XIII-XIV asrlarga kelib arab tiliga e\u02bctibor susayib, fors tilidagi adabiyotlarga ehtiyoj kuchaydi. Uning asari hanafiy mazhabi bo\u02bbyicha fiqhning asosiy tarmoqlari va ularga bog\u02bbliq masalalarni yoritib bergani uchun muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Mazkur asar XIV asrdan buyon xalqimiz qadrlab kelayotgan qimmatli va mo\u02bbtabar asarlardan biridir. U dastlab 83 bobdan iborat [4] bo\u02bblgan, keyinroq\u00a0 fiqhiy ma\u02bclumotlar bilan to\u02bbldirilib, 3 ta bo\u02bblim-jildga ajratilgan[7].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Asarning milodiy 1333-yil Samarqandda ko\u02bbchirilgan nusxasi bizgacha mukammal holatga yetib kelmagan, ya\u02bcni muqaddimasi yo\u02bbq, matn uchinchi bobning o\u02bbrtasidan\u00a0 boshlangan[4]. Demak, ayni paytda O\u02bbzR FA Abu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Sharqshunoslik instituti fondida saqlanayotgan inv. \u21164041 raqamli ushbu qo\u02bblyozma nusxaning tarkibiy tahlili, boblarga ko\u02bbra tasnifini mukammal tarzda amalga oshirish imkonsiz bo\u02bblganligi uchun asarning qadimiylik nuqtayi nazaridan ikkinchi o\u02bbrinda turgan, hijriy 1061 (milodiy 1650-51) yil Samarqandda ko\u02bbchirilgan, hozirda O\u02bbzR FA Abu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Sharqshunoslik instituti fondida saqlanayotgan inv. \u21162639 raqamli to\u02bbliq qo\u02bblyozma nusxasi tayanch manba sifatida\u00a0 tanlandi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSaloti Mas\u02bcudiy\u201d asarining 1-2-jildlari namoz va unga oid masalalarga bag\u02bbishlangan. 3-jildi esa islom huquqining boshqa ko\u02bbplab mavzu va masalalaridan tarkib topgan bo\u02bblib, ular alohida, bittadan kitobga sarlavha qilib olingan. Har bir fiqhiy mavzu ham o\u02bbz navbatida bob va fasllarga bo\u02bblingan holda yoritib berilgan. Shunday qilib, \u201cSaloti Mas\u02bcudiy\u201d asarida fiqh ilmining jami 30 ta mavzusi qamrab olingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qo\u02bblyozmalarni ko\u02bbzdan kechirish natijasida shu narsa ma\u02bclum bo\u02bbldiki, birinchi va ikkinchi jildlar boblardan tashkil topgan, uchinchi jild esa boblarga bo\u02bblinmasdan, asosan kitoblardan iborat. Dastlab birinchi jild 18 bobdan, ikkinchi jild 25 bobdan tashkil topgan[7] bo\u02bblsa, keyinchalik boblar soni o\u02bbzgarib turgan[9]. Birinchi va ikkinchi jild boblari sonining ko\u02bbpayishi qadimiy nusxalarning ba\u02bczi bir qismlarining batafsil sharhlanganligi hamda keyingi davr nusxa va nashrlarining fasllariga ham bob sifatida raqam qo\u02bbyilganligi sababidandir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muallif fiqhiy masalalarni yechishda avval o\u02bbz davri an\u02bcanasiga ko\u02bbra ibodat, keyin muomalot qismlariga tegishli masalalarni bayon etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Asardagi mavjud masalalarni quyidagicha taqsimlash mumkin:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibodat masalalari;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muomalot masalalari.