Faqat kitob yozishga kirishishi hadis talabini so\u02bbngiga yetganini bildirmaydi. \u201cKishi o\u02bbzidan katta bo\u02bblganlardan, tengdoshlaridan va o\u02bbzidan kichik bo\u02bblganlardan ilm olmaguncha kamolga erishmaydi\u201d, degan Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy 1080 ta kishidan hadis tinglab, ilm o\u02bbrgangan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=23944#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy mashg\u02bbul bo\u02bblib faoliyat olib borgan ilmlarni quyidagicha tartiblash mumkin:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hadis ilmi. Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy hadislarni yod olish bilan birgalikda ularning isnodlarini va uni xilma-xil yo\u02bbllarini mukammal o\u02bbrgangan ushbu sohada tengsiz edi. Aytgan hadislari biz bilmagan shahrimizdan bo\u02bblgan roviylar rivoyatlari edi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy dedi: \u201cMen mingdan ortiq hadis ulamosidan hadis tingladim. Ularni har biridan o\u02bbn mingta yoki o\u02bbn mingdan ortiq hadis o\u02bbrgandim. Men bilgan hadislarni barchasini isnodi bilan bilaman\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abul Azhar dedi: \u201cSamarqandda 400 ta hadis toliblari 7 kun davomida to\u02bbplanib, Muhammad ibn Ismoilni xatoga tushirmoqchi bo\u02bbladilar. Ular Shom isnodini Iroq isnodiga, Yaman isnodini Haromayn(Makka va Madina) isnodiga aralashtirib, matnlarni ham chalkashtirib yuboradilar. Muhammad ibn Ismoil barcha hadislarni isnodlari bilan joy-joyiga qo\u02bbyib aytib beradi\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy dedi: \u201cMen hadis isnodidagi barcha roviylarni tug\u02bbilgan va vafot etgan yili, yashab istiqomat qilgan joylarini bilmaguncha qabul qilmadim. Sahoba va tobe\u02bcinlardan (mavquf)hadislarni Qur\u02bcon va Rasululloh (s.a.v.) hadislarida asli bo\u02bblmasa rivoyat qilmadim. Men 100 000 ta \u201csahih\u201d(to\u02bbg\u02bbri) va 200 000 ta \u201cg\u02bbayri sahih\u201d(noto\u02bbg\u02bbri) hadisni isnodlari bilan yod olganman\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tafsir ilmi. Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy buyuk muhaddis olim bo\u02bblish bilan birgalikda Qur\u02bcon oyatlari nimaga dalolat qilishini juda yaxshi bilar edi. U Qur\u02bcon va hadisdan shar\u02bciy masala bo\u02bbyicha hukm chiqara olish qudratiga ega edi. Uning \u201csahih\u201didagi tafsir kitobini va \u201cat-Tafsir al-kabir\u201d asari bu sohada ham tengsiz ekanligiga yorqin misol bo\u02bbladi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Fiqh ilmi. Hadislardan hukm olishda nimalarga e\u02bctibor qaratish kerakligini a\u02bclo darajada o\u02bbrgangan Imom al-Buxoriy hadis ilmi bilan shug\u02bbullanish bilan birgalikda fiqh ilmi bilan ham mashg\u02bbul bo\u02bblgan. U yoshligidan boshlab \u201cahli ray\u201d mazhabini juda yaxshi o\u02bbrgandi. U sahobalarni so\u02bbzlari va tobe\u02bcinlarni fatvolarini yaxshi o\u02bbrgandi. U hatto 18 yoshida ularga bag\u02bbishlab bir mustaqil asar yozdi. Uni buyuk faqih va tengsiz mujtahid ekanligini juda ko\u02bbp ustozlari ta\u02bckidlaganlar:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Nua\u02bcym ibn Hammod al-Xazzoi\u02bcy: Muhammad ibn Ismoil bu ummatning faqihidir, dedi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Bashshor(Bundor) dedi: Muhammad ibn Ismoil zamonamizning eng faqihidir. Ustozim o\u02bbyga cho\u02bbmib, uzoq sukut saqladi. Shunda men dedim, payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) shunday deganlar: \u201cAlloh ummatimni bilmasdan qilgan amalini va aytgan so\u02bbzlarini kechirdi\u201d. Bu hadisdan ko\u02bbrinib turibdiki, insonni qalbi va amali yoki qalbi va so\u02bbzi bir bo\u02bblishi lozim. bilmasdan taloq qilgan odam esa, qalbi bilan ishonmagan. Ustozim Is\u02bchoq: \u201cSen meni