Bunday holatlarni rasmiy statistik ma\u02bclumotlar ham tasdiqlamoqda. Jumladan, 2019 yilning yanvar-iyul oylarida mamlakat bo\u02bbyicha 1954 ta firibgarlik jinoyati ro\u02bbyxatga olingan bo\u02bblsa, 2020 yilning shu davrida bu raqam 3881ni tashkil etgan. 2020 yilning 7 oyi davomida sodir etilgan firibgarliklarning 2151tasi pul oldi-berdisi bilan bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblsa, 336 tasi chet elga ishga yuborishni va\u02bcda qilish mazmuniga ega, 331tasi esa o\u02bbqishga kiritishga doir aldovlardir. Bu jinoyatlarning 511tasi muqaddam sudlanganlar tomonidan sodir etilgan, 1277 holatda ishlamaydiganlar firibgarlikka qo\u02bbl urgan, 63 ta holatda esa ayollar firib ishlatgan<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Xalqimizga yot bo\u02bblgan bunday illatlarni bartaraf etishda milliy qadriyatlarimiz, xususan, Qur\u02bcon va hadisi shariflar, ulug\u02bb ajdodlarimiz ilmiy-ma\u02bcnaviy merosining o\u02bbrni va ahamiyati beqiyosdir. Ushbu mo\u02bbtabar manbalarda ilgari surilgan ezgu g\u02bboyalarni fanlararo fan sanalgan \u2013 sineregetika (<em>sinergetika \u2013 murakkablik, murakkab sistemalarning hamkorlikda o\u02bbzini-o\u02bbzi rivojlantirishi haqidagi fan<\/em>)<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u00a0tamoyillari \u00a0asosida tadqiq etish dolzarblik kasb etadi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qadimdan turli jamiyatlarda inson qadri turli omillarga bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblib kelgan. Islomda insonning qadr-qimmati qalbining pokligi, iymon-ixlosi va yaxshi amallari bilan belgilanadi. Ya\u02bcni, qalbi toza, iymoni but inson dunyodagi barcha go\u02bbzal suratlardan go\u02bbzaldir, mo\u02bbmin insonning solih amali dunyodagi barcha mol-dunyodan ustundir. Odamzot inson qadrini belgilashning ana shu ilohiy mezonlariga rioya qilib, imkon qadar qalbini poklashga, solih amal qilishga intilsagina turli o\u02bbtkinchi hoyu havaslar, molu dunyoga hirs qo\u02bbyishlar o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotadi<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hadisi sharifda:\u00a0<strong>\u201cMunofiqning uch alomati bor: so\u02bbzlasa, yolg\u02bbon so\u02bbzlar; va\u02bcda qilsa, bajarmas; omonatga xiyonat qilur\u201d<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>, deya dalolat qilinadi. Demak, munofiq kishi odamlar bilan suhbatlashganda, biror bir xabarni yetkazganida o\u02bbz manfaatini o\u02bbylab yolg\u02bbon gapiradi. Ikkinchi belgisi, va\u02bcda bersa, uning ustidan chiqmaydi. Bu bilan mas\u02bculiyatni his etmaydi, o\u02bbzida beburdlik illatini shakllantiradi va o\u02bbzgalarni hurmat qilmaydi. Uchinchi belgi \u2013 omonatga xiyonat qilish, ya\u02bcni birovning haqqiga xiyonat qilishidir. Bu bilan o\u02bbziga nisbatan boshqalar ishonchini yo\u02bbqotadi. O\u02bbzini anglagan odam uchun o\u02bbzgalar nazaridan qolish \u2013 eng katta yo\u02bbqotishdir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Buyuk mutafakkir Alisher Navoiy asarlarida ham halollik, to\u02bbg\u02bbrilik ulug\u02bblanadi, o\u02bbg\u02bbrilik va yolg\u02bbonchilik qoralanadi. Mutafakkir o\u02bbz hikmatlari orqali shohu gadoga ham, olimu avomga ham birdek xitob qilib, kishining o\u02bbz holiga ko\u02bbnikib ketishiga