Unda Sh.Ziyodov Markazda uning maqsad va vazifalariga ko\u02bbra olib borilayotgan faoliyat yo\u02bbnalishlari, xususan, dunyodagi ko\u02bbplab ilmiy muassasalar, jumladan Turkiyaning qator oliy o\u02bbquv yurtlari va ilmiy markazlari bilan yo\u02bblga qo\u02bbyilgan aloqalarning ayni holati to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida ma\u02bclumot berdi. Dr. Mahmud Erol Qilich esa ikki markaz o\u02bbrtasidagi hamkorlik asosidagi ishlarni yanada jadal suratlarda tashkil etishdan manfaatdor ekanini ta\u02bckidladi.
