Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center under the Cabinet of Ministers has held a spiritual and educational event in cooperation with the Samarkand State Medical University on the theme “The Role Of The Scientific Heritage Of Ibn Sina (Avicenna) In Modern Medicine” based on the idea of “Against Ignorance – Enlightenment”.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The scientific staff of the Center, university management, professors and teachers, tutors, and students took part in that event.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Tangirov, vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs of Samarkand State Medical University, emphasized that the cooperation between the Center and the university has been going on for many years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Jonibek Jumaev, a researcher at the center, made a speech about studying the life and scientific and spiritual heritage of our ancestor Abu Ali Ibn Sina, and the invaluable contribution of thinkers and scholars from our country to the development of world civilization and science.<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Sirojiddin Abduvoitov, a researcher of the Center, while showing the example of Ibn Sina to the youth, told about the important aspects of our grandfather’s life, scientific and philosophical heritage. He also noted the great contribution of Ibn Sina to the development of Islamic knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In addition, he recognized the work being done in our country to educate the young generation in the spirit of interreligious tolerance, mutual respect, appreciation, and strengthening of peaceful life.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The participants of the event were informed about the book “Commentary of the Sahih Bukhari” published by the Center, the 30th volume of Imam Moturidi’s “Ta’wilot al-Qur’an”, the works of Abd ibn Humayd Keshii, “Musnadi Keshii” and popular pamphlets about “Our Great Scholars” and “10 Truths” posters. was introduced.<\/span><\/p>\n

    At the end of the event, the speakers answered the questions of the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n
