On February 3, senior officials from the international scientific-research centers of Imam Bukhari, Imam Maturidi, and Imam Termizi met with representatives of the International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization under the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in Kuala Lumpur. The discussion focused on deepening the study of Islamic knowledge and spirituality, preserving the centuries-old scholarly heritage, and identifying new directions for future research.
During the cordial and friendly meeting, initiatives were proposed to study and disseminate the works of scholars from the Mawarannahr region, promote their rich intellectual legacy on an international scale, and organize joint symposiums and seminars. Agreements were also reached on strengthening cooperation with various academic institutions to foster mutually beneficial scientific collaborations.