to\u02bbsqinlik qiladi, uni o\u02bbzgarishga, rivojlanishga, sinergetika istilohi bilan aytganda, o\u02bbz-o\u02bbzini qayta tashkillashtirishga chorlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Jumladan, Hazrat \u201cHayratul abror\u201d dostonida\u00a0<em>\u201cKimki yolg\u02bbonchi deb nom chiqargan bo\u02bblsa, o\u02bbzinikilar ham, begonalar ham uni shu ot bilan chaqirar ekan, to\u02bbg\u02bbrilik nomi unga hech qaytib kelmaydi. Rost gapirsa ham, xalq unga inonmaydi. Kimning chin gapi el orasida yolg\u02bbon deb topilar ekan, yolg\u02bbonni chinga aylantirish imkoni bormi?! Qanday bir og\u02bbir vaziyatda qolganingda ham, chin gapirishning iloji bo\u02bblmasa, yolg\u02bbonni ham gapirma\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>, deb yozadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Yanglishmoq, xato qilmoq \u2013 insonga xos xususiyat. Biroq kishi o\u02bbz xatti-harakatlarini oqlashi uchun sabablar to\u02bblib-toshib yotibdi. Ezgulikning, haqiqatning mazmun-mohiyatini to\u02bbg\u02bbri tushunishi uchun kishi ko\u02bbngliga Yaratgandan inoyat, tavfiq yetishi juda muhimdir. Shunda u mohiyat asroridan voqif bo\u02bbla borib, o\u02bbzini inson o\u02bblaroq his etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shundagina kishi dunyoga kelishdan muddao \u201cyo\u02bblini qilib kun kechirish \u2013 yeb, ichib, nasl qoldirib o\u02bbtish\u201d kabi biologik ehtiyojlarni qondirib yashashdangina iborat bo\u02bblmay, aksincha, bular vosita-yu, maqsad ruhoniy, demakki, insoniy ekanini qalban anglaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ahli hikmat\u00a0<em>(ya\u02bcni faylasuflar)<\/em>\u00a0fikriga ko\u02bbra, ilm ma\u02bclumga\u00a0<em>(bilib olinganga)<\/em>\u00a0bo\u02bbysunadi. Binobarin, odamlarning so\u02bbzlari, faoliyati va ishlari uchun oldindan belgilangan o\u02bblchov yo\u02bbq. Bilim va boylikka ega bo\u02bblish insonning o\u02bbz sa\u02bcy-harakatiga bog\u02bbliq: qancha g\u02bbayrat qilsa, bilimi va mol-mulki shuncha ortadi. Yaxshilik yoki yomonlik qilish, kam yeyish yoki ko\u02bbp yeyish \u2013 inson ixtiyoridagi ish va u qancha mehnat va kuch sarflasa, shuncha ko\u02bbp topadi<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Navoiy \u201cMahbubul qulub\u201d asarida ham hadis va oyatlar, hikoyat va tamsillarga yo\u02bbg\u02bbrilgan, o\u02bbta murakkab falsafiy muhokamalar asosiga qurilgan fikrlarni oddiy turmush tafsilotlari bilan sodda va ravshan qilib tushuntirib beradi. Intihosiz qudratga ega inson aqlining, ruhiyatining mo\u02bbjizalarini hayratomuz bir tarzda namoyish etadi. Hazrat o\u02bbzini ming yillar davomida to\u02bbplanib kelgan Sharq falsafasi va hikmati, islomiy haqiqatlarni omixta etolgan, tasavvuf va falsafani qo\u02bbshib, inson ruhi dialektikasini ochgan yetuk mutafakkir sifatida namoyon etadi. Dunyoga tiyrak va hushyor ko\u02bbz bilan nazar soladi, insonni qanday bo\u02bblsa, shunday olib o\u02bbrganadi, uning qalbi to\u02bbridagi eng nozik, eng yashirin sirlarni oshkor etadi, ruhiyat iqlimlaridagi sezilmas qonuniyatlar, zaruriyatlarni ko\u02bbrsatib beradi. Shu sababli \u201cMahbubul qulub\u201dni botiniy ilmlar bayonnomasi, o\u02bbzlikni va ilohni tanish kitobi, deyish mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Inson qilni qirq