They met with the head of the department, Jocin Yilmaz, and the director of the library, Nil Baydar, and familiarized themselves with the activities of the library. The Uzbekistani scholars observed the process of preserving, digitizing, and cataloging manuscripts. The library has various specialized sections and carries out activities such as the restoration of rare manuscripts in the &#8220;Shifaxane&#8221; (restoration) department. Through laboratory research, the level of damage to books is determined, and specialists carry out restoration work.
