Uzbek Scholar’s Article Published in Indonesia

An academic and educational article entitled “Moralitas, Fondasi Kesempurnaan Manusia di Tengah Arus Globalisasi” (“Morality: The Foundation of Human Perfection in the Era of Globalization”) by Dr. Baxtiyor Tursunov, Senior Research Fellow at the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center, was published in the 7 July 2026 edition of Kalimantan Post, one of Indonesia’s leading newspapers.

In the article, the author examines the growing importance of preserving morality, spirituality, and national values amid the accelerating processes of globalization. He argues that noble character and ethical conduct constitute the strongest foundation for human development and demonstrates, through scholarly analysis, that the stability and progress of society are inseparably linked to spiritual and moral education.

Furthermore, it explores the enduring legacy of renowned Muslim scholars and thinkers – including Imam al-Maturidi, Imam al-Bukhari, Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Ibn Sina (Avicenna), and Alisher Navoi – whose works underscore the importance of moral upbringing, spiritual maturity, and the pursuit of human excellence.

Dr. Tursunov further emphasizes the educational role of the family, noting that effective cooperation among parents, educational institutions, and society is essential for nurturing the spiritual development of younger generations. He identifies protecting youth from ideological threats while fostering patriotism, tolerance, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility as one of the most pressing challenges of the present day.

The publication of this article in the widely respected Kalimantan Post reflects the growing international recognition of the scholarly and educational research carried out by the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center and its researchers.
