Bu yo\u02bblda yurtimizdan chiqqan buyuk allomalar asarlarini o\u02bbrganish bilan cheklanib qolmasdan, balki o\u02bbzga islom o\u02bblkalaridan yetishib chiqqan ulamolar hayoti va ilmiy faoliyatini o\u02bbrganish foydadan holi bo\u02bblmaydi. Xususan, bu borada hind ulamolari qoldirgan ilmiy merosni o\u02bbrganish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Chunki Hindistonda islom dinining keng yoyilishida yurtimizdan yetishib chiqqan ulamolarning katta hissasi bor. Alloma namozga oid, ya\u02bcni azon, unga javob qaytarish, iqomat, namozni boshlashdagi niyat, takbir tahrima (namozga kirishish takbiri), qiroat, tashahhud, qunut duosi, namozdan keyingi duo, sajdai tilovat, juma xutbasi kabi zikrlarning qanday holatda fors tilida aytish joiz va qaysi vaziyatda joiz emasligini bayon qilgan. Masalan, Qur\u02bconi karimdan bir surani fors tilida o\u02bbrgangan kishi ummiy (savodsiz) deyiladimi yoki yo\u02bbqmi?, Imom janoza namozidagi duoni fors tilida aytishi mumkin yoki yo\u02bbq? kabi masalalarni qamrab olgan. Bundan tashqari, fors tilida yozilgan Qur\u02bconni ushlash, jonliq so\u02bbyilishida basmalani forscha aytish, haj, imon va boshqa islom ruknlarida fors tilining qo\u02bbllanishi haqidagi masalalarni kiritgan. Ammo ikki shogirdi Imom Abu Yusuf va Imom Muhammad buni faqat arab tilida mutlaqo so\u02bbzlasha olmaydigan kishigagina ruxsat bergan. Mutaaxxir ulamolar qabul qilgan so\u02bbz ham mana shudir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma bu masalalar yuzasidan fatvo berishda sahih hadis to\u02bbplamlari va hanafiy mazhabida mo\u02bbtabar sanalgan \u201cDurrul muxtor\u201d, \u201cHidoya\u201d, \u201cMujammi\u02bc\u201d, \u201cBazzoziyya\u201d, \u201cMuhit\u201d, \u201cZaxira\u201d, \u201cQozixon\u201d va boshqa shu kabi manbalardan foydalangan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu risola hijriy 1292 (1875) yilning 27-jumadussoni oyi shanba kuni yozib tugatilgan. Vafotidan keyin 186 sahifa qilib, nashr etilgan. Alloma bu risolani yozishda 97 ta manbaga murojaat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Ihkamul qantarati fi ahkamil basmalati<\/strong> (Basmalaning<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> hukmlaridagi vositani mustahkamlash).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma bu risolada basmalaga oid hukmlarni jamlab, Fotiha surasidagi basmala kabi xilofli masalalarni yoritib bergan. Abdulhay Laknaviy bu risola haqida quyidagilarni aytgan: \u201cUnda basmalaga oid turli xil masalalarni jamladim. Alloma uni yozishda 142 ta manbadan foydalangan. Risola muallifning hayotlik chog\u02bbida 235 sahifadan iborat kitob sifatida nashr etilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Ifodatul xoyri fil istiyaki bisivokil g\u02bboyri<\/strong> (Boshqaning misvokidan foydalanishdagi yaxshilikni ifodalash).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma bu risolaning yozilish tarixini quyidagicha bayon qilgan: \u201cOdamlar mendan boshqa kishining misvokidan foydalanish joiz yoki mumkin emasligi haqida qayta-qayta so\u02bbrashdi. Risola 112 sahifadan iborat.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Iqomatul hujjati ala annal iksora fit taabbudi laysa bibid\u02bcatin<\/strong> (Ko\u02bbp ibodat qilish bid\u02bcat emasligiga hujjat keltirish).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu risolaning yozilishiga sabab alloma bir kishining: \u201cIbodat qilishga tirishish, kechani uxlamasdan ibodat bilan bedor o\u02bbtkazish, namozning bir rakatida Qur\u02bconni xatm qilish, bir necha yuz rakat nafl namoz o\u02bbqish va shunga o\u02bbxshash ibodatlarni bid\u02bcatga chiqarayotganini\u00a0 eshitib qoladi. Bu ibodat shariatda man qilinmagani, balki unga targ\u02bbib qilinadigan chiroyli ish ekanini ta\u02bckidlagan. Chunki u ibodatdagi lazzat va qalb huzurini ketkazadi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nafsiga mashaqqatni yuklamaslik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nafl ibodatidan ko\u02bbra ahamiyatli ishlarni o\u02bbtkazib yubormaslik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ahli oila haqqiga o\u02bbxshash shariat buyurgan haqlarga tajovuz qilmaslik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shariat ruxsat bergan ishni bekorga chiqarmaslik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shariat vojib qilmagan ishni o\u02bbziga vojib qilish va shariat harom qilmagan narsani o\u02bbziga harom qilmaslik.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibodat arkonlarini to\u02bbla-to\u02bbkis bajarish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Farz ibodatlarida davomli bo\u02bblish. Uni Abdulfattoh Abu G\u02bbudda Halab shahrida nashr ettirgan. 156 sahifadan iborat.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Imamul kalomi fimo yata\u02bcallaqu bilqiroati xolfal imami <\/strong>(Imomning orqasida qiroat qilishga taalluqli bo\u02bblgan fatvoning sarasi).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muqtadining (namozda imomga ergashgan kishi) imom orqasida fotiha surasini o\u02bbqishi yoki o\u02bbqimasligi hanafiylar va ahli hadis o\u02bbrtasidagi tortishuvli masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Bu masalani Abdulhay Laknaviy quyidagicha bayon qilgan: \u201cMen bu bahsli masalada haqiqatni ro\u02bbyobga chiqarish uchun ko\u02bbplab manbalarga murojaat qildim. Chunki hamma makruh yoki bid\u02bcat ham namozni botil qilmaydi\u201d [4:228].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu kitob hijriy 1304 (1887) yil Alaviyya nashriyotida allomaning \u201cG\u02bbaysul g\u02bbumom\u201d asarini hoshiya qilgan holda 240 sahifada nashr qilingan. 1411\/1991-yil ham Usmon tahqiqi ostida qaytadan chop etilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Al-Ifsohu an shahodatil mar\u02bcati fil irzo\u02bci<\/strong> (Emikdosh ayolning guvohlik berishi haqida).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulhay Laknaviyga ushbu savol bilan murojaat qilindi: \u201cBir kishi bir ayolga uylangach, qaynonasi bo\u02bblajak kuyovini yoshligida emizganini da\u02bcvo qildi.
