Majduddin Ustrushaniyning ilmiy-ma\u02bcnaviy merosini \u201cKitobul fusul\u201d, \u201cJome\u02bc ahkomis sig\u02bbor\u201d, \u201cKurratul aynayn fi islohid dorayn\u201d, \u201cAl-Fatovo\u201d, \u201cAl-Kurud vad duyun\u201d va \u201cAl-As\u02bcila val ajviba\u201d kabi fiqhiy asarlari tashkil etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Faqihning<strong>\u00a0\u201cal-As\u02bcila va-l-ajviba\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>(\u201cSavollar va javoblar\u201d) deb nomlangan asarida, XII asrning ikkinchi yarmi va XIII asrning boshida Movarounnahrdagi ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy hayot, xalqlarning urf-odatiga oid qimmatli ma\u02bclumotlar uchraydi. Musannif bu asarida XIII asrgacha ijod qilib o\u02bbtgan hanafiy ulamo va faqihlarning turli mavzulardagi fiqhiy savollarga bergan javoblarini arab ba\u02bczan fors tilida naql qiladi. Bu asar so\u02bbralgan masalalar tahorat, namoz, zakot, ro\u02bbza, haj kabi ibodatga doir hamda nikoh, taloq, qasam, jinoyat va jazo, tijorat, halol va harom kabi ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, madaniy-ma\u02bcrifiy mavzulardagi savollarga hanafiy mazhabi nuqtai nazaridan berilgan fatvolar majmuidir. Ular islom olamida shuhrat topgan yuzdan ortiq faqih va mujtahidlarning bergan fatvolaridan iborat. Fatvolar yetmishdan ortiq eng mashhur fiqhiy asarlardan saralab olinib, naql qilingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cAl-As\u02bcila va-l-ajviba\u201d asari 637\/1240 yil 28 mayda yozib tamomlangan [1:213-214]. Fiqhga oid mazkur asarda XII asrning ikkinchi yarmi va XIII asrning birinchi yarmida Movarounnahrdagi ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy hayot, xalqlarning urf-odatiga oid qimmatli ma\u02bclumotlarni uchratish mumkin. Furu\u02bc al-fiqhga oid savol-javob tariqasida tuzilgan bu asarning 65% ni arab tilidagi va 35% ni fors tilidagi fatvolar tashkil qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u201cAl-As\u02bcila va-l-ajviba\u201d asariga o\u02bbxshash \u201csavol-javob\u201d tariqasida tuzilgan asarlar hanafiy mazhabi tarixida ma\u02bclum. Qo\u02bblyozmaning umumiy hajmi 222 varaq bo\u02bblib, sharqona uslubda muqovalangan, karton muqova ustiga jigarrang qog\u02bboz yopishtirilgan. Qog\u02bboz o\u02bblchami 26&#215;16 sm. Matn o\u02bblchami 21&#215;11. Har varaqda 25 satr bor. Qog\u02bbozi sariq rang, qalin sharq qog\u02bbozi. Yozuvi nasx. Varaqlar sharqona uslubda raqamlangan. Poygirlar mavjud. Nusxa Farid ibn Mahmud ibn Muhammadshoh ibn Hasan Jarzuvoni tomonidan 785\/1383 yilda ko\u02bbchirilgan. Qo\u02bblyozma vaqf qilingan. Qo\u02bblyozmaning har bir varag\u02bbiga qo\u02bbyilgan muhr bundan dalolat beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mazkur yig\u02bbma qo\u02bblyozma kitobda ikki asar jamlangan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">a) Muhammad ibn Mahmud Ustrushaniyning\u00a0<em>\u201cal-As\u02bcila va-l-ajviba\u201d<\/em>\u00a0asari. Yig\u02bbma qo\u02bblyozmada uchta asar jamlangan bo\u02bblib, umumiy hajmi 296 varaq. Qo\u02bblyozma sharqona uslubda muqovalangan bo\u02bblib, karton muqova ustiga yashil qog\u02bboz yopishtirilgan. Muqovada shams va lola medalonlari bor. Qog\u02bboz o\u02bblchami 29&#215;15 sm. Matn o\u02bblchami 22x11sm. Har bir varaq 27 satrdan iborat. Qog\u02bbozi sariq rangli, qalin sharq qog\u02bbozi. Xati \u2013 nasx. Varaqlar sharqona uslubda raqamlangan. Poygirlar mavjud. Ko\u02bbchiruvchisi noma\u02bclum. Qo\u02bblyozma 1211\/1796 yilda Muhammad Aziz ibn Xudayor tomonidan vaqf qilingan. Qo\u02bblyozmaning har to\u02bbrt varag\u02bbiga bitta qo\u02bbyilgan muhr bundan dalolat beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mazkur yig\u02bbma qo\u02bblyozma tarkibida quyidagi asarlar mavjud:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">a) Abu-l-Lay\u01d2 Nasr ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ibrohim Samarqandi (301\/913 \u2013 375\/985 y.)ning\u00a0<em>\u00abBuston al-orif<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>n\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0asari. Mazkur yig\u02bbma qo\u02bblyozmada beshta asar jamlangan. Qo\u02bblyozmaning umumiy hajmi 258 varaq. Qo\u02bblyozma sharqona uslubda muqovalangan, karton muqova ustiga to\u02bbq yashil rang qog\u02bboz yopishtirilgan. Muqovada romb shaklidagi bitta katta va ikkita kichkina medalonlar bor. Qog\u02bbozi oq rang, qalin Xitoy qog\u02bbozi. Qog\u02bboz o\u02bblchami 20&#215;12 sm. matn o\u02bblchami 15,3&#215;7,3 sm. Har bir varaqda 19 satr bor. Qo\u02bblyozma Jaloluddin nomli shaxs tomonidan vaqf qilingan. Bu haqda qo\u02bblyozmadagi har bir asar boshida qo\u02bbyilgan muhr dalolat beradi. Qo\u02bblyozma 1230\/1815 yil 27 sentyabrda Abdulloh Balxiy nomli xattot tomonidan ko\u02bbchirib tugatilgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Mazkur yig\u02bbma qo\u02bblyozma tarkibida quyidagi asarlar mavjud:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">a) Muhammad Chalabiy Barakiy Rumiyning\u00a0<em>\u00abRisolat arkon a<\/em><em>s<\/em><em>\u2013<\/em><em>s<\/em><em>alot\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0asari.
