Yurtimiz allomalari jahon tamadduniga beqiyos hissa qo\u02bbshganini butun dunyo tan olmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Movarounnahr faqihlarning aksariyati Buxoro va Samarqand shaharlarida to\u02bbplangan edi. Lekin, ularning safi turli viloyatlardan kelgan yangi kuchlar hisobiga to\u02bblib borgan. Nasaf shahri o\u02bbzining faqihlari bilan ko\u02bbproq shuhrat topgan. Najmiddin Abu Hafs Nasafiy, Burhon Nasafiy, Qozi Abu Ali Nasafiy, Abul Barakot Nasafiy kabi yetuk faqihlar\u00a0 Movarounnahrda fiqh ilmini rivojlanishida xizmatlari beqiyosdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Najmiddin Abu Hafs Umar ibn Muhammad Nasafiy (461-537 h.) hanafiy mazhabining yirik namoyondalaridan biri, fiqh, usulul-fiqh, tafsir, hadis, kalom, arab tili va adabiyoti bo\u02bbyicha salohiyatli va iqtidorli olim edi. U fiqh ilmini mashhur hanafiy faqih hisoblangan Abul-Yusr \u00a0\u00a0Muhammad ibn Muhammad Pazdaviydan (v.493\/1099-1100 y.) olgan. Unda XI asrgacha yashagan Samarqandlik muhaddislar haqida qimmatli ma\u02bclumotlar berilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nasaflik yana bir faqih Muhammad ibn Muhammad Abdul-Fazl Nasafiy atoqli imom, yuksak fazilatlar egasi, tafsir, hadis usul va kalom ilmlari sohasidagi yirik olim edi. Uning \u201cMuqaddima\u201d asari xilof ilmi bo\u02bbyicha yozilgan mashhur asarlardan sanaladi. Shuningdek, Laknaviyning ta\u02bckidlashicha aqoid bo\u02bbyicha Umar Nasafiyning kitobini uning qalamiga mansub. U hijriy 600 yilda vafot etgan. Olim juda ko\u02bbp shogirdlar chiqargan hamda undan ko\u02bbp kishilar rivoyat qilgan. 424 hijriyda Buxoroda vafot etib, Kalaboz qabristonida dafn etilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Samarqandda \u201cqoziul-quzzot\u201d, \u201cxojalar xojasi\u201d, \u201cMovarounnahr shayxi\u201d nomlari bilan mashhur bo\u02bblgan Abul-Yusr Qoziy Sadr Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Husayn ibn Abdulkarim ibn Muso ibn Mujohid Pazdaviy Nasafiy (421-493\/1030-1100) Movarounnahrning yirik faqihlaridandir. Abul-Yusr Samarqandda hanafiy fiqhining rivojlanishida katta xizmat qilgan. Ko\u02bbplab asarlar mualliflarining bergan ma\u02bclumotlariga qaraganda Abul-Yusr ko\u02bbp qirrali olim bo\u02bblgan. U fanning anchagina sohalarida faoliyat olib borgan. Fiqh ilmining keng aql-zakovat, zukkolik talab etuvchi usul va furu\u02bc sohalarida ilmiy izlanishlar olib borgan. Buni Bag\u02bbdodiy bergan ma\u02bclumotga ko\u02bbra, uning fiqhga oid \u201cKengaytirilgan\u201d (Al-Mabsut) va \u201cVoqealar\u201d asarlaridan ko\u02bbrish mumkin. Bu har ikki asar ham furu\u02bc sohasida yozilgan bo\u02bblib, asosan o\u02bbsha davrda mavjud bo\u02bblgan fiqhiy muammolarni o\u02bbz ichiga olgan. Chunki bu asarlarning tarkibiy mazmuni manbalardan ma\u02bclum bo\u02bblsa-da, har ikkisi ham, afsuski, bizgacha yetib kelmagan. Shuningdek uning yana bir \u201cQorilar tomonidan yo\u02bbl qo\u02bbyiladigan xatolar\u201d (Zillatul-qori) nomli Qur\u02bconni to\u02bbg\u02bbri o\u02bbqish qoidalariga doir asari ham mavjudligi haqida manbalarda ma\u02bclumotlar mavjud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abul-Yusr mashhur Pazdaviylar sulolasiga mansub bo\u02bblib, Abu Muhammad Abdulkarim ibn Muso Pazdaviyning (vaf 390\/999 y.) avlodlaridandir. Shunga ko\u02bbra Samarqandiy Abul-Yusrdan