Jamiyatda biror bir g\u02bboya o\u02bbzining namoyon bo\u02bblishini o\u02bbsha jamiyatda bo\u02bblayotgan ijtimoiy tuzumning mahsuli sifatida o\u02bbzining ta\u02bcsirini ko\u02bbrsatib boradi. Jadidlar harakati ham mana shunday o\u02bbz davrining reaksion g\u02bboyasi edi. Bu esa jamiyatdagi ijtimoiy muhitning bir tasodifiy hodisasi bo\u02bblmay, balki ijtimoiy-siyosiy ziddiyatlarning natijasi bo\u02bbldi. Jadidlik o\u02bbzi nima edi? Uning namoyon bo\u02bblishi qanday sodir bo\u02bbldi? Jadidlar harakatining ko\u02bbrinishlari nimalarda ko\u02bbzga tashlandi? Bu harakatning rivojlanishi natijasida jadidlik ta\u02bclimoti darajasiga chiqishining o\u02bbziga xosligi nimada? [4:61]. Umuman olganda jadidlar harakatini o\u02bbrganish jarayonida tadqiqotchilar ilmiy-falsafiy, ijtimoiy-siyosiy masalalarni chuqur o\u02bbrgandi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jadidlar jamiyatni bir bosqichdan yangi bosqichga olib chiqishning eng qulay yo\u02bbli bu ta\u02bclim va tarbiya masalasi ekanini to\u02bblaqonli anglab yetdi [5:52]. Xususan, XIX asrda Chor Rossiyasining Turkistonni bosib olishi natijasida butun ijtimoiy masalalar (pul birligi, ishlab chiqarish, bozor masalasi, himoya tizimi va boshqaruv prinsipi \u2013X.A.) ketma-ketlikda uning tasarrufiga o\u02bbtishi oqibatida xonliklarning mustaqilligi qo\u02bbldan boy berildi. Aynan ularning olib borgan sa\u02bcy-harakatlari natijasida Turkistonda jadidlik harakati vujudga keldi. Bu haqda professor Begali Qosimov o\u02bbz tadqiqotida jadidlik oqimini ijtimoiy-siyosiy va ma\u02bcrifiy tomonlarini batafsil bayon etgan [6:17]. XIX asrda jadidlar Buxorodagi ilm ahli va ma\u02bcrifatparvarlarining orasida dastlab Turkistondagi madrasa va maktablar tizimida yangi ko\u02bbrinishdagi ta\u02bclim-tarbiyani joriy qilish uchun tubdan islohotlar lozimligi masalasini o\u02bbrtaga tashladi. Biz mana shu islohotlar tarafdorlarini jadidlar, ya\u02bcni yangilik yoki innovatsion g\u02bboyalarning tarafdorlari deb atadik. Jadidlik arabcha \u00ab<strong><em>jadid<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb so\u02bbzidan olingan bo\u02bblib \u00ab<strong><em>yangi<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb ma\u02bcnosini beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu davrda jadidlar harakatiga qarama-qarshi bo\u02bblgan oqim bu feodallar edi. Biz ularni diniy fanatizmga berilgan qadimchilar edi deb, nomlaymiz [7:56]. O\u02bbz davrida vujudga kelgan yangi g\u02bboyalarning tarafdorlarini jadidlar deb nomladik. XIX asr boshida jadidlar Buxorodagi 200ga yaqin madrasalarning ta\u02bclimini isloh qilish g\u02bboyasini ishlab chiqdi. Albatta bu g\u02bboyalarning boshida madrasa mudarrisi Abu Nasr Kursaviy turgan edi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ammo mana shu davrda qarama-qarshi g\u02bboya sifatida vujudga kelgan yana bir harakat qadimchilikning tarafdorlari islohotchi mudarrislarni kofirlik va xudosizlikda aybladi. Qadimchilar ta\u02bcsirida Buxoro amiri Haydar yangilik tarafdori bo\u02bblgan mudarris Abu Nasr Kursaviyni zindonga tashlatadi va o\u02bblim jazosiga hukm qiladi. Lekin Abu Nasr Kursaviyning tarafdorlari uni zindondan qochiradi. Abu Nasr Kursaviy bir muddat Samarqandda jon saqlab keyin Qozon shahriga ketadi va o\u02bbzining ilg\u02bbor g\u02bboyalarini Qozonda davom ettiradi. U 1813-yilda vafot etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bundan ko\u02bbrinadiki, jadidlar harakatining boshlanish o\u02bbchog\u02bbi Turkiston zamini ekan, degan xulosaga kelishimiz mumkin. Tatar ma\u02bcrifatparvari Ismoil G\u02bbaspiralining ilgari surgan jadidlik g\u02bboyalarini dastlab bizning vatandoshimiz Abu Nasr Kursaviy yaratgan edi [8:17].