The former President of the Tunisian Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts, Abdulmajid Sharfi Honorary Professor of the University of Tunis visited Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The guest was welcomed by the Deputy Director of the Center, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in History, Otabek Muhammadiev, and the Advisor of the Director, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Bakhtiyor Turaev introduced the Center and the museum.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the visit, a scientific meeting was organized for scientific staff on the topic “The Qur’an – a great intellectual tool of humanity in understanding the world.”<\/span><\/p>\n

A mature specialist in the study of Islamic thought, the author of several books in the “Islam and Modern Times” series, and a member of the editorial board of many international magazines, prof. Abdulmajid Sharfi made a speech on the topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

The speaker listed the important tasks facing the Islamic Ummah today, focusing on the specific aspects of preserving the original state of Islam, the negative consequences of giving the religion a political tone, and the universally recognized principles of the idea of tolerance.<\/span><\/p>\n

As mentioned, man is free and unbound. This is the strict rule of Islam. This religion has been a proponent of peace in all times and places. Anyone who wants to know Islam and understand the truth should turn to the Holy Qur’an. A person who knows the Qur’an has a peaceful attitude towards the environment and the beings who lives with him.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The mature scientist of North Africa also shared interesting information about the issues of religious belief, science, and education in the country of Tunisia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was full of lively question-and-answers.<\/span><\/p>\n
