Taraqqiyotning dinamik xususiyati aslida ma\u2019naviy hayotning\u00a0 o\u2018zgarish va yangilanishlari ta\u2019sirida aks etadi. Shuning uchun jamiyat ma\u2019naviy hayoti, undagi o\u2018zgarish va yangilanishlarni ma\u2019lum me\u2019yor, o\u2018lchov va ko\u2018rsatgichlarga solish har doim muayyan qiyinchilik tug\u2018dirgan. Ayniqsa, diniy merosning jamiyat ma\u2019naviy hayotiga ta\u2019siri va undagi o\u2018zgarishlarni aniqlash oson bo\u2018lmagan. Jamiyatning ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi jarayonida diniy meros hamda milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligini e\u2019tiborga olish muhim ahamiyatga egadir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillik yillarida O\u2018zbekistonda dunyoviy davlat tamoyiliga amal qilish boshlandi. Dunyoviy davlatda dinga va diniy merosga munosabat ham o\u2018ziga xos xususiyatga ega bo\u2018ladi. Jumladan, bunda quyidagilar e\u2019tiborga olinadi: 1) Dinning davlatdan ajratilishi uning faoliyat sohalari cheklanishini bildirmaydi; 2) Dunyoviy davlat dindorlarning huquq va manfaatlari, erkinligi, ishonch va e\u2019tiqodiga xalal bermaydi; 3) O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi dunyoviy davlat bo\u2018lib, hech qaysi dinga majburlanmaydi; 4) Diniy tashkilotlar davlatdan ajratilgan va qonun oldida teng hisoblanadi [6:492]. Bunday qoida din va diniy merosga nisbatan yangicha yondashuv sifatida an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligini ta\u2019minlashga sharoit yaratadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasida \u201cHamma uchun vijdon erkinligi kafolatlanadi. Har bir inson xohlagan dinga e\u2019tiqod qilish yoki hech qaysi dinga e\u2019tiqod qilmaslik huquqiga ega. Diniy qarashlarni majburan singdirishga yo\u2018l qo\u2018yilmaydi\u201d [4:8] \u2013 deb belgilab qo\u2018yilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillik diniy meros va qadriyatlarni qayta tiklash, an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligini ta\u2019minlash, ulardan jamiyatni ma\u2019naviy yangilash jarayonlarida foydalanish imkonini berdi. Ayniqsa, islomiy meros va qadriyatlardan keng foydalanish\u00a0 muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Islomiy merosni anglash va qayta tiklashda Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d, Imom Termiziyning \u201cSahihi Termiziy\u201d, \u201cShamoili Muhammadiya\u201d, Abu Lays Samarqandiyning \u201cBo\u2018stonul orifin\u201d, Abulqosim Firdavsiyning \u201cShohnoma\u201d, Abul Muhsin Muhammad Boqir ibn Muhammad Alining \u201cBahouddin Balogardan\u201d, Abu Homid G\u2018azzoliyning \u201cQalblar kashfiyoti\u201d, \u201cTafakkur\u201d, \u201cKimyoi saodat\u201d, Burhoniddin Marg\u2018inoniyning \u201cHidoya\u201d, Amir Temurning \u201cTemur tuzuklari\u201d, Burhoniddin Rabg\u2018uziyning \u201cQisasi Rabg\u2018uziy\u201d, Ahmad Yassaviyning \u201cHikmatlar\u201d, Muhammad ibn Abubakrning \u201cHadisi Usfuriy\u201d, Sayfur Zafar Navbahoriyning \u201cDurrul majolis\u201d, Muhammad Zakariyoning \u201cFazoilul a\u2019mol\u201d, Xo\u2018janazar Huvaydoning \u201cRohati dil\u201d, Kaykovusning \u201cQobusnoma\u201d, Farididdin Attorning \u201cIlohiynoma\u201d, Nizomulmulkning \u201cSiyosatnoma\u201d, Xoja Samandar Termiziyning \u201cDasturul muluk\u201d, Roziiddin ibn Faruddinning \u201cNasiyhat\u201d kabi asarlarining o\u2018rni beqiyosdir. Shuningdek, mustaqillik yillarida ulug\u2018 ajdodlarimiz haqida chop etilgan Najmiddin Komilovning \u201cKubro\u201d, Hamidxon Islomiyning \u201cIpor hid ila tug\u2018ilgan orif\u201d, Sadriddin Salim Buxoriyning \u201cTabarruk ziyoratgohlar\u201d, Botir Valixo\u2018jayevning \u201cXoja Ahror tarixi\u201d, Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusufning \u201cIslom tarixi\u201d, Ubaydulla Uvatovning \u201cBuyuk yurt allomalari\u201d kabi asarlari diniy meros va qadriyatlar asosida milliy o\u2018zligimizni anglashda muhim ahamiyatga ega bo\u2018lmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom dinining asl insonparvarlik mohiyatini chuqur ochib beradigan, odamlarni ezgulik, mehr-oqibat