mashhur nomini qo\u02bcygan. Lekin birinchi marta yozib olgan joyi bilan keyinroq yozib olgan joyi o\u02bcrtasida ko\u02bcplab hadislarni zikr qilgan bo\u02bclsa, bu holda o\u02bcsha roviyning ismini to\u02bcliq aytib, uni boshqa roviylar bilan chalkashtirib yuborishning oldini olgan va oson tan olinishini ta\u02bcminlagan. Mustag\u02bcfiriy o\u02bcz asarlarida ba\u02bczi roviylar uchun qo\u02bcllagan bu usulni u rivoyat qilgan hadislarning nisbatini kengaytirmaslik uchun tafsir qilish mumkin. Darhaqiqat, uning ko\u02bcplab asarlar yozganini va o\u02bczi yashagan davr sharoitini hisobga olsak, u yozuv materiallarini tejash yoki ba\u02bczi tushunmovchiliklardan qochish uchun bu usuldan foydalangan bo\u02bclishi mumkin. Qolaversa, buyuk muhaddislar bir xil hadisni takrorlashdan saqlanganidek, Mustag\u02bcfiriy ham zarurat bo\u02bclmasa, o\u02bcsha ma\u02bclumotni yana zikr qilishni istamaydi, degan fikrni aytish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Sanadda roviy ismining berilishi. Darhaqiqat, Mustag\u02bcfiriy birinchi hadisda [4:138] ustozi Abu Muhammad Abdulloh ibn Muhammad ibn Zir ismini zikr qiladi. Ikkinchi hadisda Abdulloh ibn Muhammad ibn Zir [4:139], deb qisqartirib keltirgan. Keyingisida Abu Muhammad Abdulloh ibn Muhammad ibn Zir, deb birinchi misoldagidek roviyning ismini to\u02bcliq [4\/2:557] ko\u02bcrsatadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yana bir misol: Mustag\u02bcfiriy Abu Ali Zohir ibn Ahmaddan saboq olgan [3\/16:478] va asarida ko\u02bcp o\u02bcrinlarda tilga olgan. U ba\u02bczi o\u02bcrinlarda Ahmad ismini qisqartirib, Shayx Abu Ali deb [4:392] yozadi. Uning asarlarida bunday misollarni ko\u02bcp uchratish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Hadislarning farqli sanadlari bayoni.<\/strong> Uning asarlari bilan tanishish jarayonida Mustag\u02bcfiriy kitoblarining manbalarini ikki qismga bo\u02bclish mumkin:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ustozlaridan o\u02bcrgangan hadislari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yozma manbalardan olib kiritganlari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Uning \u201cFazoilul Qur\u02bcon\u201d va \u201cDaloilun nubuvva\u201d asarida qayd etilgan boblarda mavzuga oid bir xil hadislarni uchratish mumkin. U hadisning turli turuqlarini lafz jihatidan birlashtirgan. Bu holat Mustag\u02bcfiriyning yana bir jihatini ham ochib beradi. Bu nisbat bilimi va unga bergan ahamiyatidir. Darhaqiqat, u hadislarning bir qismini yozma manbalardan olgan bo\u02bclsa-da, barcha rivoyatlarning, jumladan, mavzu hadislarning isnodlarini aytib o\u02bctishni ham e\u02bctibordan chetda qoldirmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu yerda Mustag\u02bcfiriy, odatda, bir hadisning bir necha variantini aniqlab, ba\u02bczilarini jamlagan holda qayd qilib, to\u02bcxtalib o\u02bctadi. Tabiiyki, rivoyatlardagi tafovutlarni aniqlash uchun sanad ilmiga ega bo\u02bclish zarur. Qolaversa, muhaddis o\u02bcz asarini yozish chog\u02bcida yozma manbalarga murojaat qilgan bo\u02bclsa-da, hadislarni rivoyatlari bilan birga yodlab, hofizlik darajasiga erishgani, hadislarning turli bo\u02bclimlarini bir o\u02bcrinda zikr etishni juda oson qilgani shubhasizdir. Mustag\u02bcfiriy ba\u02bczan o\u02bczi yozgan mavzuda o\u02bczi bilgan barcha rivoyatlarni aytib o\u02bctishga harakat qilgan. Ushbu masala bo\u02bcyicha tanlangan quyidagi misollar mavzuni tushuntirish uchun yetarlidir:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cQur\u02bconni vosita qilib pul topadiganlarga tahdid haqidagi bob\u201dda bir xil ma\u02bcnoni ifodalagan, ammo turli sanad va lafzlar bilan yetkazilgan to\u02bcrtta hadisni birin-ketin zikr qiladi [4:135-136].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustag\u02bcfiriy asos qilib olgan bu usul uning asarlarini boshidan oxirigacha bo\u02bclib, hadis ilmidagi teran kitob ekanini ochib beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Mutobaa va shohid rivoyatlarni bir yerda aytish.<\/strong> Mustag\u02bcfiriy o\u02bczi rivoyat qilgan hadislarning turli toifalarini bir joyga yig\u02bcishdan tashqari, bir qancha mutobaat va shohid xabarlarni ham to\u02bcplagan. \u201cMutobaa\u201d so\u02bczi lug\u02bcatda \u201cmuvofiqlik\u201d ma\u02bcnosini bildiradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mutobaa \u2013 roviyning bir hadisni rivoyat qilishda boshqa roviyga sherik bo\u02bclib kelishidir. Mutobaaning ikki turi bor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To\u02bcliq mutobaa \u2013 unda roviy o\u02bczidan boshqa roviyga isnodning avvalidan sherik bo\u02bcladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qisqa mutobaa \u2013 unda roviy o\u02bczidan boshqa roviyga isnodning davomida, qaysidir bir joyida sherik bo\u02bcladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mutobaa va shohid atamalari o\u02bcrtasida tafovut bor-yo\u02bcqligi va qanday farq ekani borasida ixtilof bor. E\u02bctibor natijasida topilgan hadis<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> ta\u02bcrif jihatidan mutobaa bilan bir xil bo\u02bclsa, mutobaa ma\u02bcno jihatdan unga o\u02bcxshash bo\u02bcladi, deb o\u02bcylaydiganlar ham bor. Abdulloh Oydinli mutobaani bir hadisning lafzi yoki ma\u02bcnosiga muvofiq boshqa bir hadisni oldingi roviydan boshqa shaxs tomonidan, xuddi shu sanad bilan to\u02bcliq yoki qisman rivoyat qilish\u201d [1:228-230], deb ta\u02bcriflagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustag\u02bcfiriy asarlarida har ikkisining misollarini ko\u02bcp uchratish mumkin. Uning rivoyatida Abu Yaqzon Usmon ibn Umayr Bajaliyga mutobaat qildi va Zozondan hadis rivoyat qilib, uni quvvatladi. Chunki Abu Yaqzon bu rivoyati bilan fard bo\u02bclgan (yolg\u02bciz qolgan) edi. Rivoyatlar tadqiq qilinganda, ular turli manbalar bilan bir xil sahobadan rivoyat qilingani, ular so\u02bcz va mazmun jihatdan o\u02bcxshash ekani bilinadi.
