Qazishmalarni keng ko\u02bblamda tashkil etish, yoshlarni arxeologik izlanishlar bilan tanishtirish va noyob qadimiy me\u2019morchilik namunalarini ochiq osmon ostidagi muzeylar shaklidagi turizm obyektlariga aylantirish zarur [2]. So\u02bbnggi yillarda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar arxeologik tadqiqotlarni tubdan takomillashtirish kerakligini ko\u2018rsatdi. Yirik arxeologik yodgorliklarda keng ko\u02bblamli tadqiqotlarni olib borish, qadimiy tarix va boy madaniyatimizni xalqimiz hamda jahon hamjamiyatiga targ\u02bbib qilish zarur. Tarixiy-madaniy merosning ilmiy axborot mazmuni, uning inson hayotining bir sohasi sifatidagi badiiy va amaliy ahamiyati yodgorliklardan foydalanish amaliyotining asosiy maqsadini belgilaydi [14:41].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">XX asr davomida tarix va madaniyat yodgorliklarini muhofaza qilishning turli modellari, usullari, xalqaro me\u2019yorlari va qonunlari ishlab chiqilganiga qaramay, ularni saqlash muammosi dunyoning ko\u02bbplab mamlakatlarida eng keskin masalalaridan biri bo\u02bblib kelgan [10:163-170]. Bu borada Butunjahon merosi konvensiyasi muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Ushbu Konvensiya ham madaniy, ham tabiiy merosni muhofaza qilish bo\u02bbyicha eng muhim xalqaro hujjatdir [16:200]. Har qanday davlat madaniy merosni muhofaza qilishning umumbashariy tamoyillariga amal qiladi. Madaniy merosni kelajak avlodlarga yetkazish uchun uni saqlaydi. Madaniy meros xavfsizligini ta\u2019minlashi, ulardan foydalanish, o\u02bbrganish va ommalashtirishi shart [10:163-170].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hozirgi kunda dunyoda arxeologik yodgorliklarni muhofaza qilish sohasidagi nazariy va falsafiy yondashuv rivojlanmoqda. Unda tabiatni muhofaza qilishni tadqiq qilish tartib-qoidalarining fanlararo tabiatini belgilash zarur. Arxeologik obidalarda foydalaniladigan rejalashtirish jarayonlari va yondashuvlarning mantiqiy asoslari muhokama qilinadi. Ushbu yondashuvlarning asosi quyidagilardan iborat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 arxeologik materiallarni himoya qilish uchun tabiatni muhofaza qilish talablari bilan bir qatorda ularni o\u2018z joyida qoldirish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 qiymatga asoslangan boshqaruv tartib-qoidalarini har tomonlama tushunish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 merosning ijtimoiy-madaniy o\u02bblchovlarini hisobga olish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 ma\u2019muriy amaliy mulohazalarni hisobga olish, madaniy meros joylarini saqlab qolishdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Avvalo, tabiatni muhofaza qilish nazariyalarining adabiyotlari ko\u02bbrib chiqiladi. Arxeologik merosni muhofaza qilish va taqdim etish sohalarida zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlarining mantiqiy asoslarini tushunish madaniy meros sohasida rejalashtirish yondashuvining asosini tashkil qiladi [15:149].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Butun dunyoda, birinchi navbatda, rivojlangan mamlakatlarda madaniy meros obyektlari yaxshi holatda saqlab qolinadi yoki tiklanadi. Ular har qanday xalq tarixi va ma\u2019naviyati mezonidir. Bu nafaqat katta moliyaviy xarajatlarni talab qiladi, balki jamiyatda bo\u02bblinishni keltirib chiqaradi. Chunki madaniy meros obyektlari yangi qurilish ishlarida qiyinchilik keltirib chiqaradi. Me\u2019moriy yodgorliklar o\u02bbzining tarixiy sharoitida, ham yirik me\u2019moriy ansambllarda, ham yakka tartibdagi obyektlarda saqlanishi kerak. Aholining turli guruhlari o\u02bbtmish yodgorliklarini turlicha qadrlaydi. Binoni buzish masalasi ijtimoiy tartibsizliklarni keltirib chiqaradi. Bu atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish va madaniy merosni saqlash yangi hodisa ekani bilan izohlanadi [8:328].