Taqvodor, qoziyul quzzot, shayxulislom Badriddin Abu Muhammad Mahmud ibn Ahmad ibn Muso ibn Ahmad ibn Husayn ibn Yusuf ibn Mahmud Halabiy asli Aynatobiyda<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25883#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u00a0762 hijriy sana ramazon oyining 17 kunida<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25883#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u00a0tavallud topgan va o\u02bbsha yerda ulg\u02bbaygan. So\u02bbng Qohiraga ko\u02bbchib borgan va shu shaharda vafot etgan. Al-Badr Al-Ayniy nomi bilan tanilgan. Naqliy va aqliy bilimlarda o\u02bbz asrining peshvosi, furu\u02bc va usul masalalarida zamonasining yagonasi bo\u02bblgan. Ilmiy bahslarda afzal tomonlari bilan buyuk olimlar orasida ajralib turgan. Hadis, fiqh, tarix, arab grammatikasi va boshqa mavzularga oid kitoblari bilan bu olamning ilm xazinasini to\u02bbldirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma yaqin do\u02bbsti Ibn Hajarning vafotidan uch yil o\u02bbtib, 855 hijriy sana zulhijja oyining to\u02bbrtinchi kuni, chorshanba kechasi 93 yoshida vafot etgan. Tongda Qohiradagi \u201cJomeul Azhar\u201d masjidida janozasi o\u02bbqilganidan so\u02bbng o\u02bbzi dars bergan madrasa hovlisiga dafn etilgan. Shubhasiz, kitoblarining eng sarasi \u201cUmdatul\u00a0<strong>q<\/strong>oriy fi sharhil Jomiis sahih lil Buxoriy\u201ddir. 21 jilddan iborat bu asar \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dga yozilgan eng keng, mukammal sharh sanaladi. Badriddin Ayniy uni 821 yilda boshlab, 847 yili, ya\u02bcni 26 yil deganda tamomlagan. Ibn Hajar va uning shogirdlari bu asar dunyo yuzini ko\u02bbrganda sarosimaga tushib qoldi<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25883#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma Ibn Haldun bunday degan edi: \u201cAlbatta, \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dga sharh yozish ummat zimmasidagi qarzdir, lekin uni ado etish hech bir olimga nasib etmadi\u201d. Alloma Ibn Hajar va Badriddin Ayniyning sharhlari bitgunga qadar yashaganida, shubhasiz, ularni qarzning ado etilishi, deb hukm qilgan bo\u02bblardi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cKashfuz zunun\u201d muallifi Hoji Xalifa Badriddin Ayniy va Ibn Hajarning sharhlarini darajada teng deb hukm qilgan bo\u02bblsa, Imom Sahoviy bu borada ustoziga (Ibn Hajarga) yon bosgan. Ammo ravshani shuki, insof nazari bilan qaragan olimlar nazdida bu borada Badriddin Ayniyning nasibasi ko\u02bbproq.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ilm Alloh taoloning bandalariga bergan eng ulug\u02bb, fazilat jihatidan cheki yo\u02bbq ne\u02bcmatlaridan bo\u02bblib, Badriddin Ayniyning sharhi buning go\u02bbzal, ulkan namunasidir. Muallifni ushbu sharhni yozishga undagan sabablar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Badridin Ayniy aytadi: \u201cAlloh menga bergan fazilatni berkitmasdan oshkor qilish va ato etilgan ilm ne\u02bcmatining ziyoda bo\u02bblishi uchun bu sharh yozildi. Chunki Alloh taolo Qur\u02bconi karimda bunday marhamat qiladi: \u201c<strong>Agar (<\/strong>bergan ne\u02bcmatlarimga<strong>) shukr qilsangiz, shubhasiz, (<\/strong>bu ne\u02bcmatlarimni<strong>) sizlar uchun (<\/strong>yanada<strong>) ziyoda qilaman\u201d<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25883#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0Shukrning belgisi ilmni oshkor qilishda, deb bildim\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alloma bunday deydi: \u201cBu sharh yozilishining eng asosiy omillaridan biri do\u02bbstlarimning ko\u02bbpdan-ko\u02bbp duolaridir. Ushbu kitobning sanadi Imom Buxoriy rahmatullohi alayhga ikki yo\u02bbl bilan \u2013 ikki buyuk muhaddis olim orqali yetib boradi\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Badriddin Ayniy ishora qilgan bu ikki olimning biri shayxulislom, Misr va Shom hofizi Zayniddin Abdurahim ibn Abu Mahosin Iroqiydir (vaf. 860 y). Ibn Abu Mahosin Imom Buxoriyning to\u02bbplamini Abu Abbos Ahmad ibn Ali ibn Yusuf Damashqiydan, u esa Abu Amr Usmon ibn Abdurahmon ibn Roshiq Rubaiydan rivoyat qilgan. Shu taxlit bir necha roviy orqali rivoyatlar sanadi Imom Buxoriyga yetib boradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ikkinchi olim \u2013 shayx, muhaddisul kabiyr Taqiyuddin Muhammad ibn Muiniddin Muhammad ibn Zayniddin Abdurahmon ibn Haydar ibn Zayniddin Dujaviy Misriy. U \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dni ibn Taqiy Molikiy nomi bilan mashhur bo\u02bblgan shayxulimom Qoziy Shahobiddin Ahmad ibn Muhammaddan, u esa Zayniddin Abu Qosim Abdurahmon ibn shayx Abu Hasan Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Horun Sa\u02bclabiydan rivoyat qilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Badriddin Ayniy kamtarlik bilan inson xatolardan xoli emas, deydi va asarlarini o\u02bbqigan tolibi ilmlardan avvaldan uzr so\u02bbrab, bir bayt keltiradi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Agar aybni topsangiz nuqsonini berkiting,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>Zero, aybsiz faqat ulug\u02bb va oliy bo\u02bblgan Zotdir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u201cUmdatul qoriy\u201d asari ulomalar nazdida<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Abu Maoliy muallif haqida bunday deydi: \u201cBadriddin Ayniy ulamolar peshqadami, quvvayi hofizasi noyob, mukammal ilm egallagan, o\u02bbz asrining shayxlaridan, zamonasining muhaddisi, haqqa qarshi chiquvchilarga qarshi Alloh taoloning hujjati, bid\u02bcatchilar zarariga Rabbimizning buyuk dalili edi. Hazrat Imom Buxoriyning \u201cSahih\u201dini shu darajada sharhladiki, biror sharh noziklik, uslubining chiroyliligi va foydasi jihatidan bu asarga teng kelmaydi<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25883#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriy xalqaro ilmiy-tadqiqot markazining Manbalar xazinasida \u201cUmdatul qoriy\u201dning toshbosma nusxasi saqlanmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Endi mazkur sharhning o\u02bbziga xos jihatlarini ochib berishga harakat qilamiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Asarning asosiy g\u02bboyasi umumbashariy odob-axloqni go\u02bbzal tarzda namoyon etish, to\u02bbrt mazhabga taalluqli, xususan, hanafiy yo\u02bbnalishidagi masalalarni aniq hujjat va dalillar bilan ravshanlashtirib berishdan iboratdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Toshbosma nusxaga kelsak, uning birinchi jildi \u2013 muqaddima. Ikkinchi juzda umumbashariy axloq-odob bayon etilgan, to\u02bbrt mazhabga tegishli masalalar nass (<em>hujjat, aniq dalil<\/em>) bilan oydinlashtirilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">804 sahifadan iborat 20&#215;28 o\u02bblchamli ushbu nusxa 847 hijriy sanada Misrdagi \u201cOmiriy\u201d nashriyotida bosmadan chiqqan. U kitoblarga, kitoblar boblarga ajratilgan. Boblarda hadislar asl matndagi tartib bilan ketma-ketlikda sharhlangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muallif kitobni yozishda o\u02bbziga xos uslub qo\u02bbllagani bois o\u02bbquvchi matn va sharhni hech adashmasdan, bir qarashda farqlay olgan. Asosiy matn \u201cSod\u201d (\u0635) harfi bilan keltirilgan bo\u02bblsa, sharh \u201cShin\u201d (\u0634) bilan bayon etilgan. Kitobning qattiq muqovasidan keyin ikki varaq bo\u02bbsh. Bu o\u02bbziga xos muhofaza uslublaridan. Uchinchi varaqning ikkinchi betida mundarija keladi. U \u201cG\u02bbusl\u201d kitobidan boshlanib, 19-betda \u201cTungi namoz\u201d bobi bilan tugaydi. 19-betda shu juzda kelgan ismlar, kunyalar, lafzlar arab alifbosiga ko\u02bbra tartiblangan. Bu Ibn Asir o\u02bbz kitoblarida sahobalarning ismlarini tartib bilan keltirganiga o\u02bbxshaydi. Shuningdek, qaysi sharh qaysi sahifada kelganini bildirish uchun o\u02bbsha sahifaning raqami, agar ikki bor kelgan bo\u02bblsa, ikki betning raqami keltirilgan. Ushbu nusxa uchinchi betdan, aytilganidek, \u201cG\u02bbusldan oldin tahorat olish bobi\u201d bilan boshlangan. Bu bobda Imom Buxoriy ikkita hadis rivoyat qilgan. Asardagi tartib bo\u02bbyicha keltirilgan hadislar raqami \u2013 248, 249. Jildning so\u02bbnggidagi \u201cTunda namoz o\u02bbqish\u201d bobida ham ikkita hadis bor. Matn bo\u02bbyicha tartib raqamlari \u2013 730, 731. Demak, \u201cUmdatul qoriy\u201dning ikkinchi juzida jami 483 hadis sharhlangan. Shu bilan birga, bitta hadisni necha kishi rivoyat qilgan bo\u02bblsa, barchasi nomma-nom