Turkish Students at the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center

In our country, special attention is paid to the study and promotion of the rich scientific and spiritual heritage of our ancestors, the restoration and beautification of sacred places of worship. The practical results of this effort are the establishment of the International Islamic Academy, the Center for Islamic Civilization, and Imam Bukhari International Research Center in a short period.

In particular, the complex of Imam Bukhari, the Sultan of the Hadith, has long been popular with visitors, including foreign tourists.

Now, with the opening of Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, the interest in this place abroad is growing.

On August 22, the Youth Union of Uzbekistan and TIKA (Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination) organized a pilgrimage of 20 students from nearly 10 leading Turkish universities.

Guests visited the great hadith. The spirit of Imam Bukhari recited on purity. During guests visit the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, the Head of the Department of Manuscripts and Museum Y. Isaev and the Staf of the International Relations Department F.Madiev informed the Turkish students about the establishment, history, current activities, goals, and objectives of the institution.

The guests got acquainted with the work of researching and propagating the invaluable spiritual heritage of our great thinkers, publishing interpretative works of great thinkers, and delivering them to our people and the international community, and viewed the exhibits and unique manuscripts at the museum.

Turkish future scholars said that the rich scientific heritage of Imam Bukhari demonstrates the intelligence and unique abilities of this great person, filling their hearts with pride and that such a visit would bring peace of mind in our heart.

During the conversation with the Center’s scientific staff, there was an exchange of views on joint research in such fields as kalam and hadith, jurisprudence, literature, linguistics, and lexicography.
