Bu borada yoshlarni jadidlar tomonidan qoldirilgan ilmiy ma\u02bcnaviy meros, ularning ibratli hayot yo\u02bbli, hayotiy pozitsiyalari bilan hamohang tarzda tarbiyalash juda muhimdir. Jadid mutafakkirlari orasida Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning serqirra ijod faoliyati, hayotiy qarashlari, u tomonidan ilgari surilgan g\u02bboyalar bugungi kunda ham o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotmagan. Uning millat ravnaqi yo\u02bblidagi hayot yo\u02bblini teran anglagan holda \u2013 kelajakka qadam qo\u02bbyish, yoshlarda faol fuqarolik pozitsiyasini shakllantirishda muhimdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Maqolada jadidchilik harakatining yirik namoyandalaridan biri Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning ilmiy ma\u02bcnaviy merosining yoshlar tarbiyasidagi ahamiyati, hayot faoliyatidagi ibratli ishlari yoritilgan. Uning (Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning \u2013 G\u02bbM) serqirra ijodkor, islohotchi, milliy uyg\u02bbonish davri asoschilaridan biri sifatidagi faoliyati ochib berilgan. Shu o\u02bbrinda Prezidentimiz ta\u02bckidlaganidek: \u201cTurli ma\u02bcnaviy tahdidlarga qarshi bizning havas qilsa arziydigan buyuk tariximiz bor, havas qilsa arziydigan ulug\u02bb ajdodlarimiz bor\u201d[1].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Darhaqiqat, Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning hayot yo\u02bbli, ilmiy faoliyati, uning millat ravnaqi yo\u02bblidagi jonkuyarligi chin insonga xos fazilatlardir. Uning adabiy va tarixiy merosini milliy qadriyatlarning tiklanish jarayoniga joriy etish, keng ommaga ayniqsa hozirgi kunda o\u02bbsib kelayotgan yosh avlodni yetuk qilib tarbiyalashda muhim o\u02bbrin tutadi. Ibrat yoshlarni ma\u02bcnaviy dunyoqarashini o\u02bbstirishda kitob o\u02bbqishga, bilimli bo\u02bblishga chaqiradi, u xalq kelajagini ma\u02bcrifatda deb biladi. Muhimi, Ibrat barcha kulfatlarning debochasi ilmsizlikdir, yangi islohotlardan hikmat olish kerakligini ta\u02bckidlaydi.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat 1887 yilda chet el safariga \u2013 onasini Makkaga olib borishga otlanadi. Ahamiyatlisi Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning onasini Makkaga olib borishi uning axloqiy qarashlaridagi yetuk tarbiyaga ega ekanligidan dalolat beradi. Islom dinidagi yetuk qadriyat hisoblangan, ota-onaga hurmat ma\u02bcrifatparvar hayotida o\u02bbz aksini topgan. Bu esa hozirga davr ijtimoiy hayotidagi ko\u02bbzga tashlanadigan muammolardan biridir. Bu o\u02bbrinda ham uning hayoti bugungi kun uchun axloq namunasidir. Safar davomida Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat chet el xalqlari madaniyati, tarixi, ilm-fani yutuqlari bilan yaqindan tanishadi. Uning serqirra ijodkor sifatida ayniqsa, olti tilda yaratilgan asari \u201cLug\u02bbati sitta al-sina\u201d o\u02bbsha davrda barcha jadid maktablari uchun chet tillarni o\u02bbrganishda muhim qo\u02bbllanma vazifasini bajargan. Lekin Turkistonda joriy etilgan qattiq