sanab o\u02bbtilgan. Hadislar sonining sahifalarga nisbati 1,66 foizni tashkil qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Badriddin Ayniy hanafiy olim sifatida to\u02bbrt mazhab orasidagi masalalarni ham yoritib o\u02bbtgan. Shunday masalalardan biri \u2013 \u201cQuyosh botishidan oldin asr namozining bir rakaatiga ulgurgan kishi haqida\u201dgi bobning birinchi hadisini olib ko\u02bbramiz. Matn: Abu Hurayra roziyallohu anhu aytadi: Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallam:\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cSizdan biringiz asr namozining sajdasiga quyosh botishidan oldin ulgursa, namozining qolganini o\u02bbqib tugatsin va kimki bobdod namozidan bir sajdaga quyosh chiqishidan oldin ulgursa, namozini o\u02bbqib tugatsin\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Bu o\u02bbrinda sajdadan murod rakatdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demak, asr namozining bir rakatiga ulgurgan kishi namozini o\u02bbqib tugatib qo\u02bbyadi. Hadis u namoz bo\u02bblishidan dalolat bermoqda. Xuddi shunday, quyosh chiqquncha bomdod namozining bir rakatini o\u02bbqishga ulgursa, u holda ham o\u02bbqib tugatib qo\u02bbyadi. Bu ham namoz bo\u02bbladi. Mazkur hadisi sharifdan olingan aniq va ravshan dalil shudir. Endi tafsilotga keladigan bo\u02bblsak, asr namozi masalasi to\u02bbrt mazhab olimlari tomonidan ittifoq qilingan, ammo bomdod xususida Imom Shofeiy, Imom Molik va Imom Ahmad nazdida shunday, ya\u02bcni matnda kelgan fiqhiy hukm singaridir. Ammo Abu Hanifa mazhabida bomdod namozi quyosh chiqishi bilan botil bo\u02bbladi. Chunki bomdod namozidagi alohida e\u02bctibor berish lozim bo\u02bblgan fiqhiy masala Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallam quyosh chiqayotganda namoz o\u02bbqishdan qaytarganlaridir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muallif aytadi: \u201cPayg\u02bbambarimiz sollallohu alayhi vasallam quyosh chiqayotganda namoz o\u02bbqishdan qaytarganlari haqida mutavotir hadislar bisyor, lekin ayni shu vaqtda namoz o\u02bbqish mubohligi (<em>ruxsat etilgani<\/em>) to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi hadislar sahih bo\u02bblsa-da, ular mutavotir emas. Bundan kelib chiqadiki, bir o\u02bbrinda qaytarilgan va muboh hukmlar bir-biriga muqobil kelsa va qaytarilgan hukm ko\u02bbpdan-ko\u02bbp mutavotir hadislarda rivoyat qilingan bo\u02bblsa, mubohligi mutavotir bo\u02bblmagan hukm mansuhga (<em>hukmi to\u02bbxtagan<\/em>,\u00a0<em>bekor qilinganga<\/em>) aylanadi. Abu Hanifa hujjat qilib keltirgan hadislardan biri Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallamning vaqti o\u02bbtib ketgan bomdod namozini quyosh nayza bo\u02bbyi ko\u02bbtarilgan paytga qadar kechiktirganlari va quyosh ko\u02bbtarilishidan oldin u namozni o\u02bbqimaganlaridir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shunday qilib, ushbu hadisi muborak umumiy holda farz, nafl va xos nafl namozlariga oid dalildir. Hadis \u201cSizdan biringiz\u201d deya yakka shaxsga murojaat sifatida aytilgan. Hanafiylar uchun dalil bo\u02bblgan hadisi sharif esa ommaga (<em>ellik kishidan ziyod kishiga<\/em>), sahobalarga qarata aytilyapti. Shaxs jamiyatning boshqa a\u02bczolari bilan bahamjihat yashashiga ko\u02bbmaklashgan va ko\u02bbmaklashmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xususan, \u201cUmdatul qoriy\u201dning \u201cKitobul mazolim\u201d bobida hozirgi paytda islom dinini niqob qilib, ekstremistik, terroristik guruhlarga qo\u02bbshilib olgan, jamiyatimiz taraqqiyoti va xalqimizning tinch-osuda hayotiga tahdid solayotgan, adashib mutaassib bo\u02bblib qolganlarning tutgan yo\u02bbli noto\u02bbg\u02bbri ekaniga doir ko\u02bbplab hadislar bayon qilingani va sharhlanganini ko\u02bbrish mumkin. Masalan,\u00a0<strong>\u201cMusulmon kishi musulmon kishining og\u02bba-inisidir, unga zulm qilmaydi\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0hadisining sharhida Badriddin Ayniy bunday deydi: \u201cMusulmonning musulmonga zulm qilishi haromdir. U jamiyat a\u02bczolarini eng yuksak insoniy fazilatlar egasi qilib tarbiyalaydi, insonparvarlik, xalqparvarlik, adolat, halollik, boshqa dinlarga ehtirom, olijanoblik, odob-axloqni targ\u02bbib etadi.