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hozirgi zamonda madaniy merosni saqlash sayyoramizning ko\u02bbplab shaharlarida ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishning asosiy ustuvor yo\u02bbnalishlaridan biriga aylanmoqda [6:188]. O\u02bbzbekistonning arxeologik obyektlari va ularni saqlab qolish masalalari hozirgi kunda juda dolzarbdir. Tahlillar natijasida davlat himoyasiga olingan obyektlarning 25 foizidagina muhofaza belgilari \u2013 yorliqlar mavjud [4:292-298]. Bundan tashqari, aksariyat madaniy meros obyektlarning kadastr hujjatlari yo\u02bbq, chegaralari belgilanmagan [1]. XXI asrda me\u02bcmoriy merosni muhofaza qilish, shahar tarixiy muhitini asrab-avaylash, undan turizmda samarali foydalanish amaliyoti istiqbolli yo\u02bbnalishlardan biridir. Tarixiy shaharni madaniy hodisa sifatida aniqlash, aksiologik yondashuv asosida yagona ekspozitsiyani tashkil etuvchi yodgorlik, inshootlarning me\u2019moriy-badiiy o\u02bbziga xosligini muzeylashtirish katta ahamiyatga ega. Arxitektor, tarixchi, arxeolog, o\u02bblkashunos, san\u2019atshunos, etnograf va sotsiologlar bilan hamkorlikda shahar hayotining tarixiy-madaniy va ijtimoiy-maishiy jihatlarini muzeylashtirishga e\u2019tibor qaratish hozirgi kunda nihoyatda muhim ahamiyatga egadir [5:47-52].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muzeylashtirishni keng ma\u2019noda har qanday obyektning muzey holatiga o\u02bbtish, deb hisoblash mumkin. Bu atama odatda ko\u02bbchmas, atrof-muhit va nomoddiy meros obyektlariga nisbatan qo\u02bbllanadi [11]. Shuning uchun, Jizzax viloyatidagi obyektlarni muzeylashtirishda quyidagi jihatlarga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratish lozim. Bunda muzeylashtirishning tarixiy tajribasi asos sifatida olingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muzeylashtirish jarayonida yodgorlikning axborot salohiyatini maksimal darajada oshirish kerak [7:61]. \u201cMuzeyefikatsiya\u201d atamasi mahalliy muzeyshunoslik fanida nisbatan yangi tushuncha bo\u02bblib, faqat XX asr ikkinchi yarmida keng tarqalgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tarixiy, madaniy va tabiiy obyektlarning muzey ko\u2018rinishiga o\u02bbtishini ta\u2019minlaydigan faoliyat yo\u02bbnalishini muzeylashtirish deb ataladi. Muzeylashtirishning maqsadi tarixiy-madaniy, badiiy, ilmiy qadriyatlarni aniqlash va saqlashdir. Ko\u02bbpincha bu atama ko\u02bbchmas, nomoddiy va atrof-muhit obyektlariga nisbatan qo\u02bbllanadi [7:397], lekin umuman olganda, barcha muzey obyektlariga tegishlidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Arxeologik merosni saqlash va yangilash muammosi boy tarixshunoslikka ega. Uning asosiy qismi muzey faoliyatining alohida bo\u02bblimi sifatida arxeologik merosni muzeylashtirish masalalariga bag\u02bbishlangan. Aynan shu faoliyat yo\u02bbnalishi, aksariyat tadqiqotchilar fikriga ko\u02bbra, arxeologik meros obyektlarini saqlash, o\u02bbrganish va namoyish etish uchun sharoit yaratishi mumkin. Tadqiqotchilarning ko\u02bbrib chiqilayotgan masalalarga qiziqishi 1950-1960-yillardagi muzeylarning gullab-yashnashi davrida yuzaga keldi. Ikkinchi jahon urushining madaniy merosga yetkazgan zarari fonida qolgan yodgorliklarni asrab-avaylash zaruratga aylandi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Arxeologik merosni saqlash shakllarini kengaytirish masalasi bugungi kunda Rossiyada eng dolzarb masalalardan biridir. Yaqin vaqtgacha tarixiy va madaniyatni yangilashning eng keng tarqalgan usullari quyidagilar edi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1) madaniy meros obyektidan uning asl funksiyasiga ko\u02bbra foydalanish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2) madaniy meros obyektidan funksiyasi o\u02bbzgargan holda foydalanish (saqlab qo\u02bbyilgan obyektni uning asosiy sifatlariga zarar yetkazmasdan moslashtirish);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3) obyektni ilmiy jihatdan o\u02bbrganish va u to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi ma\u2019lumotlarni nashr etish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">4) tarixiy-madaniy meros obyektini muzeylashtirish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Arxeologik merosning ko\u02bbchmas obyektlari uchun madaniy merosni yangilashning obyekt to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi ma\u2019lumotlarni e\u2019lon qilish va muzeylashtirish usuli qo\u02bbllaniladi. Biroq, ularning birinchisi arxeologik yodgorliklarning saqlanishini ta\u2019minlay olmaydi. Faqat muzeylashtirish arxeologik meros obyektining axborot, jozibador va ekspressiv salohiyatini to\u02bbliq aniqlashga yordam beradi. Shu bilan birga u obyektga minimal zarar yetkazgan holda foydalanishni ta\u2019minlaydi [13:360].