Today, in cooperation with the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages held a spiritual and educational event on the theme of “Islam – the religion of peace and enlightenment” based on the idea of “Enlightenment against ignorance”.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The scientific staff of the Center, management of the institute, professors, teachers, and students took part in the event. The speakers paid attention to current issues in our country, such as the state’s relations with religion and religious organizations, the peace-loving nature of Islam, and the importance of against ignorance with enlightenment.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the high moral value of inter-ethnic harmony and religious tolerance, the negative consequences of extremism and terrorism, the history of the emergence of destructive currents and actions operating under the guise of religion, their original goals, ideological foundations, financial sources, methods of operation and un-Islamic nature were revealed based on evidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

As it was noted at the event, if our people, especially our youth, get to know our ancestors closely, if we teach them scientific heritage in depth, they will never go astray. Our young people will become mature scientists who can make a worthy contribution to the development of our country, worthy successors of our great scholars.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the event, the speakers answered all the questions of the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n
