Buyuk muhaddis Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d nomi bilan mashhur asari butun musulmonlar uchun Qur\u02bconi karimdan keyingi muhim manbadir. Asarda keltirilgan hadislar insonlarning ma\u02bcnaviy ongi, odob-axloqi, madaniyati va komil inson tarbiyasi uchun xizmat qilgani bois, uni har jihatdan puxta o\u02bbrganish zarur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriyning ushbu asari borasida olib borilgan tadqiqotlar, avvalo, uning qo\u02bblyozma nusxalariga bevosita bog\u02bbliq. Zero, asarga bog\u02bbliq barcha ilmiy va faraziy taxminlarda uning ilk asr va keyingi davrlarda ko\u02bbchirilgan nusxalari muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Bu borada turk tadqiqotchisi D.Fuad Sezgin (1342-1439\/1964-2018) o\u02bbzining \u201cTarix at-turos al-arabiy\u201d (\u201cIslom ilmlari tarixi\u201d) nomli asarida \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asari qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari bo\u02bblimida quyidagilarni keltiradi: \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asari qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari arab olamidagi deyarli barcha kutubxonalarda uchraydi. Nusxalar orasida biz bilgan eng qadimiy qo\u02bblyozma \u2013 370-390\/980-999-yillarda Marvaziy rivoyatiga ko\u02bbra ko\u02bbchirilgan \u201cMinjana\u201d nusxasi ham bor. Mazkur nusxa 1936-yil Kembrij universitetiga olib ketilgan\u201d [2:228].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Asarni o\u02bbrganish dastavval xattotlar tomonidan ko\u02bbchirishdan boshlangan. Jumladan, Quddusda yashagan Abu Nasr al-Mo\u02bbtaman as-Sojiy milodiy 1053-1113 yillarda asarni olti marta to\u02bbliq ko\u02bbchirgan. Ushbu asar islom olamida o\u02bbta ahamiyatli bo\u02bblgani bois, yozib tugallanganidan hozirga qadar unga sharh va hoshiyalar bitilib, tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda. Asar hadis ilmiga oid bo\u02bblishiga qaramay uni turli aspektlarda o\u02bbrganish mumkin. Jumladan, jarh va ta\u02bcdil, roviylar ismi, hadislarning sahih yoki zaif ekanini anglash va yana shu kabi mavzularni o\u02bbz ichiga qamrab oladi. Hadis ilmi, so\u02bbzlarning ishlatilishiga ko\u02bbra ularning turli ma\u02bcnolarda qo\u02bbllashga oid \u2013 balog\u02bbat ilmi, arab tilidagi so\u02bbzlarning sintaktik va grammatik jihatidan to\u02bblaqonli o\u02bbrganuvchi \u2013 nahv va sarf ilmlari shular jumlasidandir. Bundan tashqari, yana boshqa sohalarda ham \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asarini o\u02bbrganish haligacha davom etmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Umuman olganda, asarning islomshunoslikda o\u02bbrganilishi boshqa sohalarga qaraganda ko\u02bbproq sonni tashkil etadi. Shunday bo\u2018lsa-da, hozirga qadar asarning 150 ga yaqin sharhlari bor ekani aniqlangan. Hindistonlik mashhur olim Abdussalom Mubarokfuriyning (1289-1342\/1872-1924) \u201cSiyrot al-Imom al-Buxoriy sayyid al-fuqaho va imom al-muhaddisin\u201d (\u201cFaqihlar peshvosi va muhaddislar yetakchisi Imom Buxoriyning tarjimai holi\u201d) nomli kitobida \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dga yozilgan 142 ta sharhni sanab, ular haqida qisqacha ma\u2019lumot keltirgan [1:452]. Bu borada olim kitobining \u201cAl-Jome\u02bc as-Sahih\u201d asariga yozilgan sharh va izohlar\u201d deb nomlangan to\u02bbrtinchi bobida bunday deydi: \u201cAsarning ulug\u02bbvorligi va qadri buyuk ekaniga isbot sifatida unga yozilgan sharh va izohlarni keltirish mumkin. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d to\u02bbplamiga sharh yozgan olimlar qaysi mazhab va yo\u02bbnalishda bo\u02bblishidan qat\u02bci nazar, asar rivojiga o\u02bbz hissasini qo\u02bbshib kelmoqda. Sharh bitganlarning ba\u02bczilari asarning umumiy holatiga sharh yozgan bo\u02bblsa, boshqasi hadis rivoyat qilgan insonlar kitobda keltirilgan fiqh ilmiga oid mavzularni o\u02bbrganib, tadqiq qilgan. Shorihlar \u2013 sharh yozganlardan ba\u02bczilari o\u02bbz sharhini mufassal yozgan bo\u02bblsa, ba\u02bczisi umumlashtirib, yana ba\u02bczilari o\u02bbzidan oldin yozilgan sharhlarni muxtasar \u2013 ixcham holatga keltirib, jamlagan. