Islom falsafasi va tafakkuri esa ana shu dinning negizida shakllangan. Islom dinining tarqalishi, keyinchalik jahon dinlaridan biriga aylanishi islom falsafasi va tafakkurini ilmiy dunyoqarash sifatida anglashga zamin yaratgan. Islom dini paydo bo\u02bblgan davrdan keyin o\u02bbtgan vaqt davomida islom falsafasi va tafakkurining turli ilmiy-nazariy oqimlari, maktablari paydo bo\u02bbldi. Lekin islomning barqaror dogmasi \u2013 tavhid, ro\u02bbza, zakot, namoz va haj bu oqimlarni faqat islom dini doirasida rivojlanishga yo\u02bbnaltirib turdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bugun jahonda qariyb 1,8 milliard kishi islomga e\u02bctiqod qiladi. Ularning 2\/3 qismi Osiyoda, 30 foizi Afrikada istiqomat qiladi. Musulmon jamoalari mavjud bo\u02bblgan 120dan ortiq mamlakatning 40dan ziyodida musulmonlar aholining ko\u02bbpchiligini tashkil etadi. Ma\u02bclumotlarga ko\u02bbra, Indoneziyada 238 million, Hindiston va Pokistonda 200 milliondan, Bangladeshda 152 million, Nigeriyada 100 million, Eronda 83 million, Marokashda 36 million, Jazoirda 42 million, Rossiyada 14 million, Germaniyada 5,5 million, Fransiyada 5 million, AQSHda 3 million, Angliyada 3 million, Yevropa Ittifoqi mamlakatlarida esa 43 million musulmon yashaydi. XX asrda musulmonlar dunyo aholisining 15-16 foizini tashkil etgan bo\u02bblsa, hozir bu ko\u02bbrsatkich 24 foizga yetgan [1:7-8].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Musulmonlar jahon sivilizatsiyasi rivojiga katta hissa qo\u02bbshib kelmoqda. Ular yashayotgan mamlakatlarda aholi sonining jadal oshishi, etnoreproduktiv jarayonlarning faollashishi kuzatilmoqda. Rivojlangan G\u02bbarb davlatlarining tub aholisi farzand ko\u02bbrishni musulmonlarga topshirib qo\u02bbygandek\u2026 [2:4-5]. Dunyo aholisining islomlashishi intensiv davom etayotganidan 2050 yilga borib Yevropa Ittifoqida musulmonlar soni deyarli ikki barobarga ko\u02bbpayishi, ya\u02bcni hozirgi 43 milliondan 71 millionga yetishi bashorat qilinmoqda [1:8].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu jarayonlar xotin-qizlarning ishtirokisiz, reproduktiv salomatligisiz, faolligisiz amalga oshayotgani yo\u02bbq, albatta. \u201cIslom omili\u201dning pozitiv ta\u02bcsirida xotin-qizlarning roli va ishtiroki katta. Bu faollikka ta\u02bcsir etuvchi ijtimoiy, teologik, ma\u02bcnaviy, e\u02bctiqodiy va etnomadaniy omillar ham borki, ularni o\u02bbrganish mavzumizni yanada qiziqarli, obyektiv va to\u02bblaroq ochib berishga yordam qiladi. Islomda xotin-qizlar salomatligiga oid shunday falsafiy, ilmiy ahamiyatga ega yondashuvlar borki, ularni tadqiq etish va ochib berish yuqoridagi fikrning asossiz ekanini isbotlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bugun ilm-fan bilan din o\u02bbrtasida ijodiy dialog o\u02bbrnatilmoqda, ziddiyatlar bartaraf etilib, diniy qadriyatlardan inson va jamiyat taraqqiyoti yo\u02bblida foydalanish an\u02bcanaga aylanmoqda. To\u02bbg\u02bbri, bu mutlaq uyg\u02bbunlashish emas, ilm-fan va dinning prinsiplari va maqsadlari turlicha ekanini unutib bo\u02bblmaydi. Shunday bo\u02bblsa-da, ular o\u02bbrtasidagi ijodiy hamkorlikni konstruktiv dialog o\u02bbrnatilyapti, desak, bo\u02bbladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Umumjahon gumanistik taraqqiyotining talablari ham shu paytgacha antagonistik sohalar va yondashishlar sifatida qaralgan ilmiy bilish va diniy bilishni uyg\u02bbunlashtirishni, konsensus asosida yaqinlashtirishni taqozo etmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom falsafasining asosi bo\u02bblgan Qur\u02bconi karim va hadislar xotin-qizlar masalasini avvalo diniy gumanizm nuqtai nazaridan kun tartibiga qo\u02bbyadi. \u201cDin \u2013 axloqdir\u201d degan hadis ana shu gumanizmning mohiyatini anglatadi va ifoda etadi. Shuning uchun xotin-qizlar masalasi axloq, gumanistik qadriyatlar tizimida qaralishi zarur. Qur\u02bconi karimda iymon masalasi birinchi o\u02bbrinda turadi. Unda bunday deyiladi: \u201cTo iymonga kelmagunlaricha mushrika ayollarga uylanmangiz! Shubhasiz, ozod mushrika ayoldan, garchi u sizga yoqsa-da, iymonli cho\u02bbri yaxshiroqdir. To iymonga kelmagunlaricha mushrik erlarni er qilmangiz! Shubhasiz, ozod mushrikdan, garchi u yoqsa-da, iymonli qul yaxshidir\u2026 Xotinlaringiz ziroatgohingizdir\u201d [3:32]. \u201cVa yaxshi amallarda ular (ayollar) uchun zimmalaridagi erlari oldidagi burchlari barobarida huquqlari ham bor. Va erkaklar uchun (ayollar) ustida bir darajada (imtiyoz) bor\u201d [3:33]. Demak, islom dini iymonni birinchi o\u02bbringa qo\u02bbysa-da, ayollarning ziroatgoh, ya\u02bcni farzand dunyoga keltirib, kamolga yetkazuvchi inson ekanini alohida ta\u02bckidlaydi. Ayol eri oldida qanchalik burchli bo\u02bblsa, bu burchlari barobarida shunchalik huquqli ham. Axloq islom uchun eng muhim qadriyatdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom manbalarida axloqiylik, xushmuomalalik, yaxshilik, rahmdillik, sadoqat, vafodorlik, izzat-hurmat, itoat, hayo o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotmaydigan, inson hayotini go\u02bbzal va oliyjanob qiladigan gumanistik qadriyatlar sanaladi. Payg\u02bbambarimiz sollallohu alayhi vasallam dedilar: \u201cSizlarning yaxshilaringiz \u2013 xushxulq, shirin suhbatlilaringizdir. Yomonlaringiz esa og\u02bbzini to\u02bbldirib, ezmalik ila ko\u02bbp gapiruvchilaringizdir\u201d. \u201cSizlarning eng yaxshilaringiz o\u02bbz ahli ayoliga (ya\u02bcni, oila a\u02bczolariga) xushmuomalada bo\u02bbladiganlaringizdir\u201d. \u201cHayo doimo yaxshilik keltiradi, hayo imondadir\u201d [4:66]. Imom Buxoriy to\u02bbplagan hadislardan birida aytilishicha, Payg\u02bbambar (S.A.V.) deganlar: \u201cO\u02bbg\u02bblingga (qizingga) odob ber. Chunki, sen unga nimani odob berganing va nimani o\u02bbrgatganing haqida so\u02bbralasan. U esa, seni unga qilgan yaxshiliging va senga itoati xususida so\u02bbraladi\u201d. \u201cKimki, biror ayolga uning obro\u02bb va sharafi uchun uylansa, Alloh unga xorlikni ko\u02bbpaytirib qo\u02bbyadi. Kimki, ayolning ota-bobolaridagi shon-sharaf tufayli unga uylansa, Alloh unga pastkashlikni ko\u02bbpaytirib beradi. Kimki, ko\u02bbzini haromdan tiyish uchun, zinodan saqlanish uchun uylansa, Alloh ayolni eriga, erni ayoliga barakali qilib qo\u02bbyadi\u201d [5:37].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom dogmatikasiga amal qilish erkak va ayol uchun shart qilib qo\u02bbyilgan. Ayol hayz, nifos va farzand tuqqandagi vaqtdan tashqari qolgan kunlari besh karra namozni kanda qilmasligi kerak. Masjidlarga qatnash borasida turli fikrlar mavjud. Ba\u02bczilar ayollar masjidga borishi mumkin, deb hisoblasa, boshqalar shart emas, degan fikrni bildiradi. Agar biz masjidni ijtimoiy-madaniy institut deb hisoblasak, ayollarning u yerga qatnashini taqiqlashimiz mumkin emas. Ha, Payg\u02bbambarimiz sollallohu alayhi vasallam ayollarga uyida, osoyishta xonada namoz o\u02bbqishi mumkinligini aytganlar, ammo u kishi ayollarni masjidga qatnashini taqiqlamaganlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islomning davlat va boshqarish tizimiga aralashishi, bu davlat va boshqarishning erkaklar qo\u02bblida bo\u02bblishiga, ya\u02bcni patriarxal munosabatlarning qaror topishiga olib kelgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Namozning o\u02bbziga xos jismoniy mashq ekanini aytib o\u02bbtish zarur. Shayx Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusufning yozishicha, bunday mashqlar inson organizmiga ijobiy ta\u02bcsir etadi va egiluvchanlik, chaqqonlik, o\u02bbz tanasini idora etish kabi odatlarni shakllantiradi. Shu bilan birga, namoz insonning fikrini Allohni anglashga qaratadi va odamlarni jamoa bo\u02bblib yashashga o\u02bbrgatadi [6:12-16].