Islom shariati ahkomlarining beshdan uch qismi inson salomatligiga bag\u02bbishlanganining o\u02bbzi ham bu dinning naqadar umumbashariy ekanligini anglatadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Salomatlik va uning davomiyligini ta\u02bcminlash shubhasiz inson hayotidagi muhim omillardandir. Islom dinida inson sog\u02bbligi masalasiga e\u02bctibor qaratilar ekan, kasallik boshlanmasdan oldinroq uning oldini olish zarurligi ta\u02bckidlanadi. Bu esa ularning beqiyos ahamiyatga ega ekanidan dalolat beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ma\u02bclumki, islom inson maishiy hayotining eng mayda jihatlarigacha jiddiy e\u02bctibor qaratgan. Payg\u02bbambarimiz gigiyena \u2013 sog\u02bblom turmush tarziga alohida urg\u02bbu berib, a\u02bczolar pokligi inson salomatligining muhim omil ekanini ta\u02bckidlaganlar. Shuningdek, tozalik fitratdan ekanligini ta\u02bckidlab, hatto bu masalada muayyan muddat va vaqtlar ham aniq belgilanganini zikr qilganlar.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Ma\u02bclumki, fitrat deganda poklik, asliyat, soflik nazarda tutiladi. Bundan to\u02bbg\u02bbri xulosa chiqargan holda jism pokligi, imon salomatligida qat\u02bciy bo\u02bblish har bir mo\u02bbmin-musulmonning birinchi o\u02bbrindagi vazifalaridan hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dda kelgan \u201cO\u02bbringa yotadigan bo\u02bblsang, namozga tahorat olganingdek tahorat ol, keyin o\u02bbng yoning bilan yot\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> hadisi ham tengsiz hikmatga ega. Chunki inson tahorat olish bilan o\u02bbzida kun davomida yig\u02bbilgan ma\u02bcnaviy, jismoniy toliqish hamda charchoqdan xalos bo\u02bbladi va to\u02bbliq quvvat bilan xotirjam uxlaydi. Shu tariqa tahorat insonning asabiy holda uxlashining oldini oladi. Chunki tahorat paytida inson tinchlanadi, yomon xayollar ketadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tahoratning inson salomatligi uchun yana bir qancha foydalari bor. Og\u02bbiz, burunni chayib turush esa gripp va shunga o\u02bbxshash yuqumli kasalliklardan himoya qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriyning bu ikki mashhur asari \u2013 \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d va \u201cal-Adab al-mufrad\u201dda ushbu masalaga bag\u02bbishlangan ko\u02bbplab hadislar keltirilgan. \u201cKim qo\u02bbli (yuvilmasdan) yog\u02bbli holda uxlab qolib, unga biror musibat yetsa, o\u02bbzidan boshqani malomat qilmasin<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>\u201d, \u201cKunduzning avvalida uxlash nuqson, o\u02bbrtasida uxlash axloq, oxirida uxlash esa ahmoqlikdir\u201d <a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> hadislari shular jumlasidandir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Jumladan, taom yegandan so\u02bbng, qo\u02bblini yuvmasdan uxlash, kunning jazirama issiq vaqtida quyosh tig\u02bbida o\u02bbtirish, o\u02bbz vaqtida dam olmaslik kishi salomatligiga salbiy ta\u02bcsir etuvchi omillardan ekanini Imom Buxoriyning mazkur hadis to\u02bbplamida keltirilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Poklik islom dini asosi bo\u02bblgani uchun Risolat sohibi o\u02bbz\u00a0 hadisi shariflarida kishilarni pok bo\u02bblishga uyini, kiyimini, oshxona, xojatxona va atrofini toza tutishga, badanini, ayniqsa, bosh, qo\u02bbl va tishini yuvib, tozalab yurishga undaganlar.\u00a0 Hatto, bu o\u02bbrinda, inson bajariladigan oddiy kundalik vazifalarga oid odob-axloq qoidalari ham chetda qolmagan. Ana shunday vazifalardan biri hojat odobidir.