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muzeylashtirish muammosiga to\u02bbxtaladigan bo\u02bblsak, birinchi navbatda ishlash kerak bo\u02bblgan obyektlarning turlarini aniqlash kerak. Zamonaviy tadqiqotchilar quyidagi turlarni ajratib ko\u02bbrsatadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 arxeologik majmua \u2013 arxeologik yodgorliklar majmuasi (qo\u02bbshni aholi punktlari, qabristonlar va boshqalar bilan mustahkamlangan turar-joy).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 arxeologik yodgorliklar (tepaliklar, aholi punktlari, qabristonlar va boshqalar);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 arxeologik joylar (alohida inshootlar \u2013 binolar, ko\u02bbpriklar, qal\u2019alar, ariqlar);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Har qanday obyektni muzeylashtirish bir necha bosqichda amalga oshiriladi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 aniqlash;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 o\u02bbrganish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 restavratsiya (o\u02bbrganishdan keyin zarur bo\u02bblgan konservatsiya, restavratsiya, kamroq rekonstruksiya ishlarini olib borish);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2013 ekspozitsiya maydonini tashkil etish (ekspozitsiyalarni yaratish, turistik marshrutlar va dasturlarni tashkil etish, zarur infratuzilmani yaratish va boshqalar) [7:403].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tarixiy-madaniy hududlar tizimida arxeologik yodgorlik hal qiluvchi rol o\u02bbynamaydi, balki tarixiy-madaniy majmuaning ajralmas qismi hisoblanadi. Albatta, agar bu tarixiy-madaniy hudud arxeologik hudud sifatida belgilanmagan bo\u02bblsa, unda arxeologik yodgorliklar mavjud. Yodgorliklardan konservatsiya va aktuallashtirishning asosiy obyektlari sifatida foydalaniladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muzey-qo\u02bbriqxona tarixiy-madaniy merosni saqlash va ulardan foydalanishning tashkiliy-huquqiy shakli bo\u02bblib, muzey-qo\u02bbriqxonada arxeologik obyekt to\u02bbliq ochiladi. Muzey faoliyati to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi ma\u2019lumotlarni saqlash, o\u02bbrganish va moslashtirishga qaratilgan. Yodgorlik keng doiradagi tashrif buyuruvchilar uchundir (tarix va arxeologiya sohasidagi mutaxassis va oddiy sayyohlar uchun).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Arxeologik park \u2013 bu bizga g\u02bbarbdagi muzey an\u2019analaridan kelib chiqqan tushuncha bo\u02bblib, dastlab muzey-qo\u02bbriqxonaga qaraganda arxeologik merosni asl joyida muzeylashtirishning erkinroq shaklidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Arxeologik parkda asosiy arxeologik ekspozitsiyasi ushbu arxeologik majmua mavjudligi bilan to\u2018ldiriladi. Faol rivojlanishi davrida hududda yashagan odamlarning hayoti va turmush tarzi bilan bog\u02bbliq etnografik ekspozitsiyalar bilan ham to\u02bbldirishga ruxsat beriladi. Shuningdek, arxeologik merosni rekonstruksiya qilish va modellashtirish kabi muzeylashtirish usulidan foydalanishga ruxsat beriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu turdagi muzeylarning paydo bo\u02bblishi XIX asr 70-yillarida Shvetsiya va Norvegiyada bo\u02bblgan. Keyinchalik bu muzeylar Yevropaning boshqa mamlakatlarida ham paydo bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu holat shoshilinch choralar ko\u02bbrishni talab qildi. Avvalo, yog\u02bboch me\u2019morchilik obyektlari va etnografik yodgorliklar saqlanishi kerak edi. Keyinchalik ma\u2019lum bir madaniy jamoa yoki davlat tarixining tegishli davri turmush tarzi va sharoitini aks ettiruvchi butun tarixiy-me\u2019moriy majmualar, arxeologik yodgorliklarni yaratish rejalashtirilgan edi [12:60-61].