So\u02bbngra, uni hadis o\u02bbrganadigan ko\u02bbplab shogirdlariga o\u02bbqib va rivoyat qilib bergan. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Imom Buxoriyning o\u02bbzidan juda ko\u02bbplab talabalar eshitgan. Bu haqida Imom Buxoriyning eng mashhur shogirdlaridan biri Abu Abdulloh Muhammad ibn Yusuf Firabriy (vaf. 320 h.): \u201cMuhammad ibn Ismoil Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini muallifni o\u02bbzidan to\u02bbqson ming kishi eshitgan\u201d, deb aytadi[1]. Haqiqatda, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining rivoyatlari orasidan Imom Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning rivoyati juda mashhur bo\u02bblib ketgan. Buning sababi, u kishining uzoq umr ko\u02bbrgani va kitobining nusxasi to\u02bbliq bo\u02bblganidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini eshitadigan talabalarning ba\u02bczilari eshitish va og\u02bbzaki naql bilan kifoyalanib qolmasdi. Balki, ustozidan eshitgan hadislarni yozib borardi. Shu bois, ularning qo\u02bblida Imom Buxoriyning huzurida yodlagan og\u02bbzaki nusxalariga muvofiq bo\u02bblgan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari ham paydo bo\u02bblardi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ular Imom Buxoriydan eshitib yozib olgan narsalari bilan kifoyalanib qolmasdi. Balki, ular o\u02bbzlari yozib olgan nusxalarini o\u02bbta diqqat bilan ustozlari Imom Buxoriyning nusxasiga solishtirib ko\u02bbrardi va uchragan xato va kamchiliklarni to\u02bbg\u02bbrilab olardi. Ular: Muhammad ibn Yusuf Firabriy, Ibrohim ibn Ma\u02bcqil Nasafiy, Hammod ibn Shokir Nasafiy, Abu Tolha Mansur ibn Muhammad Pazdaviy va Abu Abdulloh Mahomiliylardir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">So\u02bbngra, ulardan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini eshitgan va ta\u02bclim olgan, son-sanoqsiz talabalar paydo bo\u02bbldi. Ular ham o\u02bbzlarining qo\u02bblidagi nusxalarni o\u02bbzlaridan oldingi talabalarning nusxalariga solishtirib ko\u02bbrardilar. Hatto, nusxalarning ko\u02bbpligi va rivoyatlarning aniq sanad bilan bog\u02bblangani uchun \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Imom Buxoriyga nisbat berish mutavotir darajasiga yetdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining rivoyati va tadvini dastlab yozilgan kunidan boshlab bugungi kunimizgacha insonlarning orasida mutavotir shakl bilan naql qilingan. Ulamolar va oddiy odamlar bu kitobni rivoyat qilish, o\u02bbrganish, ta\u02bclim olish va tushunishga harakat qilishgan. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining asl nusxasidan sodir bo\u02bblgan nusxalardan ko\u02bbchirib yozilgan nusxalarning ko\u02bbpligi buni isbotlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining asl nusxasi Imom Buxoriyning vafotidan keyin shogirdi Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning qo\u02bblida qolgan. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining rivoyati Abu Abdulloh Firabriy orqali mashhur bo\u02bblgan. Abu Abdulloh Firabriydan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini juda ko\u02bbp sonli shogirdlari ta\u02bclim olgan. Ulardan yettitasi yoki to\u02bbqqiztasi mashhur bo\u02bblgan. Abu Abdulloh Firabriydan ta\u02bclim olgan shogirdlari \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining matnini ustozini qo\u02bblidagi asl nusxadan ko\u02bbchirib olganlar. Ular Abu Is\u02bchoq Mustamliy, Abu Muhammad Hammuviy, Abu Haysam Kushmihaniy, Abu Zayd Marvaziy va boshqalar[2]. Birorta tahqiqchi va ahli ilm ular yozgan nusxalarga shak-shubha qilmagan va e\u02bctiroz bildirmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Har qanday aqlli odam