Ammo biz yashayotgan XXI asrda bu masala har qachongidan ham dolzarb bo\u02bblib qolmoqda.\u00a0<strong>\u201cTarbiya qancha mukammal bo\u02bblsa, xalq shuncha baxtli yashaydi\u201d<\/strong>, deydi donishmandlar. Tarbiya mukammal bo\u02bblishi uchun esa yosh avlod ongida vakuum paydo bo\u02bblishiga mutlaqo yo\u02bbl qo\u02bbymaslik kerak. Barchaga ayonki, hozirgi kunda dunyo miqyosida beshafqat raqobat, qarama-qarshilik va ziddiyatlar tobora keskin tus olmoqda. Diniy ekstremizm, terrorizm, giyohvandlik, odam savdosi, \u201commaviy madaniyat\u201d kabi xavf-xatarlar kuchayib, odamzot asrlar davomida amal qilib kelgan e\u02bctiqodga, oilaviy va milliy-ma\u02bcnaviy qadriyatlarga putur yetkazmoqda. Mana shunday va boshqa ko\u02bbplab tahdidlar insoniyat hayotida jiddiy muammolarni keltirib chiqarayotgani ayni haqiqat va buni hech kim inkor etolmaydi\u201d, deydi O\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti Sh.Mirzyoyev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Darhaqiqat, Vatanga sadoqat, xalq farovonligi va baxtu iqboli, yorug\u02bb kelajagi uchun har qanday sinov va mashaqqatlarga tayyor turish, shu ulug\u02bb maqsadlarga erishishni oliy saodat, o\u02bbz hayotining mazmuni deb biladigan insonlarni tarbiyalash eng ustuvor vazifalardandir. Zamonaviy bilim va ko\u02bbnikmalarga ega, mamlakatning munosib kelajagi uchun javobgarlikni o\u02bbz zimmasiga ola biladigan barkamol, maqsadga intiluvchan va serg\u02bbayrat yoshlarni tarbiyalash mamlakatni barqaror va ildam rivojlantirishning eng muhim shartidir. Zero, har bir millatning saodati, davlatlarning tinchligi va rohati yoshlarning yaxshi tarbiyasiga bog\u02bbliqdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Insoniyat bugungi kunda globallashuv deb atalgan nihoyatda murakkab bir davrni boshdan kechirmoqda. Dunyoda yuz berayotgan turli voqea-hodisalar, axborotlarning shiddatli oqimi, yot g\u02bboya va \u201cmadaniyatlar\u201d xuruji hammadan o\u02bbta hushyorlikni talab qilmoqda, hayotga yangicha nigoh bilan qarashga undamoqda. Kelajak avlodning ruhiy-ma\u02bcnaviy qiyofasi qanday bo\u02bblishini bugungi kun yoshlarining dunyoqarashi, axloq-odobi, ilmga bo\u02bblgan intilishiga qarab tasavvur etish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Bugungi globallashuv sharoitida yoshlarning tafakkuri, mafkurasi va dunyoqarashida paydo bo\u02bblayotgan ko\u02bbplab bo\u02bbshliqlarni o\u02bbtkinchi g\u02bboya va axborotlar to\u02bbldirmasligi uchun ularga oila, ta\u02bclim muassasalari, jamiyat to\u02bbg\u02bbri ijtimoiy tarbiya berishi lozim. Yosh avlod ongiga halollik, odillik, insonparvarlik, bag\u02bbrikenglik, mehr-oqibatlilik, yaxshilik, muruvvat, saxovat kabi fazilatlarni singdirish, ularga yomonlik, yovuzlik, o\u02bbg\u02bbirlik, tekinxo\u02bbrlik, poraxo\u02bbrlik, shafqatsizlik kabi illatlar katta ijtimoiy tanazzul manbai ekanini tushuntirish sog\u02bblom tarbiya muhitini shakllantirish zarurligini ko\u02bbrsatmoqda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Buning uchun avvalo jamiyatda ijtimoiy nazorat yo\u02bblga qo\u02bbyilishi, oilada ota-onalarning farzandlar bilan muloqot, so\u02bbrov, tinglash, rejalarni konstruktiv maslahat-nasihat shaklida muhokama va tahlil qilish orqali ular dunyoqarashini shakllantirishda faol bo\u02bblishi talab etiladi. Chunki \u201cYomonning, yomonlikning bittasi ham ko\u02bbp\u201d mazmundagi xalq maqolidan yosh avlod tarbiyasida arzimas darajadagi e\u02bctiborsizlik va loqaydlik ham katta salbiy oqibatlarga sabab bo\u02bblishi anglanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dunyoqarashga doir sinergetik (sinergetika \u2013 lotincha \u201chamkorlikdagi harakat\u201d ma\u02bcnosini bildirib, murakkablik, murakkab sistemalarning hamkorlikdagi o\u02bbzini o\u02bbzi rivojlantirish haqidagi fan) g\u02bboyalar talqini olamni yaxlit va ochiq idrok etish uchun muhim asos bo\u02bblib xizmat qiladi. Shuning uchun ham kishilik madaniyati ta\u02bclim-tarbiyaga, milliy qadriyatlarga, ulug\u02bb ajdodlarning ilmiy-ma\u02bcnaviy merosiga avlodlararo axborot uzatishning samarali usuli sifatida tayanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Shu nuqtai nazardan qaraganda, buyuk mutafakkir Alisher Navoiy shaxsi va ma\u02bcnaviy merosi attraktor (attractor \u2013 inglizchada o\u02bbziga jalb qiluvchi, o\u02bbziga tortuvchi ma\u02bcnolarini anglatadi) sifatida kishini o\u02bbz-o\u02bbzini