Ko\u02bbrsatkich barmoq arab tilida \u201csabboba\u201d deyiladi. Mazkur ishora ushbu barmoq bilan bajarilgani uchun \u201cishorai sabboba\u201d deb nomlangan. Bu kalima nafiy va isbotni o\u02bbz ichiga olgan bo\u02bblib, ishora ham shu ikkisini o\u02bbz ichiga olishi kerak. Uning ko\u02bbrinishi barmoqlardan o\u02bbrta, jimjiloq va nomsiz barmoqni bukib, bosh barmoqning boshini o\u02bbrta barmoqning chetiga qo\u02bbyiladi va ko\u02bbrsatkich barmoq bilan tashahhuddagi \u201cLa ilaha\u201d jumlasini aytganda ko\u02bbtarib, \u201cIllalloh\u201dda tushiriladi. Ya\u02bcni, \u201ciloh yo\u02bbq\u201d degan jumlalarni talaffuz qilish asnosida ishora qilib, \u201cFaqatgina yolg\u02bbiz Alloh bor\u201d jumlasini talaffuz qilishda ko\u02bbrsatkich barmoq tushirilgan bo\u02bbladi va bu bilan so\u02bbz bilan fe\u02bclni o\u02bbrtasi bir-biriga muvofiq bo\u02bblishi ta\u02bcminlangan hisoblanadi. Ibn Raslon aytishicha, bu bilan Allohning yakkayu yagonaligi banda e\u02bctiqodida, so\u02bbzida, harakatida jamlanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ishorai sabboba namozdagi sunnat amallardan ekaniga hanafiylarning aksar ulamolari, shuningdek, molikiy, shofi\u02bciy, hanbaliy mazhablarining ulamolari ittifoq qilishgan. Ba\u02bczi hanafiy ulamolar esa ishorai sabbobani makruh deganlar. Bu masalada hanafiy mazhabidagi keyingi ulamolarimiz \u201cHar kimning ustozi ishorai sabbobani qilishni o\u02bbrgatgan bo\u02bblsa, qilsin, aks holda uni qilmasin. Muhimi ixtilofga sabab bo\u02bblmasin\u201d, deb tavsiya qilganlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Har narsada ixtilof chiqarishni o\u02bbzlariga odat qilib olgan soxta salafiylar ushbu masalada ham jumhurga xilof qilishgan. Ular namozda ishorai sabboba qilganda barmoqlarini tinimsiz qimirlatishlari ko\u02bbzga tashlanadi. Hatto bu bilan yon-atroflaridagi namozxonlarning ham xushusiga salbiy ta\u02bcsir qiladilar. Salafiylarning ko\u02bbzga ko\u02bbringan olimlaridan biri Muhammad Nosiriddin Alboniy o\u02bbzining \u201cNabiy sallallohu alayhi vasallamning namozlarining sifati\u201d nomli risolasida ishorai sabbobada barmoqni qimirlatishga targ\u02bbib qilib, shunday degan: \u201cTashahhudda salom berilgungacha doimiy ravishda ishora qilib, barmoqni qimirlatish sunnatdir. Chunki duo salomgacha (yoki tashuhhudning oxirigacha) qilinadi. Bu Imom Molik va boshqalarning mazhabi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Soxta salafiylarning yana bir taniqli olimi Ibn Usaymiyn o\u02bbzining \u201cSharhul-mumti\u02bc\u201d nomli kitobi (3-juz, 202-bet)da tashahhudda ishora barmog\u02bbini qimirlatib turish haqida \u201cHar duo qilgan paytingda, duo qilinmish Zotning oliyligiga ishora o\u02bblaroq, barmog\u02bbingni qimirlatasan. Biz ham shunday qilishni ma\u02bcqul ish deb bilamiz\u201d, degan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ular o\u02bbzlarining da\u02bcvolariga quyidagi yagona rivoyatni dalil qilib keltiradilar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u0639\u0646<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0648\u0627\u0626\u0644<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0628\u0646<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u062d\u062c\u0631<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0642\u0627\u0644<\/strong><strong>\u00a0:\u00a0\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u062b\u0645<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0631\u0641\u0639<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0625\u0635\u0628\u0639\u0647<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0641\u0631\u0623\u064a\u062a\u0647<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u064a\u062d\u0631\u0643\u0647\u0627<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u064a\u062f\u0639\u0648<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0628\u0647\u0627<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u0631\u0648\u0627\u0647<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0623\u062d\u0645\u062f<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0648\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0633\u0627\u0626\u064a<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Voil ibn Hujr raziyallohu anhu: \u201c\u2026 Barmoqlarini ko\u02bbtarib uni harakatlantirar, u bilan duo qilardilar\u201d, deganlar (Imom Ahmad va Imom Nasaiy rivoyat qilgan).