quvvatlading, Alloh seni quvvatlasin\u201d dedi va bu bilan fatvo berdi\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy \u201csahih\u201dini boblarini tartibga solishga fiqhiy g\u02bboya asos qilib olingan. U buni shu darajada noziklik va latiflik bilan amalga oshirganki, ko\u02bbpchilik osonlikcha tushunib olmaydi. Tushunish uchun chuqur bilim va ma\u02bcrifatga ega bo\u02bblish talab qilinadi. \u201cSahih\u201di va boshqa asarlariga qarab shularni aytish mumkinki, Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy hech kimga taqlid qilmagan. Imomga ham, ergashganga ham yoki yolg\u02bbiz o\u02bbquvchiga ham, ovoz chiqarib o\u02bbqisa ham, ichida o\u02bbqisa ham baribir;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ruku\u02bcga yetishmagan rakatni qochirgan bo\u02bbladi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qunut duosi o\u02bbqishlik ruku\u02bcdan oldin va keyin ham joiz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayollar erkak kasallarni ko\u02bbrishga borishligi joiz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ahli fasodni g\u02bbiybat qilish joiz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ayol kishi kelin bo\u02bblsa ham erkak kishilarga xizmat qilishi joiz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hokim haromni halol va halolni harom qila olmaydi;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom orqasida qiroat qilish;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Namozda qo\u02bbl ko\u02bbtarish.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yuqoridagi misollar yetarli bo\u02bbladi deb, o\u02bbylaymiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tarix va siyar ilmi. Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy bu ilm sohasida tengsiz edi. U hadis rivoyatidagi roviylar silsilasini har tomonlama mukammal o\u02bbrgangan edi. Hadis ilmining muhim bir sohasi bo\u02bblmish \u201caj-Jarh vat ta\u02bcdil\u201d ilmiga oid fikrlar sahobalar davrida bildirilgan. Lekin, bu soha bo\u02bbyicha yozilgan eng qiymatli asarlar Imom al-Buxoriy davriga to\u02bbg\u02bbri keladi. Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy bu ilmda tengsiz hisoblanardi. Shunda, Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy ularga payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.)ning bu qanday yaramas odam, degan so\u02bbzlarini keltiradi. Payg\u02bbambar (s.a.v.) manfaat yo\u02bblida ruxsat bergan, deb javob bergan Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Roviy kishilar to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi bilim va ma\u02bclumot jihatidan tengsiz bo\u02bblishiga qaramay jarohatlagan(zaifligini aytgan) roviy haqida ham izzatiga tegadigan so\u02bbzlarni ishlatmas edi. Yolg\u02bbonchiligi ma\u02bclum bo\u02bblgan odam haqida so\u02bbz yuritganda \u201cfihi nazar\u201d \u2013 bunda ixtilof bor, \u201csakatu anhu\u201d \u2013 siqaligi haqida olimlar biror narsa demaganlar, \u201ctaraku hu\u201d \u2013 uni rivoyatini tark qilganlar, degan. Uni bir odam haqida eng og\u02bbir so\u02bbzlari \u201cmunkarul hadis\u201d \u2013 hadisi olinmaydi, degan. \u201cKazzob\u201d \u2013 yolg\u02bbonchi, \u201cvaddo\u02bc\u201d \u2013 hadis to\u02bbquvchi kabi so\u02bbzlari juda kam uchraydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Uni jarh va ta\u02bcdil ilmi bo\u02bbyicha yozgan asarlari o\u02bbz sohasida mislsiz hisoblanadi. Uning asarlari undan keyingi Abu Hotim va Ibn Hibbon kabi olimlar uchun ilmiy metod sifatida qo\u02bbllanma vazifasini bajargan.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hadis illati ilmi. Bu ilm maxfiyligi uchun hadis ilmining eng nozik va eng qiyin sohasi hisoblanadi. Muhammad bu ilmda bamisoli hilpirab turgan bayroq kabidir. Uning bu ilmdan xabardorligi va bilimdonligiga yorqin misol Muhammad ibn Ismoil al-Buxoriy \u201csahih\u201d asaridir.