tashkillashtirishga, takomillikka yo\u02bbnaltiruvchi kuch bo\u02bblib xizmat qiladi. Mutafakkir \u201cMahbubul qulub\u201d asarini yozishdan asosiy maqsad boshqalarni o\u02bbz hayot tajribasidan, jamiyat a\u02bczolari fe\u02bcl-atvoriga xos murakkab jihatlardan ogoh etish orqali ularni to\u02bbg\u02bbri yo\u02bblga boshlashdan iboratligini bayon qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Obyektiv reallikning ideal normativlariga mos ravishda yangilash qadriyat tushunchasi bilan bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblib, qadriyat \u2013 bu idealning pragmatik aspektining moddiy timsolidir. Istalgan konkret bir jamiyatning qadriyatlar tizimi o\u02bbsha jamiyatning madaniy saviyasiga, darajasiga bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bbladi. Madaniyatning ijodiy ravnaqi va gullab yashnashi oddiy attraktorga tortilish (xaosdan tartibga o\u02bbtish) bilan, madaniyatning tushkunligi va degradatsiyasi esa g\u02bbalati attraktorga tomon harakatlanish orqali tushuntiriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Alisher Navoiy buyuk attraktor sifatida o\u02bbzining butun hayoti, faoliyati va ijodining mazmun-mohiyatini xalqqa, insoniyatga xizmat qilishdan iborat deb biladi va asarlarida buni keng targ\u02bbib etadi, jumladan, \u201cHayratul abror\u201d dostonida bunday yozadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Odamiy ersang, demagil odamiy<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Oniki yo\u02bbq xalq g\u02bbamidin g\u02bbami<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mutafakkir ijodiyotida ma\u02bcrifat targ\u02bbibi, jaholatga barham beruvchi kuch sifatida ilmni ulug\u02bblash yo\u02bbnalishi yetakchilik qiladi. Navoiy badiiy qahramonlarini yoshlikdan ilmga chanqoq, hunarga ishtiyoqmand kishilar sifatida tavsiflaydi. Ularning ayrimlari mashhur allomalar qo\u02bblida tarbiya ko\u02bbradi. Shu buyuk zotlardan fan sirlarini o\u02bbrganib, ma\u02bcnaviy kamolot yo\u02bbllarini kashf etadi. Shoir \u201cFarhod va Shirin\u201d dostoni qahramoni Farhodning yoshligidayoq mavjud ilmlarning barchasini o\u02bbzlashtirganini qayd etib, uni kelajak avlodga ibrat qilib ko\u02bbrsatadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Jahonda qolmadi ul yetmagan ilm,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Bilib tahqiqini kasb etmagan ilm.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Farhodning katta jismoniy qudrat, favqulodda zo\u02bbr harbiy qobiliyat, betakror iste\u02bcdod egasigina emas, balki yuksak ma\u02bcnaviyat sohibi sifatida tasvirlanganidan komillikka intilish odamni har jihatdan yuksaltirishi anglanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Alisher Navoiy \u201cG\u02bbaroyibus sig\u02bbar\u201d asarida insoniylikning, hayotning mazmun-mohiyati haqida fikr yuritar ekan, umrning muvaqqatligini ta\u02bckidlab, bu yo\u02bblni ziyraklik bilan bosib o\u02bbtmoq lozimligini, uning xayrli oqibati uchun qayg\u02bburmoq kerakligini bayon etadi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Kamol et kasbkim, olam uyidin<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Sanga farz o\u02bblmag\u02bbay g\u02bbamnok chiqmoq.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Jahondin notamom o\u02bbtmak biaynih<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Erur hammomdin nopok chiqmoq.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ilm olishdan ko\u02bbzlangan asosiy maqsad mushkullik va muammolarni bartaraf etishda undan foydalanish, o\u02bbrganganiga hayotda amal qilishdan iboratligi ta\u02bckidlanadi. Navoiy kishining ma\u02bcnaviy komilligi negizida bilim va tajriba yotishini aytadi. Uning fikricha, ilm diniy va dunyoviy bilimlar uyg\u02bbunligida namoyon bo\u02bbladi. Kishilik sivilizatsiyasi taraqqiyotiga katta hissa qo\u02bbshgan aksariyat ulug\u02bb ajdodlar ham diniy, ham dunyoviy bilimlarni chuqur o\u02bbrganib, ikki yo\u02bbnalishda birdek samarali ijod qilgan. Ayni bu holat bugungi globallashuv davrida ham barkamol avlodni tarbiyalashda insoniyat yaratgan barcha axloqiy va diniy qadriyatlarning uyg\u02bbunligiga erishish lozimligini taqozo etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Har qanday murakkab reallikning o\u02bbz tuzilmasi, rivojlanish qonuniyatlari va sistemasi mavjud bo\u02bblib, sinergetik metodologiya tartibsizlikdagi tartibni, murakkablikdagi oddiylikni ko\u02bbrish imkonini yaratadi.
