Inson o\u02bbzining intellektual va tarbiyaviy qarashlarida tarixning barcha qadriyatlaridan ustun turadi va u tarixni takomillashtirishga qodir\u201d [2:61].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ye.E.Bertelsning fikricha, Jomiyni barkamol inson g\u02bboyasi ilhomlantirdi, u tasavvufiy risolalarning muallifi va sharhlovchisi, tasavvufiy she\u02bcrlar va g\u02bbazallarning muallifi sifatida ikki rolni ijro etdi. Birinchi holda u Ibn Arabiy tushunchalari va Naqshbandning axloqiy ta\u02bclimotlarini rivojlantiradi. U odatda ijro etadi. Ammo Jomiy, Aristoteldan farqli o\u02bblaroq, ularni jamiyat va davlat hayotiga amaliy ravishda tatbiq etishga ko\u02bbproq moyil. U bu mujassamlashish usullarini \u201cxukmdorlarga o\u02bbrgatish\u201d orqali tushuntiradi. U davrda siyosiy, huquqiy va axloqiy janrga talab katta edi. Jomiy uchun shaxs va jamiyatning xulq-atvori haqidagi mavhum nazariy bilim muhim emasdi. U davlat rahbarining xulq-atvori va turmush tarzini tahlil qilish va uning subyektlari bilan munosabatlarini, didaktik xarakterdagi muammolarni, odob-axloq qoidalarini o\u02bbrganishni afzal ko\u02bbrar edi. U Aristotelning fazilatlari sifatida \u201caqliy \u2013 donolik, aql va ehtiyotkorlik\u201d va \u201caxloqiy \u2013 saxiylik va ehtiyotkorlik\u201dni keltiradi [4:2].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ye.E.Bertelsning ta\u02bckidlashicha, Jomiyning she\u02bcrlariga insonparvarlik g\u02bboyalari singdirilgan. U qahramonlariga hamdardlik bilan qaraydi. Shoir gumanistik g\u02bboyalarga sodiq qolgan holda Aleksandr Makedonskiydan dono, adolatli podshoh Iskandarni yaratadi va uni o\u02bbz davrining ideal hukmdorlari qatoriga ko\u02bbtaradi. \u201cIskandarning hikmatlar kitobi\u201d she\u02bcrida johil podshohlarni ochiq tanqid qilib, ularga dono qahramoni bilan qarshi chiqadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Va agar shoh dono odam bo\u02bblmasa,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U vatanni toj bilan yoritmaydi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Va agar shoh jaholat botqog\u02bbiga botgan bo\u02bblsa,<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U xalq uchun va siz uchun qayg\u02bbu. [5:393]<\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ye.E.Bertelsning fikricha, kamolot muammosi mutafakkir ta\u02bclimotidagi boshqa axloqiy muammolar singari ko\u02bbp qirralidir. Komil inson kundalik hayotda axloqiy ko\u02bbrsatmalarga amal qilib, jamiyatda mavjud bo\u02bblish uchun yaxshi sharoit yaratishga hissa qo\u02bbshadi, tajovuzkor munosabatlarni zararsizlantiradi. Barkamol insonning yuksak axloqiy tamoyillari yovuzlik oldida o\u02bbzini kamtar tutishini anglatmaydi. Komil inson uchun yomonlik qilish juda qiyin. Ye.E.Bertels ta\u02bckidlaganidek, \u201cJomiyning axloqiy fazilatlari juda yuqori bo\u02bblgani bilan xarakterlidir, chunki u o\u02bbz ta\u02bclimotida baribir hukmron musulmonlar bilan hisoblashadi\u201d [6:267].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, Jomiyning asarlaridan so\u02bbfiylik tariqati maqomotining talablariga asoslangan zarur axloqiy fazilatlar haqidagi gaplarni topishingiz mumkin. Ye.E.Bertels Jomiyning davlat boshqaruviga doir qarashlarida hukmdorning shaxsiy sifatlarini uning qalbiga ta\u02bcsir o\u02bbtkazish orqali yumshatishga qaratganiga e\u02bctibor beradi. Uning ikki buyuk didaktik asarlaridan biri: \u201c<strong><em>Lujjat<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>u<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>l<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>asror<\/em><\/strong>\u201d (\u201cSirlar dengizi\u201d) asari 98 baytdan tashkil topgan. Jomiy asarning kirish qismida podsho hokimiyatining zaif tomonlari va zulmga to\u02bbla faoliyati haqida so\u02bbz yuritadi. Uning fikricha, boylikka ega bo\u02bblmagan odamlar mol-davlati bo\u02bblish-bo\u02bblmasligidan qat\u02bci nazar zararli nafsini tiya olmaydi [6:250].