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">XIX asrning 50-60-yillarida Turkistonda diniy fanatizmga berilish islohotchilik harakati yanada keng tarqala boshladi. Natijada, bu harakatning boshida buxorolik olim, tarixchi va mudarris Marjoniy (1818-1889), G\u02bbijduvon madrasasi domlalari Fozil, Mo\u02bbminjon Vobkandiy, mulla Xudoyberdi Boysuniy va boshqa mudarrislar turdi. Maktab va madrasalar islohotchilarining rahnamosi Marjoniy dastlab o\u02bbzining dasturida quyidagi asosiy masalalarni o\u02bbrtaga qo\u02bbyadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qur\u02bcondagi diniy ilmlarni bilgan holda dinda o\u02bbzlari erkin fikr yuritsin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Har bir kishining birovga ko\u02bbr-ko\u02bbrona ergashishi qat\u02bciyan man qilinsin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Madrasalarda o\u02bbqitiladigan o\u02bbquvchilarning 8-10 daqiqa vaqtini oluvchi va ular uchun foydasiz bo\u02bblgan darslar jadvaldan olib tashlansin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mavjud madrasalarda islom dinini to\u02bbliq o\u02bbrganish uchun aynan Qur\u02bconi karim, Hadisi s\u02bcharif ularning tarjimalari va islom tarixi kabi darslar o\u02bbtilsin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dunyoviy ilmlar bo\u02bblgan falsafa, arifmetika, mantiq, tarix, jo\u02bbg\u02bbrofiya, xandasa, tabobat va boshqa kerakli fanlarni o\u02bbqishga qarshilik ko\u02bbrsatilmasin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Har bir ishda musulmonlikni Payg\u02bbambar Muhammad alayhissalom davrlaridagi qadimiy islom madaniyatiga qaytarish ko\u02bbzda tutilsin.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demak, Marjoniy va uning g\u02bboyaviy tarafdorlari \u2013 o\u02bbz davirning jadidlari, Turkiston musulmon taraqqiyparvarlari edi. Ular madrasalarda ta\u02bclimning islohoti uchun olib borgan sa\u02bcy-harakatlari davomida diniy darslar bilan bir qatorda qadimiy islom madaniyati davridagidek dunyoviy darslarni o\u02bbqitishni shart ekanini qat\u02bciy talab qildi [9:970-972]. Lekin amirlikning reaksion siyosati va qadimchilarning ta\u02bcsiri natijasida ta\u02bcqibga uchragan Marjoniy va uning tarafdorlari Buxoro amirligidan chiqib ketishga majbur bo\u02bbladi. Uning tarafdorlaridan ko\u02bbpi amirning zindoniga tashlanib, 75 darradan urilgach tavba qilib, qaytib bunday ishlarni qilmaslikka va\u02bcda beradi [10:159].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">XIX asrning uchinchi choragi va XX asrning birinchi choragida Chor Rossiyasining mustamlakachilik siyosati ta\u02bcsirida Turkistonda jadidlar harakati yana keskin kuchayib ketdi. Ammo bu harakat mavjud jamiyatning ijtimoiy-siyosiy va madaniy asoslarini qayta qurishga qaratilgani sabab eski tuzum, eski turmush, eski maktab tarafdorlarining kuchli qarshiligiga duch keldi. Bu qarshi kuch vakillari esa qadimchilar deb atalgan [2:49]<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u02bbz davrining ijtimoiy-siyosiy hayotini o\u02bbzgartirishga kirishgan va yangi hayot shabadasini kiritishga harakat