va hamjihatlik yo\u2018lida birlashishga da\u2019vat etadigan g\u2018oyalar bugun ham o\u2018z ahamiyatini yo\u2018qotgan emas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillikning ilk yillaridan boshlab diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviy negizni zamon bilan bog\u2018lagan holda yangilashga katta e\u2019tibor berildi. Ajdodlarimiz diniy merosi va qadriyatlariga ham, milliy o\u2018zlikni anglash negizi rivojiga ham sharoit yaratildi. Dinni buzib talqin qilishga qarshi ishlar amalga oshirildi. Ma\u2019rifiy islom, milliy o\u2018zlikni anglash va diniy bag\u2018rikenglik rivoji uchun keng imkoniyat yaratildi. Jumladan, Islom konferensiyasining Ta\u2019lim, fan va madaniyat masalalari bo\u2018yicha xalqaro islom tashkiloti (ISESCO) tomonidan Toshkent shahri 2007-yilda \u201cIslom madaniyati poytaxti\u201d deb e\u2019lon qilindi. 2018-yil 12-dekabrda BMT Bosh Assambleyasining yalpi sessiyasida \u201cMa\u2019rifat va diniy bag\u2018rikenglik\u201d deb nomlangan maxsus rezolyutsiya qabul qilindi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillik tufayli Ramazon va Qurbon hayiti Respublika Prezidenti Farmoniga binoan bayram deb e\u2019lon qilindi va bu kunlar dam olish kuni deb belgilandi. Bu esa, jamiyat ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi, an\u2019anaviy diniy merosimizga hurmat, an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligini ta\u2019minlashning amaldagi natijasidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jamiyatning ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi sharoitida dinning tarbiyaviy ahamiyatini to\u2018g\u2018ri tushunib yetishga ahamiyat berilmoqda. Din ahlining mustaqillik sharoitida odamlarni hamjihatlik, birodarlik, samimiyat va poklikka undashi jamiyat tomonidan qo\u2018llab-quvvatlanmoqda. Bu haqda Prezidentimiz qayd etganidek, \u201cimom-xatiblar keng jamoatchilik orasida mamlakatimizda hukm surayotgan tinchlik va xotirjamlikni ko\u2018z qorachig\u2018idek asrab-avaylash, bunday barqaror va osoyishta muhit osmondan tushmayotganini targ\u2018ib etish, ota-bobolarimiz ming yillardan buyon pok saqlab kelayotgan islom dini har qanday zo\u2018ravonlikka, buzg\u2018unchilikka, begunoh insonlarning qonini to\u2018kishga mutlaqo qarshi ekanini oyat va hadislar asosida, jonli misollar yordamida ta\u2019sirchan yetkazib berishlari zarur\u201d [1:485]. Shuni ham e\u2019tiborga olish lozimki, dinning ijtimoiy hodisa sifatida odamlar totuvligi, tinchligi va odobi uchun olib borayotgan ilg\u2018or faoliyatini qo\u2018llab-quvvatlagan holda odamlarning dunyoviy tasavvurlari haqqoniyatini ham unutib qo\u2018ymasligimiz lozim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Prezidentimiz Shavkat Mirziyoyev qayd etganidek, \u201cMamlakatimizda mustaqillikning ilk yillaridan boshlab vijdon erkinligini ta\u2019minlash masalasiga ustuvor ahamiyat berildi. Jumladan, muqaddas dinimiz, milliy qadriyatlarimiz, buyuk aziz-avliyolarimizning xotirasi, merosini tiklash, qadamjolarini obod qilish bo\u2018yicha juda ko\u2018p ish qilindi va qilinmoqda\u201d [1:466]. Jumladan, 2021-yilda yangi tahrirdagi \u201cVijdon erkinligi va diniy tashkilotlar to\u2018g\u2018risida\u201dgi O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Qonuni qabul qilindi, Alpomishning 1000 yilligi, Avestoning 2700 yilligi, Imom Buxoriyning 1225 yilligi, Imom Termiziyning 1200 yilligi, Imom Motrudiyning 1130 yilligi, Burhoniddin Marg\u2018inoniyning 910 yilligi nishonlandi, qadamjolari obod qilindi. So\u2018nggi yillarda mamlakatimizda tashkil etilgan Islom sivilizatsiyasi markazi, O\u2018zbekiston Islom akademiyasi, Mir Arab oliy madrasasi, Imom Buxoriy va Imom Termiziy xalqaro ilmiy-tadqiqot markazlari, Hadis ilmi maktabi, viloyatlarda hadis, kalom ilmi, fiqh, aqoid, tasavvuf maktablarining tashkil etilishi ham boy ilmiy-tarixiy-diniy merosimizni o\u2018rganish va targ\u2018ib qilishga xizmat qilmoqda. Shuningdek, yuzlab masjidlar, madrasalar qaytadan ta\u2019mirlanib, yangilari an\u2019anaviy va zamonaviy me\u2019morchilik an\u2019analari asosida qurilmoqda. Ular