bu ummat sanadi muallifiga bog\u02bblanmagan birorta kitobni qabul qilmasligini biladi. Ummatning ijmosi kuchli shar\u02bciy dalillardan hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ibn Rushayd Sabtiy aytadi: \u201cBugun mashriq va mag\u02bbribda \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini eshitishda sanadi Imom Buxoriyga bog\u02bblangan yo\u02bbl Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning yo\u02bblidir. Uning rivoyati komilligi, muallifga yaqinligi va roviylarining mashhurligi uchun insonlar unga suyanadi. Uning qo\u02bblida \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining asl nusxasi bo\u02bblgan va undan Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning shogirdlari ko\u02bbchirib olgan. Bu esa Abu Abdulloh Firabriyni qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlaydigan hujjat va uning to\u02bbg\u02bbriligiga guvohdir. So\u02bbngra, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobi Abu Abdulloh Firabriydan mutavotir yo\u02bbl bilan naql qilingan. Musulmonlar buni mahkam ushlagan va unga ijmo bog\u02bblangan. Natijada hujjat aniq bo\u02bblgan\u201d[3].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imom Buxoriyning mashhur shogirdi Abu Abdulloh Firabriy nusxasining turli xil shaharlarda shogirdlari tomonidan ko\u02bbchirib yozilgan 14 ta nusxasi bor. Bu nusxalar ustozi Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning nusxasiga muvofiqdir. Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning nusxasi esa ustozi Imom Buxoriyning nusxasiga muvofiqdir. Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning shogirdlarini har biridan juda ko\u02bbplab odamlar rivoyat qilgan. Shu darajada ko\u02bbpki, rivoyat qilishda ularning yolg\u02bbonga to\u02bbplanishi va kelishib olishi mumkin emas. Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning o\u02bbzida ham xuddi shunday holat. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining Abu Abdulloh Firabriydan boshqa roviylari haqida ham xuddi shunday o\u02bbylashimiz kerak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Imom Firabriydan juda ko\u02bbplab siqa (ishonchli) roviylar jamoasi rivoyat qilgan. Ularning eng mashhurlari qo\u02bbyidagilar: Abu Is\u02bchoq Ibrohim ibn Ahmad Mustamliy (vaf. 376 h.), Saraxsning xatibi Abdulloh ibn Ahmad Hammuviy (vaf. 381 h.), Abu Haysam Muhammad ibn Makkiy Kushmihaniy (vaf. 389 h.), Abu Ali Muhammad ibn Umar Shabbaviy, Ibn Sakan Said ibn Usmon Bazzoz (vaf. 353 h.), Abu Zayd Muhammad ibn Ahmad Marvaziy (hijriy 301-371 y.) va Abu Ahmad Muhammad ibn Muhammad Jurjoniy (vaf. 373 h.)lardir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Abu Valid Bojiy aytadi: Hofiz Abu Zar Abdurahmon ibn Ahmad Haraviy bizlarga Abu Is\u02bchoq Ibrohim ibn Ahmad Mustamliydan rivoyat qiladi. Abu Is\u02bchoq Mustamliy: \u201cMen \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Muhammad ibn Yusuf Firabriyning huzuridagi asl nusxadan ko\u02bbchirib oldim. Shunda uni hali to\u02bbliq bo\u02bblmaganini ko\u02bbrdim. Kitobda ko\u02bbplab yozilmagan bo\u02bbsh joylar bor edi. Orqasida biror narsa yozilmagan tarjimai hollar va tarjimai hollari yozilmagan hadislar bor edi. Abu Zar Haraviy \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Abu Is\u02bchoq Ibrohim ibn Ahmad Mustamliy, Abu Haysam Muhammad ibn Makkiy Kushmihaniy va Saraxsning xatibi Abdulloh ibn Ahmad Hammuviylardan rivoyat qilgan. Uning rivoyati rivoyatlar orasida eng kuchlirog\u02bbiga aylangan. Bunga Abu Zar Haraviy \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini rivoyat qilgan ustozlarining orasidan Abu Is\u02bchoq Mustamliyning borligi kifoya qiladi. Haqiqatda, Abu Is\u02bchoq