qilganlar esa jadidlar degan nom oldi. Shu tariqa XIX asrning oxiri va XX asrning boshida jadidlar harakati yuzaga kelgan edi. Jadidlar yangi asrning boshlanishi bilan jamiyat avvalgidek ijtimoiy-siyosiy xorlik, iqtisodiy va madaniy qoloqlik holatida yashay olmasligini ravshan anglagan edi. Jadidlik harakatining namoyandalari nafaqat Markaziy Osiyoda, balki Chor Rossiyasi hukumati tarkibidagi boshqa hududlarning aholisi orasida ham o\u02bbzlarining taqdirlarini o\u02bbzgartiribgina qolmay, feodalizm tuzumining negizini parchalab yangi bir jamiyatga qadam qo\u02bbyishi mumkin ekanini angladi [11:64-65].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Chor Rossiyasining hukmronligi natijasida mamlakatdagi og\u02bbir vaziyat tufayli 1905 yilda birinchi davlat to\u02bbntarishi sodir bo\u02bbldi. Aynan bu to\u02bbntarishdan xalqning maqsadi ijtimoiy hayotni demokratlashtirish, dvoryanlar ixtiyoridagi yer-mulkni olib, dehqonlarga bo\u02bblib berish, sakkiz soatlik ish kunini joriy etish edi. Bu to\u02bbntarishning dasturi bilan tanishgan O\u02bbrta Osiyo taraqqiyparvar ziyolilari tatar qardoshlari ortidan, jadidlar harakatiga kelib qo\u02bbshildi [12:2887]. Shuningdek, boshqa davlatlarda bo\u02bblgan to\u02bbntarishlar, xususan, 1907 yildagi Eron burjua to\u02bbntarishi, 1908 yildagi Turkiya burjua to\u02bbntarishi Turkistonda jadidlar harakatining rasmiylashib kuchga kirishida muhim ahamiyat kasb etdi. Ular xalq va jamiyat hayotini yaxshilashga, madaniy yuksaklikka olib chiqishga qaratilgan dasturni bajarishga kirishdi [3:36].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Turkistondagi jadidlik harakatining namoyandalari jamiyatni to\u02bbntarish yo\u02bbli bilan emas, balki ijtimoiy o\u02bbzgarishlar, ta\u02bclim va tarbiya usulidagi islohotlar yo\u02bbli bilan rivojlantirishni o\u02bbzlarining asosiy vazifasi deb bilgan. Ular o\u02bbzlarining bu vazifasini ado etishda, faqat bir sinfga \u2013 ya\u02bcni proletariatgagina tayanmagan. Umuman olganda, jadidlik jamiyat ahlini turli sinflarga bo\u02bblib tashlash tarafdori bo\u02bblmagan. Jadidlik harakati o\u02bbzining faoliyatida, hatto qadimchilar bilan ham bitimli ittifoq tuzib, xalq va kelajak avlod manfaati yo\u02bblida kelishib ishlash lozimligini, ya\u02bcni zamonaviy til bilan aytganda turli siyosiy qarashlarga ega bo\u02bblgan xalqning tinch-totuvlikda yashashi va ishlashi g\u02bboyasini o\u02bbrtaga tashlagan edi [13:1112].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mahmudxo\u02bbja Behbudiy o\u02bbzining \u201cmuttahid\u201d front tuzish g\u02bboyasini ilgari surar ekan: \u201cUlamo yoki ziyoli va taraqqiyparvarlarimiz boy va avomimiz birlashib din, millat va Vatanning rivoji uchun xizmat etsak\u201d, deb yozgan. Aynan jadidlarning muttahid front tuzishga intilganining boisi turli sharoitlar bilan izohlangan. Birinchidan avom ham, boylar ham, ulamo ham, ziyolilar ham chor hukumati tasarrufidagi mustamlakada siquvda bo\u02bblgan kishilar edi. Shuningdek, Turkiston bozorlarida rus savdo va sanoat burjuaziyasi hukmron bo\u02bblishi bilan mahalliy ishlab chiqaruvchi hunarmandlarning turli vakillari iqtisodiy jihatdan sina boshlagan edi. Boshqacharoq aytadigan bo\u02bblsak, qaramlik va mustamlaka holatining azobini Turkistonning mahalliy boylari va savdogarlari ham seza boshladi. Bunday tarixiy sharoitda jadidlarning fikr-mulohazasiga ko\u02bbra, oddiy xalqning ijtimoiy-siyosiy va iqtisodiy-madaniy hayotini qanchalik yaxshilash zarur bo\u02bblsa, chet el kapitalining iskanjasidan, mustamlakachilikning kishanlaridan ozod bo\u02bblishning muhimligi ham shunchalik kechiktirib bo\u02bblmas vazifalardan edi [3:37].