xalqimiz o\u2018rtasida diniy-ma\u2019rifiy targ\u2018ibot ishlarini amalga oshirish va islom ma\u2019rifatini keng yoyishda muhim ahamiyatga ega bo\u2018lmoqda. Bunda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligini ta\u2019minlashga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratilmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qur\u2019oni karimning \u201cAl-Isro\u201d surasi 23-oyatida musulmonlarga yolg\u2018iz Allohga itoat qilishdan keyin ota-onaga yaxshilik qilish, ular huzurida ta\u2019zimda turish, aytganlarini chin dildan bajarish buyuriladi. \u201cRabbingiz, Uning O\u2018zigagina ibodat qilishlaringizni hamda ota-onaga yaxshilik qilishni amr etdi. (Ey, inson!) Agar ularning biri yoki har ikkisi keksalik yoshiga yetsalar, ularga \u201cuf\u201d!\u00a0 dema va ularni jerkima! Ularga (doimo) yoqimli so\u2018z ayt!\u201d [5:284]. Inson kamoloti, ezgu ishlariga da\u2019vat etuvchi g\u2018oyalar hadislarda ham o\u2018z ifodasini topgan. Imom Termiziy asarida: \u201cOdamlarga ezgulik qiluvchilar \u2013 Allohning eng yaqin do\u2018stlaridir. Qo\u2018shnilariga yaxshilik qiluvchilar \u2013 Allohning nazarida eng yaxshi qo\u2018shnilardir\u201d [2:79], deb keltirilgan. Unda ezgulik va yaxshilik musulmon axloqi sifatida umuminsoniy qadriyatlar asosini tashkil etishiga e\u2019tibor qaratiladi. Ushbu hadislarda islom dinining ezgulikka da\u2019vat etuvchi an\u2019anaviy g\u2018oyalari o\u2018z ifodasini topgan bo\u2018lib, u bugungi kunda jamiyatda barqarorlikni ta\u2019minlashda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylikning uyg\u2018unligini ta\u2019minlashga xizmat qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xalqimiz ma\u2019naviy hayotida dinning o\u2018rni, milliylik va diniylik munosabati masalasida bahsli fikrlar mavjud edi. Jamiyatning ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi sharoitida diniylik va dunyoviylikni uyg\u2018un holda o\u2018rganish kerak. Ma\u2019naviyat asosiy tushunchalar izohli lug\u2018atida \u201cDunyoviylik \u2013 insonning ma\u2019naviy mezonlarni dunyoga nisbatan o\u2018lchab yashashini anglatadigan tushuncha\u201d [3:145], deb ta\u2019rif berilgan. Hadisdagi \u201cSizlarning yaxshilaringiz dunyoni deb oxiratni, oxiratni deb dunyoni unutmaganlaringiz\u201d degan hikmatning mohiyatini anglash, uni hayotga tatbiq etish, dunyo va oxirat ishini uyg\u2018unlashtirish, dunyo oxirat ekinzori, oxirat uchun amaliyot manbai ekanini tushunish \u2013 bu mo\u2018tadil yo\u2018ldir. Dahriylik \u2013 \u201cxudosizlik\u201d xudoni inkor etish ma\u2019nosini anglatib, dahriylikni (ateizm) mutlaqlashtirilishi (sho\u2018rolar hukmronligi davrida) davlat va jamiyat taraqqiyotida ma\u2019naviy yo\u2018qotish, din va diniy merosni inkor qilishga olib kelgan. Zamonaviy demokratik jamiyatlarda, jumladan, O\u2018zbekistonda mustaqillik tufayli fuqarolar uchun haqiqiy vijdon erkinligi huquqi, ya\u2019ni har qanday dinni erkin tanlab olish yoki hech qanday dinga e\u2019tiqod qilmaslik konstitutsiyaviy asosda kafolatlangan. \u201cDunyoviylik \u2013 dahriylik emas\u201d degan tamoyilga amal qilinmoqda. Ulug\u2018 ajdodlarimiz azaldan dunyo va oxiratni o\u2018zaro mushtarak holda tasavvur etgan. Shu nuqtayi nazardan qaraganda, hazrat Bahouddin Naqshbandning \u201cDil ba Yoru dast ba kor\u201d (Diling Allohda, qo&#8217;ling mehnatda bo&#8217;lsin) shiorida ham dunyo va oxirat ishini birga olib borish lozim ekani ta\u2019kidlanadi. Dahriylik \u2013 bu Xudoning borligiga shak keltirish, ishonmaslikdir. Dunyoviylik esa Allohga imon keltirgan holda, uni qalbda saqlab, yaratgan in\u2019om etgan aql-zakovat, bilim va tajribani ishga solish, el-yurtni obod qilishga munosib hissa qo\u2018shish va boshqa jihatlarni o\u2018z ichiga oladi. Bunda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligi muhim rol o\u2018ynaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yuqoridagi fikrlar shundan dalolat beradiki, birinchidan, o\u2018zbek xalqi tarixida, uning o\u2018zligini anglashda islom omili, urf-odat va marosimlari muhim bo\u2018lib, sekin-asta xalq turmush tarzidan mustahkam