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islom dinida Ramazon va Qurbon bayramlari alohida voqelik sifatida nishonlanadi. Bayramlar insonni nimagadir umid qilib yashashga undaydi. Kutilayotgan tantanada odamlar uchrashadi, ma\u02bclum bir odatlarni takrorlaydi va hordiq oladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">XX asrda paydo bo\u02bblgan turli diniy ekstremistik oqimlar xotin-qizlardan foydalanayotgani sir emas. Aslida islom diniga ko\u02bbra shahidlik Allohning rizosi yo\u02bblida fidoiylik qilgan, iymonini, e\u02bctiqodini, nomusini, Vatan ozodligi va mustaqilligini saqlash yo\u02bblida halok bo\u02bblgan kishilarga Alloh tomonidan beriladigan daraja demakdir. Payg\u02bbambarimiz (S.A.V.) ichki kasalliklar xuruji bilan vafot etgan, joni, moli, or-nomusi himoyasi yo\u02bblida o\u02bbldirilgan va turli sabablar bilan fojiali halokatga uchragan kishilarga shahidlik maqomi berilishini bashorat qilganlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Demak, islomda boshqa savobli ishlar kabi shahidlik ham musulmon kishining ixlosu e\u02bctiqodi, amali va musibatlarga sabr-toqat qilishi evaziga beriladigan mukofot ekan. Ammo bizning asrimizda o\u02bbzini portlatish, terror amaliyotini amalga oshirish yo\u02bbli bilan begunoh kishilarning umriga zomin bo\u02bblayotganlar jinoyat sodir etayotgan gunohkor bandalardir. Ularning shahidlik da\u02bcvo qilishiga hech qanday shar\u02bciy asos yo\u02bbq [1:93]. Ekstremistik oqimlar ta\u02bcsiriga tushib qolayotgan xotin-qizlarning ko\u02bbpi Qur\u02bconi karim va hadislardan bexabar, shu bois ular dindan gapiruvchi kishilarga, ularning da\u02bcvatiga so\u02bbqirona ergashadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mutaxassislarning ta\u02bckidlashicha: \u201cQur\u02bcon yoki hadisdan gapiruvchi kishi avvalo arab tilini puxta bilishi bilan birga, tafsir kitoblari, fiqhga doir asarlardan yetarli darajada xabardor bo\u02bblishi shart. So\u02bbnggi yillarda xotin-qizlardan \u201cxudkush\u201d terrorchilarni tayyorlash ham ko\u02bbpayib ketganini ta\u02bckidlash zarur. O\u02bbrganish natijalari terrorchilar ayollarga nisbatan ong va xulqni modellashtirish, psixotexnik vositalar yordamida dasturlash, narkotik yoki psixotron moddalar bilan \u201cishlov berish\u201ddek manfur usullardan foydalanayotganini ko\u02bbrsatmoqda. Statistik ma\u02bclumotlarga qaraganda, Shri-Lankada uzoq yillar davomida faoliyat ko\u02bbrsatib kelgan \u201cTamil Ilama ozodlik yo\u02bblbarslari\u201d nomli terrorchi tashkilot o\u02bbzining amalga oshirgan terrorchilik harakatlarining deyarli 70 foizida xotin-qizlardan foydalangani ham bunday xulosalarning o\u02bbrinli ekanini ko\u02bbrsatadi\u201d [1:102-103].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">E\u02bctiqod ertadan kechgacha namoz va Qur\u02bcon o\u02bbqish, faqat tavhid va uning haqligi haqida fikr yuritishdan iborat emas. Inson jinsidan qat\u02bci nazar, qotgan tasavvurlar, tushunchalar, hatto turg\u02bbun hayot tarzi bilan yashay olmaydi, bugungi global o\u02bbzgarishlar uni dinamik tarzda yangilanib, ijtimoiy hayot talablariga muvofiqlashib borishga undaydi. Dinamizm ijtimoiy munosabatlar ichida yashayotgan subyektlarga \u2013 davlatga, korporatsiyaga, ta\u02bclim muassasalariga, tadbirkorlarga, fuqarolik jamiyati institutlariga, shu jumladan, dinga ham taalluqlidir.
