Aynan o\u02bbsha davrda davlat yuritishdagi siyosat o\u02bbzgarishi bilan bir qatorda ilm-fanning turli sohalaridagi yutuqlar yaqqol ko\u02bbzga tashlandi. Ayniqsa yangi sohalar \u2013 tafsir, hadis, kalom, fiqh, tilshunoslik, matematika, astronomiya, kimyo, tibbiyot, huquq, geodeziya va geografiyaga qiziqish kuchaydi. Natijada turli sohalarda ijod qilgan Imom Buxoriy, Imom Termiziy, Imom Moturidiy, Muhammad Muso Xorazmiy, Abu Rayhon Beruniy, Abu Ali ibn Sino, Ahmad Farg\u02bboniy, Abu Nasr Forobiy, Mahmud Zamaxshariy, Abul Muin Nasafiy, Yusuf Xos Hojib, Mahmud Qoshg\u02bbariy kabi yuzlab ajdodlarimiz serqirra iste\u02bcdod sohiblari bo\u02bblib yetishdilar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shunday allomalardan biri Abu Zayd Dabusiy bo\u02bblib, uning to\u02bbliq ismi Abu Zayd Ubaydulloh ibn Umar ibn Iso Dabusiydir<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=14495#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. U 367\/978 yili Samarqand sug\u02bbdi hududidagi Dabusiya shahrida tug\u02bbilib, 430\/1039 yil Buxoroda vafot etgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Alloma hanafiy mazhabining yirik vakili, faqih, Buxoroning yetti mashhur qozisi (quzoti sab\u02bca)dan biri bo\u02bblgan. U boshlang\u02bbich ta\u02bclimni Dabusiyadagi olimlardan olgan. So\u02bbngra Buxoro va Samarqand\u00a0 shaharlariga borib, u yerdagi olimlar qo\u02bblida tahsilni davom ettirgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Zayd Dabusiyning fiqh ilmi sohasidagi ustozi Abu Ja\u02bcfar Muhammad ibn Amr Sha\u02bcbiy Ustrushaniydir. O\u02bbz navbatida Abu Ja\u02bcfar Ustrushaniy fiqh ilmini Buxoro fiqh maktabi vakili Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Fazl Kamoriy Buxoriy va Iroq fiqh maktabi vakili Abu Bakr Jassos Roziydan o\u02bbrgangan. Shunday qilib, Dabusiy ustozi Ustrushaniydan Movarounnahr va Iroq maktablarining usul va ananalarini mukammal o\u02bbzlashtirgan. Natijada Buxoroda qozi vazifasiga tayinlangan va yetti qozi qatoridan o\u02bbrin olgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abu Zayd Dabusiy o\u02bbzidan boy ilmiy meros qoldirgan. Uning \u201cTaqvimul adilla fi usulil fiqh\u201d (\u201cUsulul fiqhdagi dalillarni to\u02bbg\u02bbirlash\u201d), \u201cTa\u02bcsisun nazar\u201d (\u201cQarashlarni asoslash\u201d), \u201cAmadul aqso\u201d (\u201cEng olis maqsad\u201d), \u201cAsror fil usul val furu\u201d (\u201cUsul ilmi va tarmoqlarining sirlari\u201d), \u201cAnvoru fi usulil fiqh\u201d (\u201cUsulil fiqhdagi nurlar\u201d), \u201cXizanatul huda\u201d (\u201cHidoyatga elituvchi xazina\u201d), \u201cSharhul Jomi\u02bcul akbar\u201d (\u201cKatta to\u02bbplam sharhi\u201d), \u201cTajnisu Dabusiy\u201d (\u201cDabusiyning tajnisi\u201d) va \u201cNuzumu fil fatavo\u201d (\u201cFatavolardagi tartib qoidalar\u201d) nomli asrlari bo\u02bblgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Uaning asarlari keyingi davrlarda yashab, ijod qilgan allomalar uchun dasturulamal bo\u02bblib xizmat qilgan, desak, adashmagan bo\u02bblamiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Bugungi kunda alloma asarlarining qo\u02bblyozma nuxalari Sharq va G\u02bbarb mamlakatlari kitob fondlarida saqlanmoqda. Bu borada Zafar Najmiddinov o\u02bbzining \u201cAbu Zayd ad-Dabusiy merosining movarounnahr fiqh ilmi rivojida tutgan o\u02bbrni\u201d nomli monografiyasida batafsil ma\u02bclumot berib o\u02bbtgan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Allomaning hayoti va ilmiy merosini o\u02bbrganish borasida dunyoning turli mintaqalaridagi olimlar tomonidan ko\u02bbplab tadqiqotlar olib borilgan. Jumladan, amerikalik Jorj Maqdisiy, Aron Zaysov va Brannon Viler, saudiyalik Abdurahim Solih Muhammad Yoqub va Sharafiddin Ali G\u02bbalay, turkiyalik Yusuf Ziyo Kavakchi, Bunjay Bashog\u02bblu, Hakki Aydin, Abdulloh Sevim, Fuad Sezgin, A.Akgunduz, Yusuf Kilich, Shukru O\u02bbzen va Ferhat Koja kabi tadqiqotchilarni sanab o\u02bbtish mumkin.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bukhari.uz\/?p=14495#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u00a0Yurtimizda mustaqillikdan so\u02bbng tadqiqotlar olib borgan yuridik fanlari doktori Abdulhakim Juzjoniy va Zafar Najmiddinovni ham keltirib o\u02bbtish mumkin. Abdulhakim Juzjoniyning \u201cBuxorolik buyuk faqih \u2013 Abu Zayd Dabusiy\u201d nomli risolasi (Toshkent 2007 y.) va Zafar Najmiddinovning \u201cAbu Zayd ad-Dabusiy merosining movarounnahr fiqh ilmi rivojida tutgan o\u02bbrni\u201d nomli monografiyasi (Toshkent 2019 y.) shular jumlasidandir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shu o\u02bbrinda Abu Zayd Dabusiyning tasavvuf ilmiga oid \u201cAmadul aqso\u201d asarining Turkiyadagi Sulaymoniya kutubxonasining Laleli fondida \u2116 1337 raqam ostida va Rog\u02bbib posho fondida \u2116 647 raqam ostida saqlanayotgan qo\u02bblyozma nusxalari haqida qisqacha to\u02bbxtalib o\u02bbtishni lozim topdik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Mazkur asar nisbatan kam o\u02bbrganilganligiga qaramay, uning ilmiy-tarbiyaviy ahamiyati juda yuqoridir. U o\u02bbziga xos uslubi bilan tasavvufga va odob-axloqqa oid boshqa asarlardan alohida ajralib turadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Qo\u02bblyozma nasx xatida qo\u02bbchirilgan.