o\u2018rin egallab, urf-odat va marosimlari an\u2019analariga singib borgan. Ikkinchidan, O\u2018zbekiston mustaqilligi va jamiyat ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi tufayli bugungi kunda islom bilan bog\u2018liq madaniy merosimizning tiklanishi va buyuk siymolarga mansub qadriyatlarimizning ro\u2018yobga chiqishi o\u2018zbek xalqi milliy o\u2018zligini yanada teranroq anglashiga ko\u2018maklashadi. Bunda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligining namoyon bo\u2018layotganini ko\u2018ramiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yuqoridagi barcha fikrlarni tahlil qilish asosida quyidagi xulosalarni berish mumkin:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillik tufayli jamiyatning ma\u2019naviy yangilanishida diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik uyg\u2018unligining ijobiy yechimga ega bo\u2018lishi, muayyan me\u2019yor tamoyillarini taqozo etadi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demokratik tamoyillarga tayangan holda diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglash negizlarini uyg\u2018un holda olib borish mumkinligini O\u2018zbekiston tajribasi tasdiqlagan. Ijtimoiy-madaniy hayotda diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylikdan ajralib qolishi, vaqt va makon o\u2018zgarishlarini e\u2019tiborga olmaslikka sabab bo\u2018lishi mumkin. Bu esa dinda ham, milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda ham \u201chaddan oshishga\u201d olib kelishi mumkin. Dinda haddan oshish mutaassiblik va ekstremizmga olib kelsa, milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviylikka asoslanishi o\u2018zga xalqlar madaniyatini inkor etish, bepisandlik bilan qarash, \u201cmilliy biqiqlikka\u201d olib kelishi mumkin;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Milliy va diniy qadriyatlar rivojida o\u2018zga millat vakillari va qadriyatlariga hurmat bilan munosabatda bo\u2018linsa, turli millatlarning diniy merosi va o\u2018zligini ifodalovchi umumbashariy qadriyatlar rivojlanib boraveradi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dunyoviy davlatda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylikning uyg\u2018un holda rivojlanishiga shart-sharoit yaratish diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashning rivojlanishiga imkoniyat yaratadi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jamiyatni ma\u2019naviy yangilash, ijtimoiy hayotda diniy meros va qadriyatlarni e\u2019tirof etish, shuningdek, milliy-ma\u2019naviy qadriyatlarni hisobga olishda \u201cO\u2018zbek modeli\u201d o\u2018ziga xos asos bo\u2018la oladi. Ko\u2018p konfessiyalik sharoitida ijtimoiy hayotda turli dinga e\u2019tiqod qiluvchilarning vijdon erkinligini ta\u2019minlanishi muhim ahamiyatga ega;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u2018zbek xalqining ma\u2019naviy madaniyati, marosim va urf-odatlarining shakllanishi va rivojlanishida islom omilining roli nihoyatda kattadir. Lekin bu jarayonni faqat islom diniga, uning aqidalariga bog\u2018lab qo\u2018yish bir yoqlamalik bo\u2018lib qoladi. Bunda islomgacha bo\u2018lgan umumbashariy madaniy meros va boshqa dinlar ta\u2019sirini ham e\u2019tibordan chetda qoldirmaslik lozim;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u2018zbekistonda diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglashda an\u2019anaviylik va zamonaviylik munosabatida bir tomonlama \u201cinkor etish\u201d yo\u2018lidan borilmadi. An\u2019anaviy diniy merosning ijobiy jihatlaridan amaliyotda foydalanildi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jamiyatning ma\u2019naviy yangilanishi sharoitida O\u2018zbekistonda diniy meros va qadriyatlarni qayta tiklash, diniy-ma\u2019naviy merosga yangicha munosabatni shakllantirish, shuningdek, ma\u2019naviy-axloqiy tarbiyada ma\u2019rifiy islomdan keng foydalanish imkoniyati yaratildi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jamiyatning yangilanishi jarayonida diniy meros va milliy o\u2018zlikni anglash negizlari milliy-madaniy meros bilan bog\u2018liq ekani hisobga olindi va unga tayanildi.