fiqhning\u00a0<em>furu\u02bc<\/em>\u00a0va\u00a0<em>usul<\/em>\u00a0fanlaridan hamda yana\u00a0<em>aqoid\u00a0<\/em>ilmidan ham tahsil olgan deyish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Umuman olganda Abul-Yusr fiqh va aqoid ilmlari borasida yetuk olim bo\u02bblgan. Bir kitobida u o\u02bbz bobosini eslab, uning (bobosining) Moturidiy haqidagi hikoyalari avloddan-avlodga o\u02bbtib kelganligini yozgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abul-Yusr Pazdaviy 493\/1099-1100 yili Buxoroda vafot etgan. Pazdaviy faqihlar. Bu avlodda bir necha faqihlar bo\u02bblib, aksariyati qozilik va mudarrislik faoliyatida, din va davlat ishlarida katta mansablar sohibi bo\u02bblganlar. Bu sulolaning yirik namoyondalaridan \u201cFaxrul-islom\u201d nomi bilan mashhur bo\u02bblgan Abul-Usr Ali ibn Muhammad Pazdaviydir. Abul-Usr Pazda<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25298#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u00a0shahrida yashagan, bir oiladan yetishib chiqqan ikki aka-uka faqihning biridir. U 400\/1009 yilda tug\u02bbilgan bo\u02bblib, fiqhning furu\u02bc va usul borasida ilmiy faoliyat olib borgan va shu sohada qo\u02bbllanma asarlar sohibi bo\u02bblganligi sababli \u201cusuliy\u201d deya tanilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Uning vafoti to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida 482\/1089, 483\/1090, 484\/1091 va 557\/1161 sanalari keltiriladi. To\u02bbg\u02bbrirog\u02bbi 482\/1089 yil bo\u02bblib, Keshda vafot etgan. Manbalarda uning jasadi Samarqandga keltirilib, masjid eshigi yoniga dafn etilgan, degan xabar beriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pazdaviyning fiqhga oid ko\u02bbplab asarlari bizga qadar yetib kelgan. Jumladan, \u201cKanzul-vusul ila ma\u02bcrifatul-usul\u201d, Kitabul-mabsut\u00bb, \u201cRisala fi qiro\u02bcatul-musalli\u201d, \u201cSharhul-jomi\u02bcus-sag\u02bbir\u201d, \u201cAz-Ziyodot\u201d va \u201cZiyodotuz-ziyodot\u201d kabilarni sanash mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nasaflik yana bir buyuk mufassir va faqih Abul-Barakot Nasafiydir. Uning to\u02bbliq ismi \u2013 Hofiz\u00a0 Abdulloh ibn Ahmad ibn Mahmud Nasafiy al-hanafiy bo\u02bblib, Muhammad Shafiq G\u02bbirbolning ta\u02bckidlashicha 1232 yilda Nasaf shahrida tavallud topgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25298#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Olimning yoshligi Buxoro shahrida o\u02bbtgan. Keyinchalik, ilm olish maqsadida juda ko\u02bbp shaharlarni kezadi va shuhrat qozonadi. Taxminan 1280 yillarda Kirmon shahridagi madrasada mudarrislik qilgan. So\u02bbng, o\u02bbsha davrda yirik ilm markazlaridan hisoblangan, Bag\u02bbdodga borib, u yerda ilm majlislari tashkil qilib, talabalarga ta\u02bclim bergan. Olim haqida Ibn Kamol Bosho shunday deydi: \u201cU bilan ijtihod davri tugagan, undan keyin mazhabda ijtihod qiladigan mujtahid qolmagan.