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mustaqillik yillarida mamlakatimiz hududida qadimgi davrdan boshlab rivojlangan qishloq, shahar va sivilizatsiya markazlarining boy o\u02bbtmishini arxeologik jihatdan tadqiq etish va bu jarayonlarni tiklash bo\u02bbyicha muayyan ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda. O\u02bbzbekiston hududi tosh davridan boshlab o\u02bbzlashtirilgan. Mamlakatimiz jahondagi ilk shaharsozlik va davlatchilik shakllangan markazlardan biridir. Tariximiz va madaniyatimizning chuqur ildizga ega ekani ilmiy asoslangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bugungi kunda butun dunyoda turizmning roli barqaror ravishda oshib bormoqda. Bu uning odamlar hayoti va umuman mamlakatlar iqtisodiyotiga ta\u2019sirining kuchayishi bilan bog\u02bbliq. Turizm jahon iqtisodiyotiga tobora ko\u02bbproq ta\u2019sir qilmoqda. Madaniy meros obyektlari turizmning o\u02bbziga xos belgisiga aylanmoqda. Hozirgi bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida sayyohlik kompaniyalari yangi xizmatlarni taklif etish va mahsulotlarni ishlab chiqish muhimligi va zarurligini tobora ko\u02bbproq anglab yetmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2023-yil 16-20-oktyabr kunlari Samarqand shahrida BMT Butunjahon turizm tashkiloti \u2013 UNWTO\u00a0 Bosh Assambleyasining 25-sessiyasi doirasida \u201cEng yaxshi turizm qishloqlari\u201d nomzodligi bo\u2018yicha taqdirlash marosimi bo\u2018lib o\u2018tishi rejalashtirilgan edi. Sessiya doirasida eng yaxshi turistik qishloq ro\u2018yxatiga O\u2018zbekistondan 5 ta manzil kiritildi. Farg\u2018ona viloyatidagi \u201cAvval\u201d, Navoiy viloyatidagi \u201cSentob\u201d, Surxondaryodagi \u201cSangardak\u201d, Samarqanddagi \u201cKonigil\u201d qishloqlari va Jizzax viloyatidagi Forish tumani \u201cUxum\u201d qishlog\u2018i shular jumlasidandir [3]. Shu o\u02bbrinda, Jizzax viloyatida turizmni rivojlantirish uchun uni muzeylar faoliyatini ilmiy konsepsiyalari, texnik axborot uskunalari, 3D buyumlar va eksponatlar bilan qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlash lozimdir. Jizzax viloyatida joylashgan arxeologik yodgorliklar (Jizzax shahrida Qaliyatepa, Zomin tumanida Q\u02bborg\u02bbon, Sh.Rashidov tumanidagi \u201cOq oltin\u201d MFY, Sayhonsoy qishlog\u2018i yaqinidagi Sayhontosh rasmlari (Takali tosh rasmlari) ni muzeylashtirish ushbu hududda turizm sohasini rivojlantirishda muhim ahamiyatga egadir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xulosa qilib aytadigan bo\u02bblsak, turizm aslida bo\u02bbsh vaqtdan unumli foydalanish va hordiq chiqarish bilan bog\u02bbliqdir. Shu bilan birga u turizm xizmatlari bilan bog\u02bbliq tarmoqlarni ham qamrab oladi. Zero, viloyat hududida turizmni tashkil etish va rivojlantirish barcha sohalarning iqtisodiy yuksalishiga, aholining bir qismini ish bilan ta\u2019minlash muammosini hal etishga xizmat qiladi. Endi bu sayyohlik obyektlarini rekonstruksiya qilish, ta\u2019mirlash va kengaytirishga e\u2019tibor qaratish lozim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Umuman olganda, muzeylashtirish metodologiyasi loyihasini ishlab chiqishning muhim shartlari shundan iboratki, bu arxeologik merosni topish, tekshirish, qayta tiklash va ommalashtirishga qaratilgan tadbirlarning yagona tizimi sifatida qaralishi lozim. Bu, o\u02bbz navbatida, tanlangan hududning tegishli resurslari, ya\u2019ni muzeylashtirishga oid obyektlar va tarixiy-arxeologik yodgorliklar bilan to\u02bbyinganlik darajasini hisobga olishni taqozo etadi. Diniy binolarni muzeylashtirish ko\u02bbp qirrali, nozik va murakkab jarayondir. Bugungi kunda mamlakatimizda muzeylashtirilgan arxeologik yodgorliklar soni juda ozligicha qolmoqda.