Mustamliy \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini o\u02bbzi uchun \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dning asl nusxasidan ko\u02bbchirib olgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining asl nusxasi oradagi muddat uzoq bo\u02bblib ketgani uchun bugungi kunimizgacha yetib kelmagan. Ulamolar o\u02bbzlaridan oldingi ulamolaridan ta\u02bclim olgan ko\u02bbplab kitoblarda, kitobning asl nusxasi bugungi kunimizgacha yetib kelmagan. Bu esa hech narsani o\u02bbzgartirmaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Qadimgi kitoblarning ko\u02bbpida bunga o\u02bbxshash holat mavjud. Ibn Is\u02bchoq (vaf. 151 h.)ning \u201cAs-siyra an-Nabaviya\u201d kitobi va Imom Sibavayh (vaf. 180 h.)ning \u201cNahv\u201d kitobi bunga misol bo\u02bbla oladi. Ko\u02bbp odamlar ulamolar qadimgi kitoblarni bugungi kunimizgacha eshitish va ijoza orqali rivoyat qilganini bilmaydilar. Tolibi ilmlar bu kitoblarni muallifiga bog\u02bblangan sanadlar bilan rivoyat qilganlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Shuningdek, oradagi muddat juda uzoq bo\u02bblgani uchun \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining Imom Buxoriy o\u02bbz qo\u02bbli bilan yozgan asl nusxasini yo\u02bbqligi hech narsani o\u02bbzgartirmaydi. Chunki, u kishining shogirdlari o\u02bbsha asl nusxadan ko\u02bbplab nusxalarni ko\u02bbchirib olganlar. So\u02bbngra, ulardan keyingi shogirdlari ham Imom Buxoriy yozgan asl nusxaga muvofiq bo\u02bblgan ko\u02bbplab nusxalarni ko\u02bbchirib olganlar. Shu sababli, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining nusxalari yer yuziga keng tarqalib ketgan. Chunki, har bir asrda yashagan roviylar \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini yozib olib, uni sahih nusxalari bilan solishtirib ko\u02bbrardilar. So\u02bbngra, ustozlaridan Imom Buxoriyning o\u02bbziga bog\u02bblangan sanad bilan rivoyat qilardilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Shuning uchun \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining Imom Buxoriy o\u02bbz qo\u02bbli bilan yozgan asl nusxasi yo\u02bbqolib ketgan bo\u02bblsa ham, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining hozirgi nusxalari o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotmaydi. Chunki, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobi Imom Buxoriyning shogirdlarini orasida tarqalib ketgan va har birining sanadi Imom Buxoriyga bog\u02bblangan nusxalari ko\u02bbpayib ketgan. Unga bir necha sharhlar yozilgan. Allohning fazli va karami bilan barcha nusxalari bir xil bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Bu sharhlardan va \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining e\u02bctibor qilish lozim bo\u02bblgan nusxalaridan biri Imom Xattobiy (hijriy 319-388 y.)ning \u201cA\u02bclamul hadis\u201d deb nomlangan sharhidir. Bu kitob Imom Buxoriyning zamoniga eng yaqin bo\u02bblgan sharhdir. Bizlar Imom Buxoriyning hijriy 256 yil vafot etganini bilamiz. Demak, Imom Xattobiy \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini o\u02bbzlarining ustozlari orqali Imom Buxoriydan rivoyat qilgan roviylarni ko\u02bbrgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imom Buxoriyning mashhur shogirdi Abu Abdulloh Firabriyning nusxasi mashhur bo\u02bblib, undan naql qilish keng tarqalgan. Faqat shu nusxadan naql qilish bilan cheklanib qolmagan. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobi bundan boshqa yo\u02bbldan ham naql qilingan. Bu Imom Xattobiyning yo\u02bblidir. U o\u02bbzining \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobiga yozilgan \u201cA\u02bclamul hadis\u201d nomli sharhida: \u201cMen kitobning ko\u02bbproq qismini Xolf ibn Muhammad Xiyomdan, u Imom Buxoriyni o\u02bbzidan \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini eshitgan shogirdi Ibrohim ibn Ma\u02bcqil Nasafiy (vaf. 295 h.)dan Firabriyning yo\u02bblidan boshqa yo\u02bbl bilan eshitdim\u201d, degan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobining eng qadimgi qo\u02bblyozmasi hijriy 4 asrlarga borib taqaladi. Ya\u02bcni, Imom Buxoriyning vafotidan bir necha o\u02bbn yillar keyin. Bu Imom Abu Zayd Muhammad ibn Ahmad Marvaziyning nusxasi. U \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini hijriy 318 yil ustozi Abu Abdulloh Firabriydan eshitgan. Abu Abdulloh Firabriy esa \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini hijriy 252 yil Imom Buxoriyning o\u02bbzidan eshitgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Har bir avlod va har bir tabaqaning qo\u02bblida \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini naql qilingan nusxalari bo\u02bblgan. Roviylarning barchasi bu kitobni o\u02bbzlaridan oldingi ustozlaridan, ularning qo\u02bblidagi nusxalarga muvofiq holda rivoyat qilgan. Imom Abu Zar Haraviy (vaf. 434 h.) va Karima Marvaziya (vaf. 463 h.)larning nusxasi sanadi Abu Abdulloh Firabriyga bog\u02bblangan mashhur rivoyatlardan hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobi bizning zamonamizgacha sahih holda yetib kelganiga aqliy dalillardan biri, buzg\u02bbunchi va yolg\u02bbon ahllari \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobiga biror narsani ziyoda qilishdan noumid bo\u02bblganlaridir. Agar \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobi o\u02bbzining muallifiga yolg\u02bbondan nisbat berilganda, albatta, sahih bo\u02bblmagan hadislarni unga kirgizish mumkin bo\u02bblardi. Bunday holat aslo uchramagan. Bu esa \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobini Imom Buxoriyga nisbat berish to\u02bbg\u02bbriligini isbotlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Imom Buxoriy Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallamdan hadis rivoyat qilishda o\u02bbzidan boshqa hadis imomlaridan yolg\u02bbizlanib qolmagan. Imom Buxoriy rivoyat qilgan hadislar o\u02bbnlab Sunan, Mo\u02bbjam, Musnad kitoblarida va hadis juzlarining ichida bor. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi har bir hadisning turli xil hadis kitoblarida o\u02bbnlab rivoyatlari bor. Bu esa \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi hadislar haqida shak-shubha qiluvchi kishining shak-shubhasini ketkazadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Muhammad Fuad Abdulboqi o\u02bbzining \u201cAl-lu\u02bclu\u02bc val-marjon fiy-ma ittafaqo \u02bcalayhi ash-Shayxon\u201d nomli kitobida shunday degan: \u201cImom Muslim \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobida rivoyat qilingan 1906 ta hadisda Imom Buxoriy bilan ittifoq bo\u02bblgan\u201d. Har bir odam Musnad, Jomi\u02bc, Sunan va boshqa hadis kitoblarini ko\u02bbradigan bo\u02bblsa, u yerda \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobida kelgan ko\u02bbplab hadislarni ko\u02bbradi. \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi hadislar bulardan boshqa hadis kitoblarida ham uchraydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi hadislarni \u201cMustaxraj\u201d nomli boshqa hadis kitoblarida ham topamiz. Imom Buxoriy rivoyat qilgan hadislar \u201cMustaxraj\u201d nomli kitoblarda Imom Buxoriyning nomi zikr qilinmagan sanadlar bilan keltirilgan. Bu hadislar Imom Buxoriyning ustozlaridan yoki ustozlarining ustozlaridan rivoyat qilingan. Bu esa Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201d kitobidagi hadislarni qo\u02bbllab-quvvatlaydi.
