Natijada ko\u02bbplab hadis to\u02bbplamlari vujudga kelgan. Hadis to\u02bbplamlari orasida \u201csunan\u201d nomi bilan yuritiladigan asarlar alohida ahamiyatga ega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sunan so\u02bbzi sannat so\u02bbzining ko\u02bbpligi bo\u02bblib, odatlar, an\u02bcanalar va rivoyatlar ma\u02bcnolarini bildiradi. Hadis to\u02bbplami turi sifatida bunday asarlarda ahkom hadislar \u201ctahorat\u201d bobidan \u201cvasiyatlar\u201d bobigacha fiqh tartibi bo\u02bbyicha jamlangan bo\u02bbladi. Odatda bunday asarlarda aqida, tarix, manoqib kabi mavzular mavjud emas [1: 21]. Shuningdek, bunday asarlarda mavquf va mursal kabi hadis turlari ham yo\u02bbq. Chunki muhaddislar ularni sunnat deb hisoblamaydi. Bu turdagi kitoblar hijriy II asrning birinchi yarmidan (mil. VIII asrdan) yozila boshlangan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ba\u02bczi sunan kitoblarda ahkom hadislar bilan bir qatorda fazilatlar va zuhd mavzulariga oid rivoyatlar ham uchrab turadi. Bunga imom Doriymiy va Bayhaqiyning \u201cSunan\u201dlarini misol tariqasida keltirish mumkin. Bu holatda sunan kitoblar \u201cmusannaf\u201d va \u201cmuvatto\u201d to\u02bbplamlari bilan deyarli farqlanmasligi mumkin. Sunan nomi bilan juda ko\u02bbp kitoblar yozilgan. Ulardan sihohi sittaga kiruvchi imom Abu Dovud, Termiziy, Nasoiy va Ibn Mojalarning yozgan asarlari mashhur bo\u02bblib, ular \u201cto\u02bbrt sunan\u201d nomi bilan yuritiladi [2: 251]. Shuningdek, imom Doriymiy va Doraqutniyning asarlari ham keng tarqalgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Abu Dovudning \u201cSunan\u201di ham olti ishonchli hadis to\u02bbplamlari qatoriga kiradi. Imom Abu Dovud o\u02bbz \u201cSunan\u201diga besh yuz ming hadis orasidan to\u02bbrt ming sakkiz yuzini tanlab olib kiritgan. Bu hadislarning barchasi shariat ahkomlari haqida bo\u02bblib, ko\u02bbpi faqihlar orasida mashhurdir. Imom Abu Dovud \u201colti sahih\u201d sohiblari orasida Buxoriydan keyingi eng faqihi sanaladi. Shuning uchun \u201cSunan\u201d kitobi fiqh ilmining barcha boblarini va musulmon shaharlari ulamolarining o\u02bbzlariga dalil qiladigan va shunga muvofiq hukmlar chiqaradigan hadislarni o\u02bbzida jamlagan. Muhaddislar buni e\u02bctirof etib: \u201cShubhasiz, mujtahidlarga Qur\u02bconi karimdan keyin imom Abu Dovudning sunanlari kifoya qiladi\u201d, deganlar va kitobdagi har bir hadisni barcha fiqh olimlarining mazhablariga muvofiq keladigan, keng va mukammal bayon etgani sababli bu kitob faqihlar orasida mashhur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Sulaymon Xattobiy \u201cMa\u02bcolimus sunan\u201d kitobida: \u201cBu kitob barcha olimlar tarafidan go\u02bbzal qabul qilingan va turli mazhab fuqaholar tabaqotlari o\u02bbrtasida hakamlik maqomiga ega. Har bir faqih unga nazar solgan, undan foydalangan. Iroq, Misr, Mag\u02bbrib va musulmon shaharlari olimlari undan foydalangan. \u2026 Abu Dovudning kitobi fiqh bilan to\u02bbla, yozilishi ham go\u02bbzal\u2026\u201d, degan [3: 6].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Abu Dovud kitobga hadislarni yozish shartlari va darajasi haqida shunday deganlar: \u201cMen kitobimda sahih hadislar bilan birga, unga o\u02bbxshagan, unga yaqin bo\u02bblgan hadislarni ham zikr qildim\u201d. Boshqa o\u02bbrinda: \u201cKitobimga kiritilgan hadislarda, agar biroz qattiqlik bo\u02bblsa, men uni tushuntirdim. Men tushuntirmagan hadislar ham solih hadislar. Aslida hasan hadis qanday bo\u02bblishi to\u02bbg\u02bbrisida biror qoida yo\u02bbq\u201d, degan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Muhaddis Ibn Kasirning aytishicha, imom Abu Dovud sukut saqlagan hadis hasan bo\u02bblib, agar sahih bo\u02bblsa, muammo yo\u02bbq.