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Turkistonda jadidlarning sa\u02bcy-harakati bilan 1906 yilda \u201cTaraqqiy\u201d deb nomlangan gazeta nashr ettirdi. Ular o\u02bbzlarining ilg\u02bbor g\u02bboyalarini shu gazeta orqali xalqqa tarqata boshladi. Buning natijasida esa oradan ko\u02bbp o\u02bbtmay \u201cXurshid\u201d, \u201cShuhrat\u201d singari yangi gazetalar dunyo yuzini ko\u02bbrdi. Bu davrga kelib Turkistonning ko\u02bbplab shahar va qishloqlarida jadid maktablari bodroqdek ochildi va ularda diniy ilmlar bilan birgalikda dunyoviy ilmlar ham keng targ\u02bbib qilindi [14:92-97]. Dunyoviy ilmlarning ta\u02bclimga kirib kelishi natijasida jadidlarning mavqeyida sezilarli o\u02bbzgarishlar sodir bo\u02bbla boshladi. Ular nima haqida gapirishmasin hammasi yangi nafas, yangi g\u02bboya edi, bu vaqtda ishchilar sinfi ham, proletar mafkurasi ham yo\u02bbq edi. Tabiatning birlamchi g\u02bboyasini ilgari suruvchi mafkurani deyarli hech kim tushunmas va bilmas edi, biladiganlar esa juda ozchilikni tashkil qilar edi [1:35].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuning uchun ham jadidlar harakatining yangi g\u02bboyalar bilan maydonga chiqishi o\u02bbsha davrning ruhoniylariga, hukmron sinflariga qarshi tura oladigan madaniyatni yaratish, bir so\u02bbz bilan aytganda, innovatsiya edi. Jadidlarning o\u02bbz harakat dasturi bo\u02bblgan va ular jamiyatning quyidagi masalalarini hal qilishga e\u02bctibor qaratgan edi:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Diniy mutaassiblik iskanjasidan qutulish va fanatizmga qarshi kurash.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Diniy aqidalarga asoslangan O\u02bbrta asr maktablarining o\u02bbrniga dunyoviy fanlarni o\u02bbrgatuvchi zamonaviy maktablarni ochish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ona tilida zamonaviy ilmlarni o\u02bbqitishga moslangan yangi usuldagi maktablarni tashkil etish, feodal davrining maorif tizimini isloh qilish va kadrlar tizimini yangilash.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Milliy ozodlik g\u02bboyalarini keng xalq ommasiga yetkazishda yangi o\u02bbzbek adabiy tilini ishlab chiqish, matbuot erkinligi uchun kurashish, xalqqa tushunarli bo\u02bblgan adabiyot va teatrni rivojlantirish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xotin-qizlarni paranjidan chiqarish va jadid maktablariga qatnashlarini ta\u02bcminlash yo\u02bbli bilan ularning taqdirini o\u02bbzgartirish kabi islohotlar o\u02bbtkazish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ijtimoiy hayotda siyosiy va iqtisodiy jihatdan Turkiston xalqining boylari va savdogarlari bilan rus burjuaziyasining orasidagi tafovutni bartaraf etishga erishish.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shu yo\u02bbllar bilan Turkistonda mustamlakachilikka qarshi kurashish jarayoni bilan birgalikda innovatsion ta\u02bclim-tarbiya masalalarini ham kiritish orqali dasturni amalga oshirish [3:55].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jadidlarning bosh maqsadlaridan biri millat yoshlarini zamonaviy ilmdan bahramand etish bo\u02bblgan. Jadidlar uchun ilm va ma\u02bcrifat yagona qurol edi.