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Birinchi qismdagi masalalar asosan toat-ibodat mavzulari, ya\u02bcni Alloh bilan banda o\u02bbrtasidagi muno\u00adsabatlarni aks ettiradi. \u201cSaloti Mas\u02bcudiy\u201d kitobi boshqa an\u02bcanaviy fiqh kitoblaridan farqli o\u02bblaroq, tahorat bobidan emas, namoz bobidan boshlangan. Shuning uchun katta hajmga ega. Ahamiyatlisi shundaki, 3 ta jildning 2 jildi \u2013 ibodat qismining namoz hamda tahorat masalalarini qamrab oladi. Uchinchi jilddan boshlab ibodat qismining qolgan masalalari &#8211; zakot, ro\u02bbza, haj, qurbonlik mavzulari bilan davom ettirilib, so\u02bbng muomalot qismining maishiy, iqtisodiy-moliyaviy va huquqiy masalalari batafsil yoritib beriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibodat masalalari asarning 3\/2 qismini, asar hajmining 67%ini\u00a0 tashkil etadi [8]. Bu esa Movarounnahrda mo\u02bbg\u02bbullar istibdodi davrida ibodat masalalariga, ayniqsa, namozga qanchalik e\u02bctibor berilganini ko\u02bbrsatadi. Kitobning \u201cSaloti Mas\u02bcudiy\u201d deb nomlanishiga sabab \u201cNamozdan ibtido qilib, bul kitob saloti Mas\u02bcudiyg\u02bba shuru\u02bc qilindi\u201d [5:12]. Asarda nafaqat hanafiylik fiqhiga, balki moturidiylik ta\u02bclimotiga ham ahamiyat berilgan. Zero, Mas\u02bcud Samarqandiyning ijodiy faoliyati aynan mo\u02bbg\u02bbullar istilosidan keyingi davrlarga to\u02bbg\u02bbri keladi. Bu davrda mo\u02bbtaziliy, qadariy, jabariy, qarmatiy kabi turli oqim vakillarining ta\u02bcsiri kuchaygan edi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">An\u02bcanaga ko\u02bbra, asar [7:2] \u201cBismillahir Rahmonir rohim\u201d so\u02bbzidan keyin hamd, tahmid \u2013 Allohga hamdu sano bilan boshlangan. So\u02bbngra na\u02bct &#8211; Muhammad Payg\u02bbambarning ta\u02bcrifi,\u00a0 maqtovi bitilgan. Yana ahli oilasiga va barcha sahobalarning madhi o\u02bbrin olgan. Mana shundan so\u02bbng asarning asosiy mazmuni bayon etilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Birinchi jildning boshi tavhid mavzusidan boshlangan. Unda ahli sunna val jamoaning aqida asoslari berilgan[7:1-5]. Muallif risolada tavhid &#8211; Allohning yagonaligi, Alloh taoloning zoti va sifatlari, farishtalar, ilohiy kitoblar va payg\u02bbambarlarga nisbatan qanday munosabatda bo\u02bblish qoidalari, Qur\u02bconning maxluq yoki maxluq emasligi masalasi, oxirat to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi islomiy ta\u02bclimot g\u02bboyalari, jumladan qabrda savol-javob, qayta tirilish, amallarning tortilishi, nomai a\u02bcmolning o\u02bbqilishi, Rasululloh (s.a.v.)ning shafoatlari, ko\u02bbprik, havzi Kavsar, Allohning diydorini ko\u02bbrish, jannat, do\u02bbzax, Asharai mubashshara &#8211; jannatiy deb bashorat berilgan o\u02bbnta sahoba, payg\u02bbambar vafotidan keyingi haq xalifalar zikri, ixtiyor, taqdir, Allohning irodasi masalasi; imon, islom va ehsonning ta\u02bcrifi; mo\u02bbmin, muslim\u00a0 va muhsinning alomatlari, xullas, har bir mo\u02bbmin-musulmon uchun\u00a0 muhim bo\u02bblgan diniy ma\u02bclumotlarni talqin etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Undan keyin 1-bob \u201cNamoz muqaddimalari\u201d deb atalib, fasllarga bo\u02bblingan holda, asosan quyidagi mavzularni o\u02bbz ichiga olgan: namoz, Hazrat Imomi A\u02bczam manoqiblari, tahorat, g\u02bbusl va hokazo. Uning ilk \u201cNamoz muqaddimasi\u201ddan keyingi 3 ta fasli Imom Abu Hanifaning hayoti, ilmiy faoliyati va axloqiy fazilatlariga bag\u02bbishlangan, mazhabni rivojlantirishga salmoqli hissa qo\u02bbshgan olimning shogirdlari faoliyati bayon qilingan. Muallif Imom Abu Hanifaning hayot yo\u02bbli va faoliyatini mukammal qilib yoritishga harakat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Keyingi boblarda namozning vojiblari, sunnatlari, odoblari haqida gap boradi. Shundan keyin tahorat va poklanish mavzulari bob va fasllarga bo\u02bblingan holda yoritib beriladi.