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Termiziyning \u201cSunan\u201di esa \u201cJome\u02bc Termiziy\u201d nomi bilan mashhurdir. Ushbu kitob fiqh va boshqa mavzudagi boblarga bo\u02bblingan va mavzuga muvofiq sahih, hasan va zaif hadislar ham keltirilib, har birining darajasi o\u02bbz o\u02bbrnida bayon etilgan. Hadisning zaifligiga sabab ko\u02bbrsatilgan, sahobiy va tobeiylar hamda turli shahar faqihlarining mazhablari tushuntirilgan. Hadis yo\u02bbllarini muxtasar qilib, bir sanad bo\u02bbyicha bitta hadis rivoyat qilingan va qolgan isnod yo\u02bbllarga ishora qilingan. Kitobning oxirida bir bob illatlarga bag\u02bbishlangan. Unda fiqh va hadisga aloqador ko\u02bbp foydalar jamlangan bo\u02bblib, bular boshqa kitoblarda mavjud emas. Shu jihatlar uning qadrini oshirib yuborgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Abu Iso Termiziy: \u201cMen bu kitobimni Hijoz, Iroq va Xuroson ulamolariga ko\u02bbrsatdim. Ular rozi bo\u02bbldilar va yaxshilik tiladilar. Kimning uyida shu kitob bo\u02bblsa, go\u02bbyoki uning uyiga Rasululloh (s.a.v.) kelib gapirayotganday bo\u02bbladilar. Men bu kitobga kiritgan hadislar ba\u02bczi fuqaholar amal qilayotgan hadislardir\u201d, degan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ibn Saloh \u201cUlum al-hadis\u201dsida shunday yozadi: \u201cAbu Iso Termiziyning kitobi \u201chasan hadis\u201dni bilishda asl manbadir. Chunki \u201chasan hadis\u201d nomini baland aytgan, \u201cJome\u02bc\u201dida ko\u02bbplab shunday hadislarni zikr etgan muhaddis imom Termiziydir [4: 40].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Termiziy sunanlaridagi hadislarning darajasi haqida Ibn Rajab \u201cIlal at-Termiziy\u201d kitobining sharhida shunday deydi: \u201cBilingki, albatta Termiziy kitobiga kiritgan hadislar \u00absahih hadis\u201d, \u201chasan hadis\u201d va \u201cg\u02bbarib hadis\u201d deb yuritiladi. Hasan hadis sahih darajasidan pastroq bo\u02bblib, ularda biroz zaiflik mavjud. G\u02bbarib hadis esa biroz munkarlik illatiga ega. Bunday hadislar \u201cfazoil amallar\u201dni ta\u02bcriflashda ishlatiladi. Imom Termiziy g\u02bbarib hadislar oldida sukut saqlamagan, balki ularni bayon qilib bergan\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sunanlar orasida imom Nasoiyning asari alohida ahamiyatga ega. Imom Nasoiy avvaliga \u201cSunanul kubro\u201d asarini yozgan. U kitobda sahih bilan illatli hadislarni ham qo\u02bbshgan. Keyin uni muxtasar qilgan va \u201cMujtabo\u201d deb nomlagan. Bu kitobdagi hadislarning barchasi imom Nasoiyning nazdilarida sahih. Imom Nasoiy: \u201cSunan\u201d kitobining ko\u02bbp hadislari sahih, ba\u02bczisi esa illatli. Muxtasar qilingan \u201cal-Mujtabo\u201dga kiritilgan hadislarning barchasi sahihdir\u00bb, degan [1: 27].<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ba\u02bczi manbalarda shunday rivoyat keltiriladi: \u201cImom Nasoiy \u00abSunanul kubro\u201dni yozib tugatgandan keyin, uni Ramla amiriga hadya qildi. Amir: \u201cBu kitobdagi hadislarning hammasi sahihmi?\u201d deb so\u02bbradi. Imom Nasoiy: \u201cYo\u02bbq!\u201d deb javob berganida, Amir: \u201cBu kitobdan sahihini ajratib yoz!\u201d, deb buyurdi. Imom Nasoiy shu tariqa \u201cMujtabo\u201dni yozdi\u00bb. Kim imom Nasoiyga nisbat berib biror hadisni rivoyat qilsa, shubhasiz \u201cMujtabo\u201d deb nomlangan \u201cSunanus sug\u02bbro\u201ddan rivoyat qilgan bo\u02bbladi. Bu asarda zaif va illatli hadislar bo\u02bblmagani uchun \u201csahihayn\u201ddan so\u02bbng uchinchi ishonchli kitob sanaladi, deydilar va darajada imom Abu Dovud va Termiziy sunanlaridan muqaddam qo\u02bbyadilar. Chunki imom Nasoiy roviylarni juda qattiq tekshiruvchi bo\u02bblganlari uchun ba\u02bczi muhaddislar \u201cimom Nasoiy Muslim ibn Hajjojdan ham ehtiyotliroq\u201d \u2013 degan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Imom Nasoiy \u201cMujtabo\u201dda birinchi, ikkinchi va uchinchi tabaqaning hadislarini usulda keltirgan, mutoba\u02bcot va shavohidlarda esa to\u02bbrtinchi va beshinchi tabaqaning hadislaridan ham keltirgan. Ammo Nasoiy mualliflarni qattiqroq tekshirgani, roviylarning holini ehtiyotroq bo\u02bblib taftish qilgani, imom Abu Dovud va Termiziylar ko\u02bbproq hadis rivoyat qilgan roviylarni tark qilgani uchun ulamolar u zotning sunanlarini Abu Dovudning sunanlariga nisbatan muqaddamroq sanagan. Ibn Hajar Asqaloniy: \u201cImom Abu Dovud va Termiziy qancha roviydan hadis rivoyat qilgan bo\u02bblsalar, Nasoiy ularning barchasini tark qilgan, hatto imom Buxoriy va Muslim hadis rivoyat qilgan roviylarning bir jamoasidan ham hadis rivoyat qilishni tark qilgan\u201d.
