A delegation led by Safi Arpaguşh, Chairman of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) of the Republic of Turkey, paid a visit to the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center.
The guests were first introduced to the Center’s activities, particularly its efforts to study the masterpieces of Islamic scholarship, examine manuscripts and other primary sources, and promote the legacy of Imam al-Bukhari at the international level.
During the visit, the members of the delegation examined the rare publications and scholarly works preserved in the Center’s library. They also became acquainted, through the museum exposition, with the rich scholarly and educational environment historically formed in the region, as well as the lives of the great hadith scholars and their contribution to the development of world civilization.
The head of the delegation highly commended the Center’s scholarly, spiritual, and educational activities and recorded his sincere wishes and reflections in the Book of Honorary Guests.