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dga oid sharhlarning hammasini yoki u haqda yozilgan kitoblarni tadqiq qilish juda qiyin ish. Ammo qo\u02bblimdan kelganicha, o\u02bbsha izoh va mulohazalarni hurmatli o\u02bbquvchiga havola etaman. Hadis olimlari o\u02bbz asarida ishora qilgan ba\u02bczi sharhlar haqida to\u02bbliq ma\u02bclumotga ega bo\u02bblish imkoni yo\u02bbq bo\u02bblgani bois, ularning nomi yoki tafsilotini keltirmasdan, batafsil ma\u02bclumot bera olmaganimizdan chuqur afsusdaman\u201d [1:J 1: 363]. Alloma Muborakfuriy so\u02bbzlaridan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asarining nechog\u02bblik muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanini anglash mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Asarning ilk sharhi sifatida Xattobiy nomi bilan mashhur Imom Abu Sulaymon Hamd ibn Muhammadning (vaf. 388\/988) \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d kitobini keltirish mumkin. Bu kitob haqida mashhur tarixchi olim Hoji Halifa (vaf. 1068\/1657) quyidagilarni aytib o\u02bbtadi: \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d asari o\u02bbta nodir sharh bo\u02bblib, asar \u201cNe\u02bcmatlarni beminnat tortiq qiluvchi Allohga hamd bo\u02bblsin\u201d deb boshlanadi. Xattobiy \u201cMaolim as-sunan\u201d kitobini tugatganidan so\u02bbng, ushbu asarni bir jildda yozib qoldirdi. Asar Balx ahli iltimosiga binoan yozilgan\u201d [3:545]. Hoji Xalifa yuqorida aytib o\u02bbtgan Xattobiyning \u201cMaolim as-sunna\u201d kitobi oltita eng to\u02bbg\u02bbri hadis asarlari ichidagi Imom Abu Dovudning (202-275\/889-817-y.)\u00a0 \u201cSunan\u201diga yozilgan sharhdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asariga ilk sharh deb qaraladigan \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d asari nomi borasida bir qancha qarash bor. Ya\u02bcni asar nomi aslida \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d bo\u02bblganmi yoki boshqami degan savol tadqiqotchilar orasida uchraydi. Chunki uning bir qancha qo\u02bblyozma nusxalarida \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d nomidan tashqari \u201cAl-I\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d, \u201cAl-I\u02bclom al-Buxoriy\u201d kabi o\u02bbnga yaqin ko\u02bbrinishlarni uchratish mumkin. Asar ustida tadqiqot olib borgan D.Muhammad ibn Sa\u02bcd so\u02bbngi xulosa o\u02bbrnida uning nomini \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d ekanini to\u02bbg\u02bbri deb qayd etgan [7:67]. Imom Buxoriy hayoti va ijodi haqida ma\u02bclumot keltirib, uning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asariga yozilgan sharhlarni keltirgan olim U.Uvvatov ham o\u02bbzining \u201cMovarounnahr va Xuroson olimlarining hadis ilmi rivojida tutgan o\u02bbrni: Buxoriy, Muslim, Termiziy\u201d nomli kitobida Xattobiy sharhini \u201cAl-I\u02bclom\u201d deb keltirib, muallif nomini ham xato tarzda \u201cAl-Xitobiy\u201d deb qayd etgan [6:75].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xattobiy sharhidan so\u02bbng Imom Ahmad ibn Nasr Azdiyning (vaf. 402\/1012) \u201cAn-Nasihatu fi sharh al-Buxoriy\u201d nomli asarni keltirish mumkin. Ushbu sharh borasida tafsir, qiroat va hadis ilmi olimi Yusufzoda Afandi (1127-1085\/1674-1754) o\u02bbzining \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asariga izoh sifatida yozgan \u201cNajoh al-qoriy sharh Sahih al-Buxoriy\u201d nomli sharhida quyidagilarni aytib o\u02bbtgan: \u201cImom Ahmad ibn Nasr Azdiyning \u201cAn-Nasihatu fi sharh al-Buxoriy\u201d nomli asarida Xattobiyning \u201cA\u02bclom as-sunan\u201d kitobida urg\u02bbu berib o\u02bbtilgan eslatmalarga to\u02bbldirish kiritilib, u keltirmagan qaydlarni uchratish mumkin\u201d [8:36]. Ammo