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jomiyning fikricha, haqiqiy hukmdor har qanday talablarga axloq bilan javob berishi, zarur axloqiy fazilatlarga ega bo\u02bblishi va davlatni axloqiy tamoyillar asosida boshqarishi kerak. Shunday qilib, mutafakkir davlatning axloqiy bahosiga yaqinlashdi va \u201caxloqiy davlat\u201d g\u02bboyasini asosladi. Uni amalga oshirishni butun axloqiy to\u02bbplamga qat\u02bciy rioya qilish, donishmand hukumatning prinsip va talablari (saxiylik, halollik, rostgo\u02bbylik, yon berish, mehribonlik) bilan bog\u02bblaydi. Bu bilan Jomiy o\u02bbzi himoya qilgan boshqa baholash qiymatlarini to\u02bbldiradi, axloqiy mezon normalariga hissa qo\u02bbshadi [7:24].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jomiy nafaqat o\u02bbz asarlarida, balki hayotda ham yoshlarni bilimlarni o\u02bbzlashtirishga va ilm-fan asoslarini o\u02bbrganishga chaqiradi. So\u02bbfiylik ta\u02bclimotini yaxshi ko\u02bbradigan Hirot yoshlari bilan suhbatlarda ularga bunday ko\u02bbrsatma beradi: \u201cMovarounnahrga sayohat sizni so\u02bbfiylik bilan butunlay olib ketdi va sizni ilmiy bilim olishdan saqladi. Barcha fikrlar ilm va donolikni egallashga yo\u02bbnaltirilgan bo\u02bblishi kerak. Biz johil so\u02bbfiylar hayot tarzining barcha xususiyatlarini yaxshi o\u02bbrganib chiqdik. Bu odamlarning hammasi qorong\u02bbu va zararlidir\u201d [8:55].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jomiyning bir necha asrlar avval ilgari surgan bu g\u02bboyaviy fikrlari bugungi kunda ham o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotgan emas. Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyev ta\u02bckidlaganidek, \u201cAlbatta biz mustaqil fikrlaydigan, zamonaviy bilim va kasb-hunarlarni egallagan mustahkam hayotiy pozitsiyaga ega bo\u02bblgan yoshlarni tarbiyalash bo\u02bbyicha katta ishlarni amalga oshirmoqdamiz\u2026, \u201commaviy madaniyat\u201d kabi tahdidlar kuchayayotganligini hisobga oladigan bo\u02bblsak, farzandlarimiz tarbiyasi, ma\u02bcnaviy-ma\u02bcrifiy sohadagi ishlarimizni bir zum ham susaytirmasdan, ayniqsa ularni yangi bocqichga ko\u02bbtarishimiz zarur\u201d [9:17].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jomiy axloqiy ta\u02bclimotini biron bir asarida aniq ko\u02bbrsatmagan. Bu uning she\u02bcriy va prozaik asarlariga singib ketgan va bu shoir-mutafakkirning axloqiy tamoyillarini o\u02bbrganishni juda qiyinlashtiradi. Jomiyga tegishli \u201cta\u02bclimot\u201d mualliflari axloq va axloqiy muammolarga ahamiyat berdi. Bu holat mukammal insonning yangi idealini shakllantirish bilan bog\u02bbliq edi. Ularning deyarli barchasi majburiy itoatkorlik, sabr-toqat, rahm-shafqat, inson irodasi va ongining \u201chaddan tashqari\u201d da\u02bcvolarini bostirishni talab qilgan axloq muammolari bilan bir qatorda, ratsionalizm masalalariga, ratsional tabiat g\u02bboyalariga katta e\u02bctibor berdi. Bu mualliflar kelib chiqishi dvoryanligi inson zodagonligining asosi ekani to\u02bbg\u02bbrisidagi jamiyatda mavjud g\u02bboyalardan qoniqish hosil qilmadi. Ular dunyoviy axloqni asoslashga intilib, asosan insonning yer yuzidagi mavjudligi muammolariga e\u02bctibor qaratdi.
