Ulardan o\u02bbn bittasini Abu Hanifaning xos shogirdi Makkiy ibn Ibrohimdan, oltitasini Abu Hanifaning boshqa shogirdi Abu Osim Nabiyl Zahhok ibn Mixladdan, uchtasini Imom Abu Yusuf va Imom Zufarning shogirdi Muhammad ibn Abdulloh Ansoriydan naql qilgan. Bu 22 rivoyatdan yigirmatasi hanafiy mazhabi shayxlariga tegishlidir. Qolgan ikkidan bittasi Xallod ibn Yahyo Kufiydan, yana biri Isom ibn Xolid Himsiydan\u00a0 rivoyat qilingan. Isom ibn Xolidning qaysi mazhabda bo\u02bblgani noaniq. Ushbu yigirma ikki rivoyat sanadi e\u02bctiboridan yigirma ikkita bo\u02bblishiga qaramay<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>, matni o\u02bbn yettitadir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriy sulosiy rivoyatlar bilan juda faxrlanar edi. Chunki, sulosiyotlarning sanadi eng oliydir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yahyo ibn Ma\u02bciyn vafot etayotganida bir kishi: \u201cNima xohlaysiz\u201d, deb so\u02bbradi. Shunda u: \u201cXoli uy va oliy sanadni\u201d, degan ekan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Ahmad ibn Hanbal oliy sanad haqida bunday degan: \u201cPeshqadamlar oliy sanadni sinchkovlik bilan qidirar edi\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>. Imom Abu Hanifaning aksariyat rivoyatlari sulosiy va ko\u02bbpi sunoiy (ikki roviy orqali yetib kelgan hadislar) edi. Jumladan, Abu Hanifaning \u201cMusnad\u201d va \u201cKitobul osor\u201d nomli asarlari bunga dalil bo\u02bbladi. U kishi Anas roziyallohu anhuni ziyorat qilib, ixtilofli bo\u02bblsa-da, rivoyat jihatidan u kishiga tobein bo\u02bblgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Abu Hanifaning sunoiyot va sulosiyotlariga ko\u02bbp ham e\u02bctibor berilmasligi achinarli holdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibn Mojaning to\u02bbplamida beshta sulosiyot mavjud<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a>. Imom Termiziyning \u201cJomi\u02bcut Termiziy\u201d asarida bitta rivoyat sulosiyot hisoblanadi<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a>. Imom Muslim, Imom Abu Dovud va Imom Nasoiyning to\u02bbplamlarida birorta sulosiyot zikr qilinmagan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mulla Ali Qori \u201cMirqot\u201dning muqaddimasida \u201cSunani Termiziy\u201dning \u201cFitnalar kitobi\u201d 73-bob, 2260-raqam ostida kelgan hadisni vahm bilan sunoiy deb aytgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a>. Lekin Mulla Ali Qori \u201cMishkot\u201dni sharh qilib, ayni o\u02bbsha hadisning izohiga yetib kelganida, uni sulosiy, deb yozgan<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a>. Lekin ularda sulosiy rivoyatlar mavjud emas. Faqat Imom Abu Dovud to\u02bbplamida bitta to\u02bbrt isnodli rivoyat sulosiyot hukmidadir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a>, ya\u02bcni muhaddisdan Rasululloh alayhissalomgacha to\u02bbrtta roviy mavjud bo\u02bblib, ulardan ikki roviy bir tabaqadan, ya\u02bcni tobeinlardan bo\u02bblgani uchun sulosiyot hukmida, deyiladi. Bunga hadis istilohida \u201c\u0631\u0628\u0627\u0639\u064a \u0641\u064a \u062d\u0643\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062b\u0644\u0627\u062b\u064a\u201d, deyiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Muslimning to\u02bbplamida biror rivoyat sulosiy emas. Lekin boshqa kitoblarida sulosiyotlar mavjud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriy va Imom Muslim to\u02bbplamlaridagi eng quyi (nozil) sanad to\u02bbqqiztalik, ya\u02bcni Payg\u02bbambarimiz sollallohu alayhi vasallam bilan musannif o\u02bbrtasida to\u02bbqqizta roviy mavjud bo\u02bblgan sanaddir. Istilohda bunga \u201ctusoiy\u201d deyiladi. Imom Termiziy va Imom Nasoiyning to\u02bbplamlaridagi eng quyi sanad o\u02bbntalik<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a>, ya\u02bcni musannif bilan Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi vasallam o\u02bbrtasida o\u02bbnta roviy bo\u02bblgan sanaddir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Abu Dovud to\u02bbplamidagi eng quyi sanad sakkiztalikdir. \u201cUqudul laaliy\u201d muallifining so\u02bbziga ko\u02bbra, Imom Ahmad ibn Hanbalning to\u02bbplamida o\u02bbttiz yetti hadis sulosiyotdir<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=19793#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Buxoriyning \u201cal-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201d asariga 7563 (yetti ming besh yuz oltmish uchta) hadis kiritilgan. Ularning sanadlariga qaraydigan bo\u02bblsak, uch roviydan boshlab, to to\u02bbqqiz nafar roviygacha rivoyatlar zanjirini ko\u02bbrishimiz mumkin. 