Uning zaminida necha-necha ulamoyu fuzalolar yashab ijod qilgan. Ular o\u02bbrtasidagi birodarlik, hamfikrlik ruhi mintaqada juda katta ilmiy meros hosil bo\u02bblishiga xizmat qilgan. Olimlarning ahilligi jamiyat barqarorligini, fiqhiy va aqidaviy birdamlikni ta\u02bcminlagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Samarqand ulamolari orasida bir-biri bilan chambarchas bog\u02bbliq nomlar ko\u02bbp uchraydi. Bir zamonda yashagan olimlar mustahkam o\u02bbzaro aloqa o\u02bbrnatgan. Shular orasida Qozi Ali Sug\u02bbdiy, Imom Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiy va Qozi Hasan Moturidiyning alohida o\u02bbrni bor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">XI asrda yashagan bu uch imom o\u02bbz davrining ilm darg\u02bbalari edi. Samarqand muzofotida katta nufuzga ega, diniy masalalarda peshvo bo\u02bblgan bu ulamolar nafaqat oddiy xalq, balki ahli ilmga ham rahnamolik qilgan. Mintaqada mazhab rayosati ularning qo\u02bbliga o\u02bbtgan, ittifoqi mo\u02bbtabar hisoblangan. Uchovi biror masala bo\u02bbyicha ittifoq qilsa, hamma shuni qabul qilgan, aksincha, ularning tasdig\u02bbidan o\u02bbtmas ekan, har qanday fatvoni e\u02bctiborsiz qoldirgan. Lekin ilm olamida katta shuhrat qozonganiga qaramay, afsuski, bu ulamolarning hayoti va ilmiy faoliyati haqida juda oz ma\u02bclumot saqlanib qolgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Qozi Ali Sug\u02bbdiy<\/em>. Samarqandda tug\u02bbilib voyaga yetgan alloma keyinchalik Buxoroga ko\u02bbchadi va u yerning bosh qozisi etib tayinlanadi. Umrining oxirigacha Buxoroda yashab qoladi. Fiqh ilmini Abu Muhammad Abdulloh ibn Ahmad Kafiniydan o\u02bbrganadi. Undan Shamsulaimma Saraxsiy \u201cSiyarul kabir\u201dni rivoyat qilgan. Bu bilan Saraxsiy Qozi Alining shogirdi bo\u02bblganini anglash mumkin. Boshqa shogirlari Usmon ibn Ibrohim Fazliy Buxoriy va Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiydir. Qozi Ali \u201cAn-Nutaf fil fatovo\u201d, \u201cSharhu siyarul kabir\u201d, \u201cSharhu adabil qoziy\u201d, \u201cFavoid\u201d singari asarlar yozgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1068-yili Buxoroda olamdan o\u02bbtgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiy<\/em> Samarqandning buyuk faqihlaridan biridir. Nasabi Abbos ibn Ali orqali hazrati Ali ibn Abu Tolibga (karramallohu vajhahu) bog\u02bblanadi. Abbos ibn Ali Hazrati Alining Ummul Banin Fotima binti Hizom nomli ayolidan dunyoga kelgan<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To\u02bbliq ismi \u2013 Abu Shujo\u02bc Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Hamza ibn Husayn ibn Ali ibn Abdulloh ibn Hasan ibn Ali ibn Abdulloh ibn Hasan ibn Abbos ibn Ali ibn Abu Tolib Alaviy. Nomiga alaviy nisbasining qo\u02bbshilgani mazkur nasab bilan bog\u02bbliqdir. Ilm ahli orasida Sayyid Abu Shujo\u02bc kunyasi bilan tanilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Taxminan 1033-1130-yillar orasida yashagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Manbalarda Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiyning ustozi sifatida maqolamiz qahramonlaridan biri, do\u02bbsti, maslakdoshi Qozi Ali Sug\u02bbdiyning nomi zikr etiladi. Shogirdlari qatorida esa, \u201cKitobut tamhid li qavoidit tavhid\u201d muallifi Abussanoiy Mahmud ibn Zayd Hanafiy Lomishiy Moturidiy (vaf. 1144)<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>, Qozi Sadid Muhammad ibn Abdulloh Soig\u02bbiy Marvaziy (1067-1135)<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>, Zohiruddin Ali ibn Abdulaziz ibn Abdurazzoq Marg\u02bbinoniy (vaf. 