senzura oqibatida asarning bosmadan chiqishi ancha kechikadi. Arxivda Ibratning N.Ostroumov nomiga yozilgan ikki maktubi saqlanadi. Jumladan: \u201c1900 yilda 26 fevralda. Hurmatlu Ostroumov huzurlariga savolnoma: Ushbu barobarinda siz ulug\u02bb martabadan o\u02bbtunib so\u02bbraymanki, 1898-inchi yilda sizdan iltimos qilib edim, o\u02bbz tasniflarimdan olti til uzra \u201cSittati alsina\u201d degan slovar kitobni bosma qilmoq uchun. Marhamat qilib ikki juz yuboring, ko\u02bbrmoq uchun, degan ekansiz\u2026boz bo\u02bblak maslahat qilsak, deb iltimos qiluvchi Is\u02bchoqhon to\u02bbradurman\u201d[3: 15-16].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 Ibratning chet tillarni o\u02bbrganish yo\u02bblidagi sa\u02bcyi-harakatlari tahsinga sazovordir. Hozirgi davrda O\u02bbzbekiston jahon integratsiyasiga kirib borar ekan, chet tillarni o\u02bbrganish qanchalik muhim ekanligini anglab yetdik. Baholanki, bobomiz kelajak hayotni mazkur jihatlarni bir asr avval anglab yetgan edi. Ibratning ma\u02bcrifatparvarlik g\u02bboyalari asosida nafaqat xalq balki, butun millat taraqqiyotida ma\u02bcnaviyat va bilimning ahamiyati\u00a0 naqadar beqiyos ekanligi yotadi. Ayrim jihatlarga e\u02bctibor qaratsak Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat islom dinining ijtimoiy hayotdagi o\u02bbrniga o\u02bbz asarlarida ko\u02bbproq urg\u02bbu beradi. Aynan uning (Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning \u2013 G\u02bbM) \u201cMezon uz-zamon\u201d asarida ma\u02bcnaviy qadriyatlarning mustahkamlashdagi asosiy mezonlar sanab o\u02bbtilgan. Asarning muqaddima qismida Ibrat zamondoshlari bo\u02bblgan kishilarga \u2013 shayxlar, din peshvolari, olimlar, boylar, hokimlar va butun islom ahlini mol-dunyoga hirs qo\u02bbyishdan tiyilishga chaqiradi. Allohning boylikka, kibrga ruju qo\u02bbygan bandalarini nafaqat islom dinida balki, boshqa dinlarda ham jazolashi aytib o\u02bbtilgan. Asarda Ibrat Qur\u02bcon oyatlaridan foydalanib odamlarni yaxshilikka, ezgulikka boshqarib yomonlikdan qaytarishni o\u02bbz oldiga maqsad qilib qo\u02bbyadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hozirgi fuqarolik jamiyati va erkin demokratik davlat qurayotgan O\u02bbzbekistonda qonun ustuvorligi xalqimizni huquqiy jihatdan, din esa ma\u02bcnaviy jihatdan tarbiyalashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etmog\u02bbi lozim. Jumladan, mazkur asarda yoshlar tarbiyasiga doir quyidagi fikrlarni ta\u02bckidlab o\u02bbtadi: \u201cAhliga zamon bir hokim, nufuz ul-ahkomdurki, imkonsiz farmoyishidan chiqib bo\u02bblmaydur. Zamon davrasida band yuradur. Ahlini (ng) avtorini ko\u02bbrub, o\u02bbz farzandining af\u02bcolini bilgandek, bu ahlini to vaqti kelmasa, bir ishga amr qilmaydur. Ovoni kelgan vaqtda joriy qilur. G\u02bbarbdan boshlab madaniyatga solub keldi, Sharq tarafga borub turadur. Na uchunki ahli arzdan ko\u02bbb inson anda emish. Alarni (ng) eskidan o\u02bbz sanoyi va kasbi kamolotlari bo\u02bblsa ham, madaniyati hozircha yo\u02bbq uchun, alarnni madaniyati qadimani hozirga korgar o\u02bblmishligi zamonga ma\u02bclum uchun Sharq ahlini G\u02bbarb ahlidek hunar va sanoiylar va intizomg\u02bba soladur[4: 14].