\u201d Nasafiy 1310 yilda vafot etgan va Bakiristonning Ayjaz shahrida dafn etilgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25298#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tadqiqotchilar muallifning asarlari faqat diniy ilmlarga oid bo\u02bblganini quyidagicha izohlaydilar: Mug\u02bbillar davrida hamma soha singari diniy sohada ham inqiroz kuzatildi. Shuning uchun Nasafiy singai olimlar din ilmlarini jonlantirish ehtiyojidan kelib chiqib shunday asarlar ta\u02bclif etganlar. Nasafiyning umumiy hisobda 13 ta ilmiy asari borligi va ularning barchasi bizgacha yetib kelgani aniqlangan. Ulardan 5 tasi fiqhga, 4 tasi kalomga, 3 tasi usulul fiqhga va bittasi tafsirga bag\u02bbishlangan. Bu asarlarning 6 tasi nashr etilgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=25298#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nasafiyning eng mashhur asari \u201cMadorikut tanzil va haqoiqut ta\u02bcvil\u201d (Qur\u02bcon mohiyati va ta\u02bcvil haqiqatlari)dir. Asar Bazoviy va Zamaxshariyning tafsirlaridan qisqartirib olingan. Lekin muallif \u201cAl-Kashshof\u201ddagi mo\u02bbtazila e\u02bctiqodiga muvofiq masalalarni chiqarib tashlab, uni ahli sunna val jamoa e\u02bctiqodiga mos ravishda yozgan. Asarni bosma nusxalari Hindiston, Misr, Turkiyadagi kutubxonalarda mavjud. O\u02bbzR FA SHI qo\u02bblyozmalar fondida ushbu mo\u02bbtabar tafsirning o\u02bbnlab nusxalari saqlanadi. Hind olimlaridan Muhammad Abdulhaq asarga hoshiya yozgan va 4 jildda Hindistonda bosib chiqarilgan. Asar ra\u02bcyga oid tafsir hisoblanib, unda lug\u02bbat imkoniyatlaridan kelib chiqqan holda Qur\u02bcon so\u02bbzlarini ochib berishga harakat qilingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muallifning fiqhiy asari ham tafsiri singari shuhrat qozongan. Aksar mualliflar va xalq orasida \u201cKanz\u201d deb tanilgan \u201cKanzud-daqoqiq\u201d (nozik masalalar xazinasi) asari furu\u02bc masalalariga bag\u02bbishlangan. Asarda Abu Hanifa va uning shogirdlari, Imom Molik, Imom Shofe\u02bciy singari mujtahidlarning qarashlarini keltirgan. E\u02bctiborli jihati shundaki asarda uchraydigan mashhur mujtahidlarning ismlari belgi sifatida berilgan xolos. Masalan, Abu Hanifa \u201c\u062d\u201d \u00a0\u201cha\u201d, Abu Yusuf \u201c\u0633\u201d \u00a0\u201csin\u201d, \u201c\u0645\u201d imom Muhammad \u00a0\u201cmim\u201d kabi harflar bilan berilgan. \u201cKanzud-daqoqiq\u201d olimlar naznida \u201cMuxtasarul-Quduriy\u201ddan keyingi ikkinchi mo\u02bbtabar kitob hisoblanadi. Bu asar Abdulloh ibn Abdurahim tomonidan urdu tiliga, Muhammad ibn Jammod tomonidan esa fors tiliga tarjima qilingan. Asarning qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari Britaniya (30 ta), Pokiston (1 ta) kutubxonalarida saqlanmoqda. Shuningdek, O\u02bbzR FA SHIda 7 ta qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari saqlanmoqda. Nasafiyning shuningdek, \u201cManor\u201d (Usulul-fiqh), \u201cAl-Kafi\u201d, \u201cAl-Musaffa fi sharh al-manzumat an-Nasafiya fil-xilaf\u201d kabi asarlari ham mavjud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Movarounnahr, xususan Nasaflik olimlar umumislom nazariy mafkurasini rivojlantirishdagi roli beqiyos xizmatlari isbot talab etmaydigan masaladir. Ayniqsa bunda Nasaf faqihlarini alohida ta\u02bckidlash o\u02bbtish lozim. Bu haqda ularning yuzlab asarlarining jahon qo\u02bblyozma xazinalaridagi minglab nusxalari, eng zamonaviy matbaalarda bu asarlarning qayta-qayta ilmiy nashr etishlari so\u02bbzlashi mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u02bbz davrida nasaflik olimlar din ilmlarini qaytadan jonlantirishga harakat qildilar. Ularning asarlari nafaqat o\u02bbz davrining masalalariga balki, bugungi kundagi o\u02bbta dolzarb muammolarga ham kalit bo\u02bbla oladi.
