An online meeting was held between the International Scientific Research Center of Imam Bukhari and representatives of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies located in Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Shovosil Ziyodov, Director of the International Scientific Research Center of Imam Bukhari, Otabek Muhammadiev, Deputy Director, Barot Amonov, Head of the International Department, an employee responsible for international relations, Dr. Abdullah Humaid, Assistant Secretary-General of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Senior Researcher, Rasha Al-Fawaz, Head of Museum Studies, and Sora Al-Mudayfer, Director of the King Faisal Center for Islamic Studies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sh. Ziyodov provided information on the creation of the International Scientific Research Center of Imam Bukhari, its goals, objectives, and activities. Dr. A. Humaid provided detailed information on the scientific activities of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Center was founded 40 years ago and is now the leading academic, intellectual, and cultural institution in the kingdom. Its main goal is to conduct research in the social and humanitarian fields, create a platform for the exchange of scientific achievements of researchers and research institutes of local, regional, and global significance for intellectual debates and intercultural dialogue. The center has a publishing house, library, as well as archival and museum activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the dialogue, the issue of cooperation between the institutes was discussed. The parties welcomed the development of relations between the two countries, noting that the meeting would have a practical effect on establishing mutually beneficial cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognizing the common goals and objectives of the Centers, the participants noted the need for effective use of opportunities for restoration, archiving of manuscripts, establishment of mutual exchange of experience, and staff qualification improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the dialogue, an agreement was reached on constructive cooperation in the study and systematization of manuscripts and cataloging, publication of books and brochures, as well as the study of Islamic history and culture, life, and scientific heritage of Alloymas.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the online meeting, it was also proposed to sign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two institutes based on expressed opinions, and preliminary discussions of its project were held.<\/span><\/p>\n