7135-raqamli \u0648\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0644\u064c \u0644\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0628\u0650 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0634\u064e\u0631\u0651\u064d \u0642\u064e\u062f\u0652 \u0627\u0642\u0652\u062a\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064e \u2013 \u201cYaqinlashgan yomonlikdan arablar holiga voy!\u201d degan mazmundagi bittagina hadis to\u02bbqqiz roviylidir. Lekin bu hadis \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dda to\u02bbrt marta takrorlangan bo\u02bblib, boshqalarida sanad 7 roviylik bo\u02bblib keladi. Umuman esa, \u201cal-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201dasarida aksar rivoyatlar 5-6 roviylik hisoblanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dda atigi 22 (yigirma ikki) hadis uch roviylikdir. Sulosiyot roviylari sahoba \u2192 tobein \u2192 tab\u02bca tobein jamoasi bo\u02bblib, ular Rasululloh sollallohu alayhi va sallam maqtagan davrlarda yashagan zotlardir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"rtl\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u062e\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650 \u0642\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0646\u0650\u064a \u062b\u064f\u0645\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u064a\u064e\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062b\u064f\u0645\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u064a\u064e\u0644\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cOdamlarning yaxshisi mening davrimdagi (sahoba)lar, so\u02bbng ularga ergashgan (tobein)lar, so\u02bbng ularga ergashgan (tab\u02bca tobein)lardir!\u201d (Buxoriy, 3\/2651; Muslim, 4\/2533; Termiziy, 4\/2221).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d asrlar davomida alohida o\u02bbqitib-o\u02bbrganib kelingan. Manbalarda olimlar uni ustozi oldida o\u02bbqigani haqida alohida qayd qilingan, buning uchun alohida ijozatnomalar olingan. Binobarin, bugun ham ularni o\u02bbrganish va hadis matnidagi hukmlarga amal qilish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d asrlar davomida olimlarning diqqat-e\u02bctiborida bo\u02bblib kelgan. Bu sulosiy hadislarni \u201cal-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201dga sharh yozgan jami hadisshunos shorihlar sharhlagan. Ularni alohida izohlagan olimlar o\u02bbndan ortiq sharh yozgani ma\u02bclum. Bu sulosiylardan ayrimlarini keltiramiz:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1) \u201cSharh Sulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d. Abulxayr Muhammad ibn Abu Imron Muso Marvaziy Saffor (378-471 h.\/988-1078 m.) sharhi. U \u201cal-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201dning roviylaridan biri, mazkur shoh asarni o\u02bbqitish asnosida \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201dni alohida rivoyat qilib, izohlagan ilk olimdir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2) \u201cSharh Sulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d. Shamsiddin Muhammad ibn Abduddoim ibn Muso Birmoviy Misriy Shofe\u02bciy (763-831 h.\/1362-1428 m.) sharhi. U Misrda muftiy bo\u02bblgan, Baytulmuqaddasda vafot etgan. \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201ddan tashqari \u201cSahihul Buxoriy\u201dga \u201cal-Lome\u02bc as-sabih ala-l-Jome\u02bc as-sahih\u201d nomi bilan alohida sharh yozgan. Uning \u201cSharh Sulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d asari manzuma shaklidagi urjuza bo\u02bblib, bir necha marta nashr qilingan. Manzuma arab diyorlarida hozirgacha o\u02bbqib-o\u02bbrganib kelinadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3) \u201cTajrid Sulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d. Ibn Hajar Asqaloniy (773-852 h.