On March 27 of this year, a presentation of the work \u201cAt-Tarihu-s-saghir\u201d by the great Muhaddith scholar, Sultan of hadith Imam Bukhari, translated into Uzbek by the Center\u2019s scientists was organized at the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center under the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by representatives of partner organizations and scientific circles, teachers and students of the School of Hadith Science, independent researchers and scientific staff of the Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are 3 books by Imam Bukhari: \u201cAt-Tarih al-Kabir\u201d (\u201cThe Great History\u201d), \u201cAt-Tarih al-Ausat\u201d (\u201cThe Middle History\u201d) \u201cAt-Tarihu-s-saghir\u201d (\u201cLittle History\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

The translated and presented work is one of the first books written about the famous companions and their followers who narrated hadith. Imam Bukhari wrote the first copy of the book at the age of 18 and completed it throughout his life. Through this work, the author identified the ways of the hadiths reaching us and created scientific methods of arranging them according to their levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The work consists of 42 chapters and provides information about 2997 hadith narrators. It contains 305 notes and comments, 145 explanations, and about 150 names of geographical places to make it easier for the reader to understand. The book is a valuable scientific resource for researchers involved in hadith science and the history of hadith narrators.<\/span><\/p>\n

Translation works were carried out on the basis of regular scientific consultations with prominent Islamic scholars in Egypt, Turkey and Russia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scientific staff of the center spoke in detail about the history of the creation of the work, its differences and advantages from other works, aspects focused on in the translation process, positive reviews and recognitions given to the book by local and foreign scholars.<\/span><\/p>\n

The participants of the event emphasized that this scientifically important book, considered the first work on the history of the Companions, serves as a scientifically based refutation of some ignorant people who criticize the hadith collected by Imam Bukhari. They noted that scientists from our country have made a worthy contribution to the development of Islamic sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presented in the Uzbek language, the work of Imam Bukhari\u201cAt-Tarihu-s-saghir\u201d serves to deepen the understanding of the essence of the rich scientific heritage left by the author, the scientific substantiation of hadiths according to their level.<\/span><\/p>\n