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat mazkur jumlalarda yoshlarning ma\u02bclum bir yumush bilan shug\u02bbullanmasligi va ularni vaqti kelmasa hech kim bir ishga amr etmasligini ta\u02bckidlaydi. Sharq va G\u02bbarb madaniyatiga\u00a0 nazar tashlasak, g\u02bbarb ahli jamiyatni, insonlarni kasb va hunar orqali tartibga soladi. Sharq ahlida esa, kasb hunar egallash va o\u02bbz sohasi bo\u02bbyicha kamolotga erishish madaniyati\u00a0 to\u02bbla-to\u02bbkis shakllanmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 Darhaqiqat, Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat yashab, amalga oshirgan ishlari o\u02bbsha davr uchun ham bugungi kunda ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat jadidchilik harakatining yirik vakillaridan biri, matbaachi, publitsist, tarixchi, tilshunos va yana ko\u02bbplab sohalarda faoliyat olib borganligini o\u02bbziyoq bizda milliy faxr tuyg\u02bbusini uyg\u02bbotadi. Ta\u02bckidlab o\u02bbtishimiz joizki, Ibrat yashagan tahlikali davrda millat ravnaqi deya yashashning o\u02bbziyoq ma\u02bcrifatparvarning\u00a0 insoniy matonatidan dalolat beradi. Ayniqsa uning jamiyat ijtimoiy muhitining ko\u02bbpgina sohalarida rivojlanish uchun faqat o\u02bbqish va bilim olish kerak degan fikrlari yoshlarga bir chaqiriqdir. Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning chet davlatlarga safar qilishi uning dunyoqarashiga katta ta\u02bcsir ko\u02bbrsatadi. Uning quyidagi so\u02bbzlari fikrimizning yaqqol isbotidir. \u201cBizning Rusiyada Petrograd, Maskov, Ades (Odessa) va shunga o\u02bbxshash shaharlar bor. Fransiyada Faris, Berlin, Vena va Madrid, London, Rumo, Vashington, Sharqda Tokio, Istanbul. Mundan bo\u02bblak necha shaharlar bor, o\u02bbzi kichkina bo\u02bblsa ham madaniyat topgan. Bu madaniyat shaharlari madaniyatni nima birlan topgan? Ilm birlan,o\u02bbqub\u2026Madaniyatni topadurgan va yurguzadurgan asbobi ilm ekan\u201d[5: 112].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0 G\u02bbarbning ko\u02bbplab mamlakatlari rivojida, texnika taraqqiyotida ilm-fan va zamonaviy texnologiyaning asosida bilim yotishini aytib o\u02bbtadi. Shu bilan birga millat ravnaq topishida ma\u02bcnaviy jihatdan yuksak kamol topgan xalqning ham ahamiyati beqiyosdir. Albatta, shaxs ma\u02bcnaviyatini boyitishda ko\u02bbplab ajdodlarimiz qatori, Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat ilmiy merosining ham o\u02bbrni beqiyosdir. Uning g\u02bboyalarining asosida vatan ravnaqi va yurt kelajagini rivojlangan mamlakatlar qatorida ko\u02bbrishni orzu qilgan va erishishga yetaklovchi qarashlar yotadi. Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat hayotining ko\u02bbp yillari chet davlatlarda o\u02bbtadi. Shu vaqtlardan unumli foydalangan tilshunos ko\u02bbpgina tillar qatori boshqa xalqlar madaniyati, tarixi va taraqqiyot sabablarini o\u02bbrgandi. Uning (Is\u02bchoqhon Ibratning \u2013 G\u02bb.M) ko\u02bbpgina maqolalari ijtimoiy hayotning ma\u02bclum bir sohasiga bag\u02bbishlangan. Ibrat publistikasining ahamiyatli jihati shundaki, ularning aksariyati ma\u02bcrifatparvarlik ruhida yozilganligidadir. Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat shaxs ma\u02bcnaviyatini boyitishda din va ma\u02bcrifatning o\u02bbrnini alohida ta\u02bckidlab, bu o\u02bbrinda din fidoiylarining mas\u02bculyati benihoya katta ekanligini ko\u02bbrsatib o\u02bbtadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">U sermashaqqat og\u02bbir mehnat evaziga Namanganda \u201cMatbayi Is\u02bchoqiya\u201dni tashkil etdi. 1908\u00a0 \u2014 yilda tashkil etilgan bosmaxonada dastlab Ibratning \u201cSanati Ibrat qalami Mirrajab Bandiy\u201d asari chop etiladi. \u201c\u2026Nimarsalar, g\u02bboyat yahshi va nafis o\u02bbziga bop qog\u02bbozda chop qilib, ziynatlab, shoyon tomosha qilib, mushtariylarimiznng husni risolalarigaa mazhar bo\u02bblmoq say va ijtihodimizdir, xossatai vazifamizdir\u2026 Anqarib urufot bosmaxonasi ham ochilar, asboblari ham tayyor. Hukumatdan ijozat olingan\u201d[6: 117].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibrat tashkil etilgan bosmaxonaning shaxsiy muhrini ham ishlab chiqadi. Unda quyoshni nur sochayotgan tasviri tushirilgan edi. Uning markaziga esa \u201cilm\u201d so\u02bbzi o\u02bbyib yozilgan edi. Albatta, bunda katta ma\u02bcno bor, Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat ilmni nur taratib butun olamni yorituvchi quyoshga qiyoslaydi. Darhaqiqat, kitob ilm sarchashmasidir, undan inson olam-olam ma\u02bcno olishi mumkin. Bugungi davrda ham yoshlarimizning ma\u02bcnaviyatini boyitishda kitobning o\u02bbrni beqiyosdir. Ularni kitobga qiziqtirish ishlariga katta e\u02bctibor qaratilmoqda, ko\u02bbplab tanlovlar va musobaqalar, munosib rag\u02bbbatlantirish amalga oshirilmoqda. Kitob o\u02bbqish yoshlarni kitobga, ilmga muhabbat ruhida tarbiyalash bugungi kunning dolzarb muammosidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat publistikasining asosiy yo\u02bbnalishi \u2013 ma\u02bcrifatparvarlik g\u02bboyalarini tarannum etish edi. Shu bilan birga uning maqolalarida jadidchilik islohotlarining jamiyat hayotidagi ahamiyati ochib bergan. Ibrat maqolalari chor Rossiyasining Turkistonni ruslashtirish va mustamlaka tuzumini yanada mustahkamlash maqsadida joriy etilgan bir qancha matbuot nashrlarida chop etila boshladi. Qattiq nazorat (senzura) davrida bu kabi jadidchilik ruhidagi g\u02bboyalarni targ\u02bbib etishni o\u02bbzi katta jasorat edi. Uning (Ibratning \u2013 G\u02bbM) maqolalari jamiyatning barcha jabhalarini qamrab olgan bo\u02bblib, xalqni ma\u02bcrifatga madaniyatga eng muhimi g\u02bbaflat uyqusidan uyg\u02bbonishga chaqiradi. Jumladan Ibratning \u201cTurkiston viloyatining gazeti\u201dda bosilib chiqqan \u201cTo\u02bbraqo\u02bbrg\u02bbondan maktub\u201d maqolasida shunday deyiladi: \u201d\u2026Bul qarzdorliklar mulk alaimizni va obro\u02bblarimizni to\u02bbkmakka sabab bo\u02bblgan beilm, behisob, befikr