Yuqorida nomlari keltirilgan tadqiqotchilarning ilmiy tadqiqotlari diqqatga sazovordir. Bugungi kunda ham dunyoning turli davlatlarida faoliyat olib borayotgan olimlar Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniyning ilmiy merosini o\u02bbz sohasi doirasida tadqiq ishlari olib borishmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu buyuk muhaddislarning tasnif qilgan sahih hadislari islom dini ta\u02bclimotida Qur\u02bconi karimdan keyingi muhim asosiy manba hisoblanadi. Binobarin, o\u02bbz mazmun-mohiyati jihatidan bu bebaho yodgorliklar umuminsoniy madaniyatning tarkibiy qismlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bu muhim asarlarda keltirilgan hadisi shariflar insoniyat uchun, jamiyat uchun ulkan ahamiyatga egadir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tilshunos, muhaddis va faqih Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy \u201cShayxul imom\u201d, \u201cImomul lug\u02bba\u201d nomlariga sazovor bo\u02bblgan. 1181 yil 25 iyunda Lahurda tug\u02bbilgan. Asli Quraysh qabilasi Adi ibn Ka\u02bcab qavmiga mansubligi va xalifa Umar roziyallohu anhu naslidanligi uchun allomani Adaviy va Umariy nomlari bilan atashgan [18: 23; 282-283; 63]. Uning to\u02bbliq ismi Abu Hasan ibn Muhammad ibn Hasan ibn Haydar ibn Ali ibn Ismoil Adaviy Umariy Sag\u02bboniy. Allomaning oilasi Sag\u02bboniyon (Chag\u02bboniyon \u2013 Vaxsh va Amudaryoning qirg\u02bbog\u02bbida joylashgan Marvning qadimiy shaharlaridan biri bo\u02bblib, arablar uni \u201cSag\u02bboniyon\u201d deb atagan. Chag\u02bboniyon atrofi tog\u02bb bilan o\u02bbralgan, tabiati chiroyli, xalqaro savdo-sotiq rivojlangan markazlardan bo\u02bblgan.) [14: 53; 155] dan Lahurga, keyinchalik G\u02bbaznaga ko\u02bbchib kelgan. Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy dastlabki ta\u02bclimni otasidan olgan. Fiqh ilmini G\u02bbaznadagi ulamolardan o\u02bbzlashtirgan. O\u02bbn yil Makka, Madina, Yaman, Bag\u02bbdod kabi ilm markazlarida safarda bo\u02bblib, olimlardan saboq olgan [13: 63]. Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy yoshligidan arab tili va adabiyotga ixlosi yuqori bo\u02bblgani uchun grammatika va lug\u02bbat ilmini chuqurroq o\u02bbzlashtirish maqsadida 1208-1209 yillar Dehli, Lahur, Joil (Aligarh) va Hijoz shaharlariga borgan. U Hijozda besh yil yashagan. Makkada Burhoniddin Abufutuh Nasr Husriy, Yamanda Nazzam Muhammad ibn Hasan Marg\u02bbinoniy, Qozi Sa\u02bcdiddin Halaf ibn Muhammad Kardariy, Abu Muhammad ibn Javziydan hadis, fiqh, grammatika va aruz ilmini o\u02bbrgangan [18: 23; 441].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy Hijozdan Adanaga kelib Qozi Abu Is\u02bchoq Ibrohim Qurayziy, Ibn Battol va uning o\u02bbg\u02bbli Sulaymon kabi ustozlardan dars olgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1216 yil Bag\u02bbdodga kelgan va zamondoshi Yoqut Hamaviy bilan ko\u02bbrishgan. Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy Bag\u02bbdodda asosan hadis ilmi bilan shug\u02bbullangan va qisqa fursat (ikki yil) ichida mashhurlikka erishgan. Xalifa Nosiriddinillah 1220 yil uni Dehli podshohi Eltutmish saroyiga elchi sifatida yuborgan [12: 344; 490].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1227 yili Hindistondan qaytish vaqtida Makka shahriga borib, haj amalini ado etib, Bag\u02bbdodga kelgan. Alloma Bag\u02bbdodda ko\u02bbp vaqt qolmaydi va Abbosiylar yangi xalifasi Mustanshir Billahning iltimosiga binoan Eltutmish saroyiga ikkincha marta elchi sifatida yuboriladi. Eltutmish Abulhasan Sag\u02bboniyni iliq kutib oladi. Dehli shohi Eltutmish vafotidan keyin qizi malika Roziya Sulton taxtga o\u02bbtiradi. Xalifa o\u02bbzaro aloqalarni mustahkamlash maqsadida allomani 1236 yili takroran Dehliga elchi qilib yuboradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniy Dehlidan Makkaga va 1240 yili Bag\u02bbdodga qaytib kelgan. U umrining oxiriga qadar shu yerda yashagan va 1252 yil 73 yoshida Bag\u02bbdodda vafot etgan. Allomaning vasiyatiga binoan o\u02bbg\u02bbli, shogirdlari uni Makkaga so\u02bbfiy Fuzayl ibn Iyozning yoniga dafn etishgan [18: 23; 284].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniyning Qozi Sulaymon ibn Hamza, Solih ibn Abdulloh Ko\u02bbfiy ibn Sobah, Hofiz Sharifiddin Dimyatiy, I\u02bcziddin Abufazl ibn Vazir ibn A\u02bclqamiy kabi shogirdlari undan dars olgan va hadis rivoyat qilgan. Allomaning shogirdi Hofiz Domiyatiy: \u201cUstozim solih, rostgo\u02bby, hadis, fiqh va tilshunoslik ilmida imom edi. Abu Hasan Sag\u02bboniydan ko\u02bbp yillar saboq oldim va undan hadis tingladim. Alloma vafot etganida uni al-Haromut tohiriy qabristoniga dafn qildik\u201d, degan [10: 155; 23; 284].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Allomaning lug\u02bbat, arab tili, hadis ilmiga oid asarlari mavjud va ular bugungi kunda dunyo kutubxona fondlarida saqlanmoqda.
