Shuni yodda tutishimiz kerakki, har bir taom \u2013 Allohning marhamatidir.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Moderatsiya:<\/strong>\u00a0Islom ovqatlanishda me\u02bcyorni talab qiladi. Payg\u02bbambar sallallohu alayhi vasallam:\u00a0<strong>\u201cQorningizning uchdan bir qismini ovqat bilan, uchdan bir qismini suv bilan to\u02bbldiring va uchdan birini nafas olish uchun qoldiring!\u201d<\/strong>, deb marhamat qilganlar. Bu ortiqcha ovqatlanishdan qochish va salomatlikni saqlashga yordam beradi.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Tozalik:<\/strong> oziq-ovqat halol (ruxsat etilgan) va toza bo\u02bblishi kerak. Bu nafaqat din masalasi, balki tanamizga g\u02bbamxo\u02bbrlik qilishdir. Sog\u02bbligimizga zarar yetkazadigan hamda man etilgan narsalardan qochishimiz kerak.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Birgalikda ovqatlanish:<\/strong> Payg\u02bbambar sallallohu alayhi vasallam birgalikda ovqatlanishni rag\u02bbbatlantirdilar. U Zot:\u00a0<strong>\u201cEy, Parvardigorim! Bizni imon va nonning lazzati ila rohatlantir!\u201d<\/strong> derdilar.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xalqimiz nonni azaldan hurmat qiladi, rizq-nasibalar orasida afzal, aziz va muqaddas deb biladi. Ota-bobolardan o\u02bbtib kelayotgan udum, an\u02bcanaga binoan, hatto non dasturxonga teskari qo\u02bbyilmaydi, ustiga boshqa narsalarni qo\u02bbyishdan qaytaradilar, nondan hatlab o\u02bbtilmaydi, agar non qo\u02bbldan yerga tushib ketsa, darhol uni olib, uch marta o\u02bbpib, peshonalariga suradilar. Non ushog\u02bbi dasturxonga tushganda, ulug\u02bblar bizga barmoqni ho\u02bbllab, ushoq ustiga bosib olib, og\u02bbizga solishni o\u02bbrgatishgan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dasturxon atrofiga o\u02bbtirishdan oldin sof suv bilan tahoratda hiloli bilan yuvilgani kabi ikki qo\u02bbl bo\u02bbg\u02bbimigacha qo\u02bbshib yuvish \u2013 dinimizdagi sunnat amallardandir.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0Odobimizda oltin, kumush idishlarda taom yeyish va ichimlik ichishdan qaytarilgan.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Taom suziladigan idish sopol yoki yog\u02bbochdan bo\u02bblmog\u02bbi, zero bunday ovqatlanish ham lazzatli, ham salomatlikka juda foydali bo\u02bblib, insonni kibr va manmanlikdan uzoqlashtiradi.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Taom bilan birga dasturxonga sirka va ko\u02bbkat keltirmoq, chunki sirka keltirilgan dasturxonda baraka ko\u02bbp bo\u02bblib, faqirlikni ketkazadi.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Rasululloh sallallohu alayhi vasallam:\u00a0<strong>\u201cEy, Ali, taomni tuz bilan boshlab, tuz bilan tugating, zero tuz yetmish ikkita dardga davodir. Jumladan, junun (devonalik), juzom, baras (teri kasalligi), qorin va tish og\u02bbrig\u02bbi va boshqa dardlarga\u201d<\/strong>, \u2013 deganlar. Odamlar bilan ko\u02bbrishadigan odam piyoz va sarimsoqni xomligicha yeyishi durust emas.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sanaladigan taomlar tanovul qilmoqchi bo\u02bblsa, toq sonni tanlagan ma\u02bcqul.