1112)<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> kabi bir qancha nomlarni keltirish mumkin. Allomaning o\u02bbg\u02bbli Abul Vazzoh Muhammad ibn Muhammad ham otasi qo\u02bblida katta faqih bo\u02bblib yetishgan va undan hadis rivoyat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, Moturidiylik ta\u02bclimotining yirik namoyandalaridan biri, mashhur olim Alouddin Usmandiy Samarqandiyning ilm silsilasi Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiyga bog\u02bblanadi. Usmandiy fiqh ilmini Ashraf ibn Muhammad Alaviydan, u otasi Abul Vazzoh Muhammad Alaviydan olgan. Abul Vazzoh esa, ta\u02bckidlanganidek, Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiyning o\u02bbg\u02bbli va shogirdidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Qozi Hasan Moturidiy<\/em>. Hijriy beshinchi asrda Samarqandda yashagan buyuk hanafiy olimlardan biri. Imom Moturidiy oilasiga mansub bu olim V\/XI asrning ikkinchi yarmida vafot etgan. Ayrim manbalarda 1059-yil ko\u02bbrsatilgan<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To\u02bbliq ismi \u2013 Hasan ibn Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Affon ibn Ali ibn Fazl ibn Zakariyo ibn Usmon ibn Affon ibn Xolid ibn Zayd ibn Kulayb Moturidiy. Xolid ibn Zayd mashhur sahoba Abu Ayyub Ansoriyning ismidir. Qozi Hasanning nasabi unga borib yetadi<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qozi Hasan Imom Moturidiyga ona tomondan bog\u02bblangan. Allomaning otasi Ali ibn Muhammad Moturidiyning nabirasi, ya\u02bcni qizining qizi bilan oila qurgan va bu juftlikdan Qozi Hasan dunyoga kelgan. Ravshan Elmurodov bo\u02bbladiki, Qozi Hasan Imom Moturidiyga evaradir. Tadqiqotchilar Imom Moturidiyga Ansoriy nisbasi qo\u02bbshilishini shu ma\u02bclumot bilan bog\u02bblaydi. Imom Moturidiy Abu Ayyub Ansoriyning naslidan degan qarashlar mavjud bo\u02bblsa-da, buning asosi yetarli emas. Sababi shuki, ushbu ma\u02bclumot \u201cKitobut tavhid\u201dning yagona nusxasi hoshiyasida noma\u02bclum muallif tomonidan yozib qoldirilgan qaydga tayangan bo\u02bblib, o\u02bbz tasdig\u02bbini topmagan. Shu bois Qozi Hasanning nasab silsilasi chalkashtirilib, Imom Moturidiyga nisbat berilgani ehtimoli ham yuqori<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qozi Hasanning o\u02bbg\u02bbli Abul Hasan Ali ibn Hasan Moturidiy (vaf. 1117) ham Samarqandning buyuk olimlaridan bo\u02bblgan. Ba\u02bczi manbalarda olim otasi bilan adashtirib yuborilgan va hatto Imom Moturidiyning nabirasi ekani aytilgan<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>. Bu yanglish qarashdir. Chunki alloma Abul Hasan hijriy oltinchi asrning boshida, 1117-yilda vafot etgan. Imom Moturidiy esa hijriy to\u02bbrtinchi asrning birinchi yarmida, ya\u02bcni 945-yilda olamdan o\u02bbtgan. Oradagi muddat salkam ikki yuz yilni tashkil qilmoqda va evara bo\u02bblish uchun ham ko\u02bbplik qiladi. Tadqiqotlarda qayd etilishicha, Abul Hasan Qozi Hasanning o\u02bbg\u02bbli, Imom Moturidiyning esa chevarasidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qozi Hasan Moturidiy va uning o\u02bbg\u02bbli alloma Abul Hasan Samarqandda vafot etgan va Imom Moturidiy abadiy qo\u02bbnim topgan Chokardiza qabristonida, bobosining yoniga dafn etilgan<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Maqolada o\u02bbz aksini topganidek, bu uch olim orasida Qozi Ali Sug\u02bbdiydan nisbatan kengroq ilmiy meros yetib kelgan. Uning hanafiy fiqhiga oid \u201cAn-Nutaf fil fatovo\u201d asari 1984-yili Bayrutda chop etilgan. Biroq Qozi Hasan Moturidiy va Abu Shujo\u02bc Samarqandiyning ilmiy merosi saqlanib qolmagan.