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Salafiylar o\u02bbzlarining da\u02bcvolariga ushbu hadisdan boshqa sahih hadis yo\u02bbq. Mazkur hadis sanad jihatdan sahih bo\u02bblsada jumhur ulamolar tomonidan uni qabul qilinmasligiga bir qancha asoslar bor. Buni quyida batafsil o\u02bbrganib chiqamiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Aslida esa, Rasululloh sallallohu alayhi vasallam ishorai sabboba qilganlarida ko\u02bbrsatgich barmoqlari bilan ishora qilar va uni harakatlantirmas edilar. Bunga quyidagi hadis dalil bo\u02bbladi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u0639\u064e\u0646\u0652<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0639\u064e\u0628\u0652\u062f\u0650<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u0650<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0628\u0652\u0646\u0650<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0627\u0644\u0632\u0651\u064f\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u0650<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0628\u0650\u0649\u0651\u064e<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u064a\u064f\u0634\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064f<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0628\u0650\u0623\u064f\u0635\u0652\u0628\u064f\u0639\u0650\u0647\u0650<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u062f\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0627<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u0648\u064e\u0644\u0627\u064e<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u064a\u064f\u062d\u064e\u0631\u0651\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0647\u064e\u0627<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulloh ibn Zubayr raziyallohu anhumodan rivoyat qilinadi:\u00a0<strong>\u201cNabiy sallallohu alayhi vasallam (tashahhudda) duo qilsalar (ko\u02bbrsatgich) barmoqlari bilan ishora qilar va uni harakatlantirmas edilar\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(Imom Nasaiy va Imom Abu Dovud rivoyati).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ushbu hadisning sanadini Imom Navaviy sahih deganlar. Mulla Ali Qori rahimahulloh mazkur hadis sharhida shunday deydilar: \u201cHadisdagi \u201cduo qilsalar\u201ddan murod tashahhud duosini o\u02bbqisalar, deganidir. Chunki tashahhud o\u02bbz ichiga duoni ham qamrab olgani sababli, uni duo deyish mumkin\u201d (\u201cMirqotul mafotiyh\u201d kitobi, 3-juz, 454-bet).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu hadisi sharif barmoqni faqatgina bir marta ko\u02bbtarib, ishorada barmoqni qimirlatmaslik kerakligiga ochiq oydin dalolat qilmoqda. Qolaversa, namozda barmoqni qimirlatish behuda ish bo\u02bblib, namozda behuda ish qilish makruhdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Salafiylar dalil qilgan hadis \u2013 shoz hadisdir<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cShoz\u201d so\u02bbzi lug\u02bbatda \u201codatdan tashqari\u201d ma\u02bcnosini anglatadi. Muhaddislar istilohida \u201cshoz hadis\u201d deganda \u2013 rivoyati maqbul bo\u02bblgan roviy o\u02bbzidan ko\u02bbra maqbulroq bo\u02bblgan roviyga muxolif (qarshi) tarzda rivoyat qilgan\u00a0hadis tushuniladi. Boshqacha qilib aytganda, xotirasi va eslab qolishi mustahkam bo\u02bblgan roviylarning rivoyatiga tamoman zid bo\u02bblgan boshqa bir yolg\u02bbiz rivoyatdir. Muhaddis ulamolarga ko\u02bbra shoz hadis rad qilingan, unga amal qilinmaydigan hadislar qatorida sanaladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Biz o\u02bbrganayotgan tashahhudda ishora barmog\u02bbini qimirlatish hadisi ham ana shunday shoz hadislardan sanaladi. Chunki Payg\u02bbambarimiz alayhissalom ishorai sabboba qilganlari haqida yigirmadan ortiq sahobadan hadis rivoyat qilingan bo\u02bblsa, Voil ibn Hujr raziyallohu anhudan boshqa birorta sahoba ko\u02bbrsatkich barmog\u02bbini qimirlatish haqida biror og\u02bbiz aytilmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Voil ibn Hujr raziyallohu anhuning rivoyati shoz ekanini birinchilardan bo\u02bblib mashhur muhaddis olim, Imom Buxoriyning shogirdlaridan biri Imom Ibn Xuzayma (hij. 311 yilda v.e.) rahmatullohi alayh aytib o\u02bbtganlar. U zot\u00a0 o\u02bbzlarining sahih to\u02bbplamlarida salafiylar o\u02bbzlariga hujjat qilayotgan Voil ibn Hujr raziyallohu anhuning mazkur hadislarini keltirib, shunday deydilar: \u201cVoil ibn Hujrning shu rivoyatidan boshqa birorta rivoyatda ham\u00a0<strong>\u201cbarmoqlarini harakatlantirar edilar\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0jumlasi yo\u02bbq. Ushbu qo\u02bbshimcha (roviylardan biri) Zoid ibn Qudoma tomonidan qo\u02bbshib, zikr qilingan\u201d (\u201cSahih ibn Xuzayma\u201d 1-juz, 354-beti).