yorishga, o\u02bbziga bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblmagan narsalarni juda yaxshi bilishga qodir, ammo o\u02bbta muhim, o\u02bbziga hamma narsadan yaqin bo\u02bblganni, ya\u02bcni o\u02bbzini bilmaydi<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>. Shuning uchun Navoiy insonni, avvalo, ko\u02bbzini ochishga va ochilgan ko\u02bbzlar bilan o\u02bbz mohiyatiga nazar tashlashga, kamchilik va qusurlarini bartaraf etishga undaydi. Bu bilan insonning o\u02bbzi bir butun olam ekani va hiyla murakkab mavjudotligini uqtiradi, ana shu murakkablikni barataraf etishning sodda yo\u02bbllarini ko\u02bbrsatib beradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Navoiy to\u02bbg\u02bbrilikni, to\u02bbg\u02bbriso\u02bbzlikni targ\u02bbib qilish asnosida yolg\u02bbondan, saqlanishga da\u02bcvat etadi:\u00a0<em>\u201c\u2026Yolg\u02bbon ozgina bo\u02bblsa ham katta gunohdir, u agar miqdori ozgina bo\u02bblsa ham o\u02bbldiruvchi zahardir\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>. Yolg\u02bbon so\u02bbzlashning og\u02bbir gunohligini, zahar tomchisi kabi kichik yolg\u02bbon ham kishini ma\u02bcnan o\u02bbldirishini aytib, uning xavfidan ogoh etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek,\u00a0<em>\u201cChin so\u02bbzni yolg\u02bbonga chulg\u02bbama, chin gapira oladigan tilni yolg\u02bbonga bulg\u02bbama. Yolg\u02bbonchi odam emasdur, yolg\u02bbon gapirmoq mardlar ishi emasdur. Yolg\u02bbon so\u02bbz \u2013 aytuvchini nazardan qoldiradi\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>, deya ta\u02bckidlaydi. Bu bilan Hazrat yolg\u02bbon so\u02bbzlash kishini bisotidagi eng qimmatli gavhar hisoblangan hurmat-izzatdan mahrum etishini eslatish orqali uni to\u02bbg\u02bbriso\u02bbzlikka yo\u02bbnaltiruvchi attraktor, ya\u02bcni tartibga jalb etuvchi sifatida namoyon bo\u02bbladi.\u00a0<em>\u201cTilingni hamisha nazoratingda tut. So\u02bbzingni ehtiyot bo\u02bblib so\u02bbzla. Vaqtida aytish kerak bo\u02bblgan so\u02bbzni asrab turma. Aytish kerak bo\u02bblmagan gapning yaqiniga yo\u02bblama\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>, deya har bir so\u02bbzni o\u02bbylab, juda ehtiyotkorlik bilan tilga chiqarish lozimligini, so\u02bbzni o\u02bbz o\u02bbrnida ishlatish joizligini va noo\u02bbrin so\u02bbzlamaslikni uqtiradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>\u201cSo\u02bbz borki, eshituvchining taniga jon kirgizadi. So\u02bbz borki, so\u02bbzlovchining boshini yelga uchiradi\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a>, deb yaxshi so\u02bbz eshituvchiga jon bag\u02bbishlashini ta\u02bckidlasa, yolg\u02bbon va betakalluf so\u02bbz aytuvchining joni xavfda ekanligidan ogohlantiradi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shoir\u00a0<em>\u201cOqil kishi chin so\u02bbzdan boshqani demas. Ammo barcha chin so\u02bbzni aytish ham oqilning ishi emas\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a>, deya nadomatli chin so\u02bbzdan ko\u02bbra murosali yolg\u02bbon yaxshiroqligiga ham ishora qiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>\u201cQanoat \u2013 ehtiyojsizlik belgisi, sharaf va izzat ziynati. Qanoatli faqir boydir va shohu gadodan ehtiyojsizdir. Tama \u2013 xor-zorlikka dalil, tamagir boy esa xoru zordir. Tama