va madaniyatsizliklarimiz, beparvoligimiz va erinchoqligimizdir\u2026Hech kimda xalqg\u02bba nasihat yo\u02bbq bo\u02bblsa ham qulog\u02bbiga olmaylar. Yoshlar bo\u02bblsa, kukli ila yaradurlar.Qarilar ahli ayolini betartibda, ahloqsiz qilib o\u02bbstirgan. Uylangandim so\u02bbng rosxud otasidan yeydur. Otasi biror kun kamroq rosxud bersa, oni o\u02bbldurmakda. \u201dO\u02bbzidan chiqqan balog\u02bba qayga borsin davoga\u201d. Bu mubtalolik, jaholat tartibsiz bo\u02bblib, so\u02bbkub katta qilib, yoshlikda ko\u02bbchada yong\u02bboq, oshuq, ondin kattaroq bo\u02bblganda gapxonada safsata, azkiya degan behuda so\u02bbz urushmoq, so\u02bbkushmoqni ta\u02bclim oladur. Bu af\u02bcoli badlarni, bu maraz dardni dorusi ilmdur\u201d[7].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Maqolada Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat xalq ma\u02bcnaviyatining illatlarini, yoshlar tarbiyasining kamchiliklarida ota-onalarining rolini e\u02bctirof etadi. Yoshlikda bolaga bilim berish o\u02bbrniga uning ma\u02bcnaviyatini zaharlovchi illatlar tomon yetaklash jaholatga yetaklash bilan barobardir. Shu o\u02bbrinda ma\u02bcrifatparvarning bugungi kunda ham jamiyat rivojiga g\u02bbov bo\u02bbluvchi ko\u02bbpgina illatlarga qarshi kurashda bilimni, o\u02bbqishni yagona yechim sifatida ko\u02bbrsatadi. Prezidentimiz Sh.Mirziyoyevning to\u02bby hashamlarini tartibga solish va yoshlarda kitobxonlik madaniyatini shakllantirish borasidagi sa\u02bcy-harakatlari yuqoridagi fikrlarni nechog\u02bbli ahamiyatli ekanligidan dalolat beradi. Shu o\u02bbrinda ta\u02bckidlashimiz joizki, inson ma\u02bcnaviyatini boyitishda ilm ma\u02bcrifatni roli beqiyosdir. Albatta, jadid mutafakkirlarining ilgari surgan g\u02bboyalari, millat ravnaqi yo\u02bblida amalga oshirgan ishlari diqqatga sazovordir. Mustaqil O\u02bbzbekistonning bugungi taraqqiyot yo\u02bblida ayniqsa raqamli iqtisodiyot ilm-ma\u02bcrifat yilida jamiyatning barcha sohalariga joriy qilinishi muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Is\u02bchoqhon Ibrat ma\u02bcorif, ilm-fan, madaniyat, ma\u02bcnaviyat targ\u02bbibi va xalq ongining shakllanishida va uyg\u02bbonishida matbuotning o\u02bbrni beqiyos ekanligini anglagan edi. Shu bois 1913 yilda \u201cMatbaai Is\u02bchoqiya\u201d qoshida \u201cAt-tijor al-Namangan\u201d nomli gazeta chiqarish maqsadida sa\u02bcy-harakatlarini boshlab yubordi. Bu haqda Orenburgda chiqadigan \u201cVaqt gazetasi\u201d quyidagilarni yozadi: Namangan mo\u02bbtabar andin Is\u02bchoq qozi hazratlari \u201cAl-tijor al-Namangan\u201d isminda bir gazeta chiqararg\u02bba so\u02bbrab ariza berdi. Bu zot 1908-nchi yilda Namanganda bir matbaa ochgan edi. Bu yil Kutubxonai Is\u02bchoqiya\u201d isminda kutubxona ochib, turk, tatar, o\u02bbzek tillarinda bo\u02bblg\u02bbon adabiyot kitoblari oldirdi. Hozir gazeta chiqarmoq haddindadur. Chin ko\u02bbngildan muvaffaqiyat tilaymiz\u201d[8: 26].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mutafakkirning gazeta tashkil etish orzusi afsuski amalga oshmadi.