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Aksincha, Abdulloh ibn Zabayr raziyalloh anhudan naql qilingan sahih hadisda Nabiy alayhissalom tashahhudda barmoqlarini qimirlatmaganlari ochiq oydin aytilgan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0628\u0652\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0651\u064f\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u0650 : \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0635\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0647\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0633\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u064a\u064f\u0634\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0627\u0644\u0633\u0651\u064e\u0628\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0628\u064e\u0629\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u062d\u064e\u0631\u0651\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0647\u064e\u0627\u00a0(\u0623\u064e\u062e\u0652\u0631\u064e\u062c\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0648 \u062f\u064e\u0627\u0648\u064f\u062f \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0633\u064e\u0627\u0626\u0650\u064a\u0651\u064f \u0648\u0623\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u064e\u062f\u064f).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibn Zubayr raziyallohu anhudan rivoyat qilinadi: \u201cNabiy sallallohu alayhi vasallam sabboba barmoqlari bilan ishora qilar va uni qimirlatmas edilar\u201d (Imom Abu Dovud, Imom Nasaiy va Imom Ahmad rivoyat qilishgan).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shunisi qiziqki, ishorai sabbobada ko\u02bbrsatkich barmoqni qimirlatish borasidagi hadisning shoz rivoyat ekanini salafiylarning olimlaridan biri, Yamanlik Shayx Muqbil ibn Hodiy al-Vadoiy ham tan olgan. Ammo barmoqni qimirlatish (hadis roviysi) Zoid ibn Qudoma tomonidan yolg\u02bbiz rivoyat qilingandir. U bu bilan hadisni o\u02bbn to\u02bbrtta roviyga zid ravishda rivoyat qilgan. \u2026 Ularning barchasi Osim ibn Kulaybdan ushbu hadisni rivoyat qilishgan bo\u02bblib, tashahhudda barmoqni qimirlatishni zikr qilishmagan. Sahobalardan Abdulloh ibn Zubayr, Abdulloh ibn Umar, Abu Humayd as-Soidiy, Abu Hurayra, Sa\u02bcd ibn Abi Vaqqos, Ibn Abbos, Xufof ibn Aymo\u02bclar ishorai sabboba haqida hadis rivoyat qilishgan bo\u02bblsa, ularning birortasi barmoqni qimirlatish haqida biror narsa zikr qilishmagan. Demak, bundan ma\u02bclum bo\u02bbladiki, Zoida ibn Qudomaning rivoyati shozdir\u201d (2-juz, 121-bet).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demak, soddaroq qilib aytganda sahoba Voil ibn Hujr raziyallohu anhuning hadislarini Osim ibn Kulayb ismli kishi otasidan rivoyat qilgan. Osim ibn Kulaybdan esa o\u02bbn besh kishi o\u02bbsha hadisni eshitib o\u02bbzlaridan keyingilarga rivoyat qilishgan. Mana shu Nabiy sallallohu alayhi vasallamdan sahih hadislar ila sobit bo\u02bblgani sababli mazhabimizdagi keyingi ulamolarning suyangan gaplaridir. Atabiyya<\/span><a name=\"_ftnref3\"><\/a><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/old.muslim.uz\/index.php\/jaholatga-qarshi-marifat\/maqola\/item\/34832-ishorai-sabbobada-k-rsatkich-barmo-ni-imirlatish#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>ning (Imom Molikdan barmoqni qimirlatish haqidagi) rivoyatiga e\u02bctibor bermanglar. Chunki u balodir! \u201cBarmoq qimirlatilishi shayton uchun kaltakdir\u201d deydiganlardan ajablanaman. Lekin bu gap ham molikiy mazhabi muhaqqiq ulamolari tomonidan rad etilganini Abu Bakr Ibul Arabiy r.a.ning so\u02bbzlaridan bilib olish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Shofeiy mazhabi<\/strong>\u00a0ulamolari \u201cillalloh\u201d deganda ko\u02bbrsatgich barmog\u02bbini ko\u02bbtarib qo\u02bbyadi va tashahhud oxirigacha shu ko\u02bbrinishda barmog\u02bbini qimirlatmasdan turadi, deyishgan. Shofeiy mazhabining zabardast olimi Imom Navaviy \u201cAl-Majmu\u02bc\u201dda shunday deydilar: \u201cNamozxon tashahhudda \u201cla ilaha illallohu\u201dga kelganda barmog\u02bbini ko\u02bbtaradi. Imom Shofeiy bu borada vorid bo\u02bblgan hadislarga asoslanib ishora qilishni mustahab sanaganlar. Soxta salafiylar esa ko\u02bbplab masalalar qatori ushbu masalada ham to\u02bbrtala mazhabga xilof yo\u02bbl tutib, hozirgacha hech kim aytmagan gapni, \u201cishorai sabbobada barmoqni qimirlatish sunnat\u201d degan gapni aytib, har joyda jar solib yuribdilar.