\/1372-1449 m.) asari. Uni alohida to\u02bbplab, sharh qilgan. Shuningdek, bu olim \u201cSahih al-Buxoriy\u201dga bitgan ko\u02bbp jildlik \u201cFathul Boriy\u201d nomli sharhi bilan ham shuhrat qozongan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">4) \u201cAl-Faroid al-marviyyot fi favoid as-Sulosiyot\u201d. Muhammad ibn Ibrohim Hazramiy (vaf. 777 h.\/) asari. Qadimgi andalusiyalik mazkur olimning ushbu sharhi 2014 yili Misrda nashr qilingan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">5) \u201cSharh Sulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d. Muhammadshoh ibn Hasan ibn Muhammad Rumiy Hanafiy (vaf. 939 h.\/1532 m.) sharhi. U Ibn Hojj Hasan Rumiy nomi bilan tanilgan bo\u02bblib, \u201cTafsiri Qozi Bayzoviy\u201d va \u201cMuxtasarul Quduriy\u201d kabi asarlarga ham sharh yozgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O\u02bbzbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar Akademiyasi Abu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Sharqshunoslik instituti qo\u02bblyozmalar fondida \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201dning 6 ta nusxasi saqlanadi. Ular \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d va \u201cal-Ahodis as-sulosiyot\u201d nomlari bilan qayd qilingan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1) O\u02bbzR FA SHI-1, \u2116 4079\/II. Mazkur qo\u02bblyozma \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201dning eng qadimiy nusxalaridan biri bo\u02bblib, Samarqand qog\u02bboziga qora siyoh bilan nasx xatida kitobat qilingan. Ko\u02bbchirilgan sanasi sifatida 998.\/1590-91 yil qayd etilgan, lekin xattot nomi ko\u02bbrsatilmagan. Asar nusxasi Ibn Hajar Asqaloniy muqaddimasi bilan boshlangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mazkur qo\u02bblyozmaga Shamsiddin Jazariyning (751-833 h.\/1350-1429 m.) \u201cal-Hisn al-hasin\u201d, Muhyiddin Navaviyning (631-676 h.\/1233-1277) \u201cArba\u02bcin\u201d hamda \u201cQasidai Burda\u201d asarlari ham kiritilgan bo\u02bblib, \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201d 111b-116a varaqlarida joylashtirilgan. Hadis tartib raqamlari va zaruriy deb topilgan ayrim qaydlar qirmizi rangda berilgan. Matn har sahifada 11 satrdan joylashtirilgan bo\u02bblib, hoshiyada ayrim izohlar ham mavjud. Qo\u02bblyozma o\u02bblchami: 19&#215;13 sm., umumiy hajmi: 116 varaq. Muqova yaxshi saqlangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2) O\u02bbzR FA SHI-1, \u2116 7131\/IX. \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201dning qadimiy nusxalaridan biri bo\u02bblib, Samarqand qog\u02bboziga qora siyoh bilan nasta\u02bcliq xatida kitobat qilingan. Ko\u02bbchirilgan sanasi va xattot nomi ko\u02bbrsatilmagan. Biroq undan oldingi asar 1026\/1617 yili Samarqandda Muhammadquli ibn Oqmuhammad degan xattot tomonidan ko\u02bbchirilgani qayd qilingan. Husnixat uslubi va qog\u02bboz turidan ushbu shaxs shu sana chamasida buni ham kitobat qilgan, deb faraz mumkin. Mazkur nusxada ham Ibn Hajar Asqaloniy muqaddimasi mavjud. Qo\u02bblyozmaning 225a-226a varaqlarida, har sahifaga 27 satrdan iborat qilib ko\u02bbchirilgan. \u201cAl-Hadis\u201d so\u02bbzi qirmizi rangda. Qo\u02bblyozma majmua bo\u02bblib, o\u02bblchami:18&#215;26 sm., jami 18 ta asar kitobat qilingan. Muqova keyingi davrlarda ishlangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3) O\u02bbzR FA SHI-1, \u2116 2439\/V. Mazkur qo\u02bblyozma ham \u201cSulosiyotul Buxoriy\u201dning qadimiy nusxalaridan bo\u02bblib, Samarqand qog\u02bboziga qora rangda nasta\u02bcliq xatida kitobat qilingan. Kitobat sanasi va xattot nomi ko\u02bbrsatilmagan. Hadis raqamlari qirmizi rangda ajratib ko\u02bbrsatilgan. Qo\u02bblyozmaning 134b-141a varaqlarida har bir sahifada 9 satrdan qilib joylashtirilgan bu nusxa izohlar, so\u02bbzlarning lug\u02bbatlari bilan boyitilib, satrlar orasi va hoshiyalariga qaydlar yozilgan nusxa hisoblanadi. Bu uning keng iste\u02bcmolda bo\u02bblganini bildiradi. Qo\u02bblyozma 20&#215;12 sm. O\u02bblchamli, 259 varaqdan iborat majmua bo\u02bblib, unda 28 ta risola jamlangan.