Yusufzoda Afandining ushbu sharhi hozirgacha to\u02bbliq kitob shaklida chop qilinmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Keyingi sharh sifatida tilshunos olim Abu Abdulloh Muhammad ibn Ja\u02bcfar Taymiy al-Qazzozning (vaf. 412\/1002-y.) \u201cSharh g\u02bborib al-Jome\u02bc\u201d nomli asarini keltirish mumkin. Abu Abdulloh Muhammadning ushbu sharhi Imom Buxoriyning \u201cAl-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201d ga yozilgan oldingi sharhlardan tilshunoslikka oid masalalarni yoritib berishi bilan xarakterlidir. Buning isboti sifatida Yusufzoda Afandi \u201cNajoh al-qoriy sharh sahih al-Buxoriy\u201d sharhida [8:36] Abu Abdulloh Muhammadning sharhidan foydalanganini aytib o\u02bbtganini ko\u02bbrish mumkin. Keltirilgan masalalarning aksari arab tilidagi so\u02bbzlarning etimologik tarixi va turli talaffuz qilinishiga oid qarashlarni o\u02bbz ichiga oladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Andalusiyalik mashhur muhaddis olim Muhallab ibn Abu Sufro Azdiyning (vaf. 435\/1044) ham \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asariga yozgan sharhi ushbu asarlarning ilk yozilganlaridan biridir. Muallif ushbu asarni qisqartirib, \u201cAl-Muxtasar an-nasih fihzib al-kitab al-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201d deb nomlangan boshqa bir asar ham yozgan. Muhallab Azdiyning bir asarga ikkita kitob yozishi olimlar orasida kam uchraydigan holat bo\u2018lgani bois, muallif buni quyidagicha izohlaydi: \u201cImom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asarida ba\u2019zi hadislar takror kelgani bois, undagi hadislarni qisqartirib berishga, mohiyatini tushuntirishga va yodlash uchun oson bo\u2018lishiga katta qiziqish bildirgan insonlar taklifiga ko\u2018ra ushbu asar yozildi\u201d [4:105]. Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallam so\u02bbzlarida davom etaverdilar. Ba\u02bczi odamlar: \u201cU zot uning gapirganini eshitdilar-u, gapini yoqtirmadilar\u201d, deyishdi, ba\u02bczilari esa: \u201cYo\u02bbq, eshitmadilar\u201d, deyishdi. U zot so\u02bbzlarini tugatgach: \u201cQiyomat haqida so\u02bbragan qani?\u201d dedilar. \u201cMana men, ey Allohning Rasuli!\u201d dedi. \u201cQachon omonat zoye qilinsa, qiyomatni kutaver!\u201d dedilar. \u201cUni zoye qilish qanday bo\u02bbladi?\u201d dedi. \u201cQachon ish o\u02bbz ahlidan boshqasiga topshirilsa, qiyomatni kutaver!\u201d dedilar\u201d [5:498].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhallab Azdiy hadis ostidan: \u201cImom Buxoriy bu hadisni \u201cOmonatning ko\u2018tarilishi\u201d nomli bobda ham keltirib o\u2018tgan\u201d, deb izohlaydi [4:206]. Shu kabi alloma Muhallab o\u2018zidan oldingi olimlar qilmagan yangicha yondashuv orqali Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d asaridagi barcha takror hadislarni yana qaysi mavzularda qayta keltirilganini birma-bir sanab o\u2018tgan. Bu esa o\u2018z navbatida \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dni o\u2018rganib, uni yodlovchi uchun yengillik keltiradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Keyingi sharh sifatida \u201cIbn Abdulbar\u201d nomi bilan mashhur Hofiz Jamoluddin Abu Umar Yusuf ibn Abdullohning (328-423\/978-1071 y.) \u201cAl-Ajviba a\u2019n al-masail al-mustag\u2018roba mik kitab al-Buxoriy\u201d nomli asarini keltirish mumkin. Hofiz Jamoluddin tomonidan mazkur sharh hadislardagi islomshunoslik sohasiga oid fiqh, aqida, usul al-fiqh ilmiga oid masalalarni qamrab olgani bilan xarakterlidir. Bundan tashqari, sharhda asarning to\u2018liq izohi emas, balki Hofiz Jamoluddindan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi ba\u2019zi hadislarning tushunish qiyin bo\u2018lgan o\u2018rinlari yoritib berilgan. Mazkur asar ilk bor 2001-yili Jazoir universiteti, \u201cIslomshunoslik\u201d kafedrasi, \u201cUsul al-fiqh\u201d (\u201cFiqh asoslari\u201d) yo\u2018nalishi magistranti Abdulxoliq ibn Muhammad Mozi tomonidan tadqiq etilgan.