qilmaslik hech bir saxovatdan qolishmaydi\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a>, deb Navoiy kishining poraxo\u02bbrlik, tamagirlik, firibgarlik kabi illatlardan forig\u02bb bo\u02bblishida qanoatlilik fazilatining muhimligini ta\u02bckidlaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Hazrat Navoiy odamni tadqiq etar ekan, uning tabiati va intilishlarini kuzatadi, insonning iymon gavhari, buyukligi barobarida, nuqsonlari \u2013 nafsi, hirsi oqibatida kelib chiqadigan yovuzliklarni tahlil etib, ulardan saqlanish, poklanish yo\u02bbllarini bayon etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shu taxlit ma\u02bcnaviy yuksalish, mudom ma\u02bcrifatga intilish, Payg\u02bbambar (S.A.V.) sunnatiga sodiq bo\u02bblishning muhimligini aytgan mutafakkir inson kamoloti uchun muqtadir bir kurashchi sifatida maydonga chiqadi, inson bolasini uning o\u02bbziga tanishtiradi, yomonlikdan nafratlanishga va yaxshilikdan, ilohiylikdan faxrlanishga o\u02bbrgatadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Buyuk shoirning\u00a0<em>\u201cNafsiga tobe bo\u02bblgan kishining yeyishdan o\u02bbzga hunari bo\u02bblmaydi. Yolg\u02bbonchi quruq gap sotishdan bo\u02bblak ishga yaramaydi. Unisi harom yemoqdan rohatlanadi va bunisi esa doimo so\u02bbzamollik qilib maqtanadi\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\">[14]<\/a>, deb olti asr ilgari bildirgan fikri bugungi kunda ham o\u02bbz ahamiyatini yo\u02bbqotmagan. Chunki, haromdan hayiqmaydigan, firibgarlik, poraxo\u02bbrlik, tamagirlik, talonchilik va o\u02bbg\u02bbrilikni tiriklik manbaiga aylantirib olgan toifalar jamiyatda hamon bor ekan, Hazratning hikmatlari dolzarbligicha qolaveradi. Ayni paytda bu mutafakkir ijodida sinergetik ta\u02bclimotning \u201ckelajakning bugunga ta\u02bcsiri\u201d tamoyili aks etganini ham ko\u02bbrsatadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Alisher Navoiy \u201cOdamlarning yaxshisi kim?\u201d degan savolni o\u02bbrtaga tashlab, unga quyidagicha javob beradi:\u00a0<em>\u201cOdamzodning yaxshisi taqvodor va pok bo\u02bblgay. U haq so\u02bbzni aytishda hech narsadan qo\u02bbrqmagay. O\u02bbzi pok va ko\u02bbzi pokni inson desa bo\u02bbladi. Musulmon shunday kishiki, musulmonlar uning tili va qo\u02bblidan yaxshilik ko\u02bbrgaylar, omonda bo\u02bblgaylar va ko\u02bbzi-yu ko\u02bbnglidan xotirjamdirlar\u201d<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\">[15]<\/a><em>.<\/em>\u00a0Mazkur so\u02bbzlar\u00a0<strong>\u201cQo\u02bbli va tilidan o\u02bbzgalarga ozor yetmagan kishi chin musulmondir\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0hadisi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=16729#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\">[16]<\/a>\u00a0mazmuni bilan to\u02bbla uyg\u02bbunlik kasb etadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bu esa Navoiy islomning ulug\u02bb shoiri va mutafakkiri bo\u02bblgani holda, barcha mazhablar va dinlardan yuqori ko\u02bbtarila olganini, insoniyatni birlashtiruvchi mushtarak ilohiy g\u02bboyalarni olg\u02bba surib, kishilarni bir-biriga yaqinlashtiruvchi e\u02bctiqod va iymon, poklik va tazarrudan so\u02bbz ochib, Tangri taoloning buyuk haqiqati oldida jami odamzot barobarligini isbotlaganining o\u02bbziga xos bir dalilidir.
